The last several times I have used this lot the gates aren't working. There is an assistance button to push when the tickets aren't reading. At 1 am in the morning staff that answers the phone need to be more aware that people who are locked in are not going to have a lot of patience for rude and sparky comments or being hung up on multiple times. Guess what? Hanging up on a frustrated person is going to make them angrier. IThe next time I get hung up on when I am trying to pay for my parking and leave is going to result in me calling the police. My advice, get some machines that work. Get some better staff who are compitent with customer relations, don't get pissy with people who are frustrated that they once again are not working, are travel fatigued, and just want to leave. BTW given the big smashed glass on the first stall I tried to leave tells me I'm not the only one who has gotten fed up with the rude service of the parking team.

Great experience, I am sharing it because I highly recommend this parking lot. I left the car for 4 days there, parked at 3 pm first day and picked it up midnight the 4th day. There are cameras everywhere and emergency spots, I put photos I captured for both days. You simply book online and pay in full then scan at entrance and exit, or it can capture your plate and compare to your reservation. You just take elevator to the sky train and get to terminal 3 and 4 in less than 5 mins. I didnt see anything that is unusual in the parking.

Absolutely beautiful transit station but sadly underutilized. It would be helpful if the doors facing 24th Street weren’t locked at night so people didn’t have to walk so far to the other doors. It would also be helpful if Valley Metro routes 13 and 24 stopped directly in front of here instead of just at the streets requiring a block walk and the crossing of dangerous streets to transfer to the SkyTrain.

Just off the I-10, and easy to park and take the Sky Train to the terminals. The perfect spot if you are going to get picked by Uber/Lyft from the airport, rather than at the airport where there is quite a mad scramble, and a huge rush. Just take the sky train and call for your ride once you get to the station.

Parking fee is so much cheaper than terminal. I arrived early to figure the way out but it’s super easy and convenient. Entrance and exit will automatically detect your reservation with plate. Metro is right there . Just need to sit till next stop ! The environment is amazing! Very clean and safe !

Great place to Park your car it's economical, and safe. Are you going out of town. Needing car rental at Sky Harbor Airport it's a great lot to park in and catch the Sky Train to your destination .

Drove down to catch a plane to Minnesota and parked at the 24th street station economy lots. Simple, easy and grabbed the tram to the terminal. $17/day was a bargain.

Good alternative to park and pick-up during the holiday seasons. Not too expensive for long-term parking and feels secure.

Great option for parking, as well as airport pick-ups/drop offs. Super quick and you won't get sideswiped!!
