Story time !! So I’m new to the area, my apartment complex has a laundromat but one day I got all the way through the process and when I went to put the money in the machines to start them I realized I needed a card of course the office was closed. With my work schedule it was kind of hard for me to catch the office people for a few days … one day I was going to get food from a restaurant near by when I passed 2B clean I said to myself “that looks like a nice and clean laundromat then I looked over and saw the business van and seen where it said wash dry fold” at that moment I knew I would be going there to finish what I started ! Ms.Marie the Owner greeted me with a smile and the atmosphere was very welcoming it reminded be of a time in my life that I ran a laundromat myself !!! Ms.Marie helped me get a card for the machines and also taught me how to use them … one thing led to another and we got to talking by the time I left there we built a connection through god that was destined!!! They have snacks detergent etc etc and also a square reader so you do not need cash which is extremely convenient!! I highly recommend this laundromat if you are looking for a nice and clean welcoming environment to do your laundry I was in and out within a hour tops ! I left with a smile a heart full of joy and a new client for my business!! Tell her Toni sent you !!!! Also Ms.Marie is coming up on her 1 year anniversary at 2B Clean stay tuned for that !! So me and my pops moved to Charlotte a couple months ago. We were looking for a good laundromat to do our laundry at. We went to about 3 and were not fully satisfied for different reasons. As I sat in the Harris Teeter parking lot witch is about 5 minutes from my house. I pulled up google and found "2B CLEAN LAUNDROMAT, LLC" which only is a 15 minute drive from where I live. First off let me tell you that this is by far the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to!! We were greeted by one of the owners "Mrs. Maria" and she explained to us how to use the machines etc. Mrs. Maria has wonderful customer service and a super pleasant warm demeanor!! We have found our go to laundromat and couldn't be happier!! Please give this place a try, you wont be disappoined. Also there is a sign at the door that reads " mask required" for me that is a wonderful thing. Super clean laundromat, fantastic customer service and some safety from covid!! Can't get any better!! Thanks Mrs. Maria you are the best of the best!!

2B Clean Laundromat, LLC is a business where you can feel great about going to. It's clean, efficient, safe and above all an extension to your home for your laundry needs. Ms. Maria makes you feel welcomed and remembers her customers as she can call them by name! That's the customer service that we want to experience when we go to an establishing with daunting tasks that must be done and feel that we matter and not just what we're going to spend. I support black-owned businesses and I'm thankful to know that so many families have this space to do their laundry. Best of all, they have a wash and fold option where you just get your dirty laundry to them and they will get it back to you clean and folded, ready for you to put them back into their appropriate space at home. That's both time and money saved when we think of how much time is involved in doing it all as we can now focus on other tasks more. Thank you for what you are doing in the community. Where do I start!! This place Is the best! Miss Maria is truly one of a kind!! We have recently moved to the area and haven’t got a washer and dryer yet so we have stopped by a few times and every experience here has been top notch!! The first time I was expecting all the clothes to come back unfolded(because men..lol) but to my surprise miss Maria helped him fold the laundry and stayed open late so they could get it done, the second time I went alone and enjoyed the mommy free time while getting things done, and the third was a toddler explosion that Miss Maria took care of! The faculty is clean and easy to use with multi size loads available! I am beyond impressed with the level and care that Miss Maria provides to the point where I might not get a washer and dryer to continue to give this good woman our business!! I HIGHLY recommend everyone in need of laundry services to check out this business!!! PS she gives the best potty training advice too

One might think that doing laundry is a chore and simple task. However, what a pleasure to walk into this laundromat to discover it is a Black-owner business and to meet the owner, Ms. Maria. She is so kind and personable... We hit it off right away. As for her business, she is all about it and on it. She is professional, and so helpful. She guided and provided me with personal assistance through the process of using the facility. This is not an old fashioned coin-op laundromat. Everything is electronic using a swipe card and she offers multiple flexible options to meet patrons needs. The laundromat is impeccably clean as she is constantly sweeping and wiping down as Maria checks on her patrons to be sure they have what they need. The machines are top-notch and do a great job cleaning and drying the clothes in minimal time. I am super pleased with my experience at 2B Clean Laundromat. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

Inside this brick and mortar is a warm welcome and a warm heart. Ms. Maria was a saving grace who kindly picked up the phone and understood the slight emergency I was having after our set broke down. She was patient and personable, she assisted me with setting up a payment card to wash and even helped select my washer sizes to be most efficient. The laundromat is extremely clean as are the machines. There are snacks and drinks available for purchase. Ms. Maria made a new client and friend that evening as we chatted to pass the time. She reminds you of your Grandmother or favorite Auntie: patient, wise, funny, and radiating positive energy. I am grateful for being able to get my family’s laundry taken care of in a clean and reliable place. The business even offers drop off and pick up services, which we may look in to in the future. Either way, I’d be happy to support this business and Ms. Maria. You will be too!

A piece of cake! If you're looking for a clean, well-equipped, quiet, friendly, and easy place to do your laundry, go see Ms. Maria at 2B Clean Laundromat! I had a trunkful of heavy bedspreads and blankets to wash. I arrived on Fri morning right when the place was opening and met Ms. Maria. She showed me exactly which washing machines and dryers to use for my blankets and even offered to operate them for me. I just needed to load, unload, and add the detergent. I was in and out in an hour! 30 min for the washer. 30 for the dryer. And they came out crispy dry. I couldn't believe it! She even helped me fold the blankets! Her machines are clean, handle the loads with ease, and are very efficient. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg, either. I was in and out for a little over $20. Way less than I expected and hours faster, too. Bring your laundry to Ms. Maria's shop at 2B Clean Laundromat. You won't regret it!

I arrived @ 130pm this past Sunday and I wasn't aware that the cleaners closed @ 2pm on Sundays. Instead of Ms. Maria saying we're closing in 30 minutes, she proceeded to ask me..."Do I need help?", I haven't been to a laundromat in years. She helped me load my clothes, sheets, towels, and comforter in the washer. She was amazingly helpful. It was nearly 4pm when I left and she was still letting folks come in and was just as helpful to them. She spoke to everyone by name and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. If the chic fila had a cleaners, it was that top notch service from Ms. Maria. Google doesn't allow more than 5 stars, but if they did...Ms. Maria and 2B Clean Laundromat would get 50 stars from me. Once I do get my washer and dryer in the house, I will still go wash my clothes here just for the service. Everyone should go here just for the experience.

It is a must that I take time to share my experience at 2B Clean Laundromat. It's been a while since I've gone to a laundromat, so I felt a little out of place, but Ms. Maria was my ANGEL as the owner she made me feel as if we knew each other for years. Helping me was her goal, she addresses me by my name as if I was one of her children yes, it's been a while for me, but it bought back memories when I did have to use a laundromat when cashing my coins was more important than the actual service. Today was the first I ever went to a laundry mat. So I didn't know what to expect. I was greeted by a very nice Lady who was very helpful, professional, and very kind. Maria who happened to be the New Owner of the business and I must say I was blown away by her helpfulness and professionalism. She assisted me through the whole process. She helped me save time and money getting things done the right way the first from the time I entered the business to helping me in and out with all of my clothes I washed and dried. I'm so glad to have found 2B Clean and Ms. Maria! I scheduled wash and fold with pickup and delivery, and wow did I make the right choice. Having laundry off of my list of things to do during the week helped me out so much this week. Ms. Maria picked up the laundry from my porch at the scheduled time, and dropped them off the next day, clean, folded, smelling great AND sorted into size so I could just slide everything right into drawers for my kids. When I talked to her on the phone to make sure I understood the process ahead of time, she was responsive, patient and kind. I am so excited to add this service to my weekly routine. As I transition out of Charlotte I needed to wash a load or two and recalled seeing this laundromat a few months back driving by. I was blown away by how clean and well manicured the establishment is. Taking away the coin system is such a brilliant idea and I love the card system idea. This laundromat is ahead of their time. There were plenty of machines available and the machines are extremely affordable to use. The owners LJ and Maria are very personable and nice. I'm sure I'll need to wash again once or twice before I leave and I won't second guess going anywhere else. Support this amazing laundromat that is sparkling clean!

I didn’t get the name of the lady who ran the laundromat, but she was very helpful as I did not know how to use machines that ran on cards. She quickly recognized that I needed help and helped me with the laundromat cards, how to use the dryer, and the washing machines. She also told me how much it was per minutes on both machines. The place was clean and had bathrooms for customers. The location is convenient— there’s a nail salon, Food Lion, and beauty products store in the same lot, along with other businesses. I just moved to this area of Charlotte and I’ll be back since it’s less than 15 minutes from home.

I come to this laundromat every 2 weeks and I've never been disappointed. I've been to several laundromats in the area and this one has the best machines, it's the cleanest, it's got the friendliest staff, far and away the best one. And they have a card system here: you buy a card from the machine and it loads your money on the card, then you put the card in the machines. I love not having to mess with a pile of quarters. Came under new management last year and they've done a great job; I came here for years under the previous owners and I can confirm it's nicer now than it was. I absolutely recommend.

10 STARS EASILY! Amazing quality, outstanding service and by far, THE CLEANEST laundry mat I have ever stepped foot into. The owner, Maria, is a gem! She makes the whole place and creates the sense of warmth & happiness to the place. We just moved to the area and were hesitant about going to the laundry mat (since we are waiting for our washer/dryer to arrive) and from the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcomed and above all-safe. She is a bright light and never thought I would say this about a laundry mat but- can’t wait to go back! The experience is unmatched!

Best laundromat experience I’ve had to date. Maria (the owner) had about 30 minutes left until she could head home and call it a day but I called asking if it was ok if I did my laundry knowing it would go past 6:00 closing time and she offered to stay past her business hours just for my stupid dirty laundry. It ended up being 20 minutes past 6 to which I thought she’d be a little upset with me but we had a great friendly conversation about the Charlotte area instead! I have been to this location twice, and on both occasions I have been pleased with the quality of equipment, cleanliness, and the great customer service. Upon entering the location, I immediately appreciated the Gospel Music that was being played. I knew I was in the right spot. So much so, that the first time being there, I noticed a collection of books and in that collection was a study guide to the Prophets of the Old Testament. I left a book and took that book with me and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I would recommend this location to people of all ages.

My first time here at 2b clean was wonderful. She greeted me with a beautiful smile. Her prices was great. Clothes came out fresh and clean. Even though I didn't have enough money to wash my clothes, she helped me out with it. She told me it was okay that she don't mind helping me out it's Friday and they have this homeless program where she helps the homeless on Fridays wash their clothes. I truly appreciate her service and I'm pretty sure she didn't even know that I just came from being homeless for 7 months after just having a baby so I appreciate her..

I’m new to Charlotte don’t really know my way around town yet but I know how to get from my own home to my sisters an this place. I googled a laundromat because my washer is getting fixed and I had tons of clothes to get wash. I liked the pictures and how clean it look so decided to give it a try. The owner is very kind, helpful and welcoming. She helped me with some washers and taught me how to load the digital card used to start the washers and dryers as I brought quarters and cash. I forgot my softener and I was able to buy from her at a good price. I also ran out of cash and she accepts debit card so that was very convenient. Nice atmosphere!

I absolutely love Love LOVE this laundry mat! The place is clean, there's plenty of machines, the machines are big, great prices per load, and the Owner is a Black Woman! Maria is so sweet and personable, and she knows what's she's doing. She gives you that "doing your laundry at you Aunties House" vibe! It's also located in a convenient area with a Pizza Restaurant, Family Dollar, Food Lion, Ice Cream Parlor, a Smoke Shop, etc all attached. I highly recommend this place

My friend and I went to the laundry mat because we had some bulk items that would not fit into our washing machines at home. It had been over 20 years since I had gone to a laundry mat so I was lost. Maria was patient and extremely helpful. Her customer service skills were exemplary. We did not expect to receive the level of personal care, it was a pleasant surprise. The facility is clean and professionally run. I will recommend this business to all of my friends and family.

Very happy with my experience here. I came to wash some big blankets while in the process of getting a new washer and dryer. The washers and dryers are nice and clean. The atmosphere is clean, calm and comfortable. The owner is very attentive. The place is also kid friendly. I would definitely return if I need to go to a laundromat. Just to switch things up a bit, was looking online for a different laundromat to do my monthly pillow and comforters run. Discovered this one and read the reviews. Arrived an hour later and WOW! Ms Maria absolutely lives up to the hype! What personal attentive warm service. What a smile! Place is super clean, patrons are polite and mannerly toward each other. No foul language, no loud music or obnoxious cell phone conversations. A joy to spend a Sunday morning at!

I really really enjoy this place already! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed already by the owner. I love how she’s very attentive with her business and customers and wants to make everyone feel at home , she explained everything in very good detailed and clearly and how to use the washer and dryers and I felt very comfortable with being able to leave my clothes there to wash while I go run other errands , if I could give this place 10 stars I would !

First time washing at 2b clean I will be back next week not only is it conveniently placed right where I live, but it is a peaceful and friendly environment it’s clean machines are efficient and maintained as well it was a all together great experience. My first time going to this laundromat was yesterday Jan 29, 2022. The place was very clean and reasonably priced. The owner I think her name is Maria was very helpful, friendly and polite. I hadn't been to a laundromat in years and didn't realize how much things changed, she helped me out alot. I love her willingness to make sure her customers are always good and satisfied. If I need to go back to a laundromat, I will definitely go back to that one.

My first time experience was very pleasant! The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout my entire process. I have 3 big comforters, which only took me just a little over an hour to clean. The washers and dryers were very efficient. It is a family friendly atmosphere and the customers were friendly as well, which I believe due to the atmosphere that's created. I have not been to a laundromat since I was a little girl. The time I stepped into this laundromat until the time I left the service was excellent. Ms. Maria walked me through every step of the way. The facility is clean and well kept. She made me feel like family. Most importantly, I was very comfortable doing something that I have not done in over 25 years. This was an absolute amazing experience.

This was such a blessing! I have never been to a laundered so clean, so helpful so deserving of having a successful business! Maria, the person on duty…extremely nice & helpful!! The facility was clean. Her welcoming and cleanliness each get a star. The machines Do Not take quarters. The entrance door is NOT handicap accessible per the Federal Law of Americans Disability Act of 1990. Just a heads up for anyone who uses a wheelchair, cane, walker,etc. One side is cluttered with garage sale items which impedes walking.

I’m a mother of 6 and my washer broke on Saturday night. I had tons of laundry to do and I went to Ms. Maria’s laundromat on Sunday. She met me at the door with a smile. It was her birthday. This woman has a BEAUTIFUL SPIRIT. I’m getting ready to move across town in a couple of weeks but I know her business is blessed by God and she will prosper. I was really dreading coming to the laundromat especially because I haven’t had to go in years, but to my surprise I was happy that I came! Since it was my first time she explained to me how everything worked. She always allowed me to wash, dry, and fold coming in at 1:44 and she closed at 2pm. I would Definitely recommend coming here. It’s clean, the owner is very very nice, and it’s quick!

Okay so first of all I will start with the lady over there. I think she is the manager. She is so nice like super nice. She will take you through every steps and help you with everything you need help with. The place is so clean and everything is in other. The prices are not too much and I mean everything is excellent. I will definitely use this place as my signature laundry place.

Took comforter and large items to 2B Clean for larger washers. Items came out great. Was 1st time there and Maria was so helpful - she showed me the ropes and even put laundry in while I left and returned. Facilities are clean and well organized - environment is welcoming. Open 7 days a week and in shopping center where you can get several tasks done in one stop. Highly recommend.

I've been doing laundry here for a couple of years now. The customer service was great before but now its EXCELLENT!! I absolutely love Mrs. Maria!!! She's done a lot of repairs and improvements since she's been there and she keeps it clean!!! She has a very pleasant personality and a joy to talk to! I actually look forward to the Sundays that I have to do laundry now!!!

This place is very welcoming. The staff is always nice and helpful and does everything they can to make sure every experience is a great 1. They place is always nice and clean, they are working and cleaning the whole day. The machine work great, always get the job done. What I like most is the owner is all about family, showing the younger generations how to run a business.

My wife sent me to this laundromat to take care of two large loads of clothes for the family. She told me to look for the lady with the glasses she’s very helpful. Ms Maria who is the owner and works there daily was extremely helpful. The machines worked great, and were very fast and efficient, A very clean, and pleasant environment. Ms. Maria was an excellent tour guide for my PreK class. Everything was so clean and nice and neatly in place. She showed our students how to use the washer and dryers as well demonstrating it. She was very patient and kind and the students had a great time! She even gave them a treat before leaving. We will definitely be visiting again soon

Haven't been to this laundromat in almost a year and was so welcomed and so pleased with the new management, Maria. She was super-helpful and very attentive to everyone in the store, always on alert should anyone need help in any way. So glad she's taken over and look forward to having her in the shopping center for ages to come.

This is one the cleanest laundromat I have been to in awhile. Ms. Maria was so welcoming and informative. When we had questions, she was right there helping. Her attention to detail was much appreciated because I forgot a whole load. Next morning I showed up, she remembered me and even had my items ready to go.

I picked up my king size quilt and was very pleased by the results, I have been in this state for a year and the other (2) dry cleaners ruined my quilt and forced me to buy a brand new one. What a difference to what I have been used to. The facility was clean, the machines were state of the art and Ms Maria went above and beyond by explaining how the machines worked and even walking you through it step by step. She also gives back to the community. I have found my new laundromat!

The owner is AMAZING ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I usually hate going to the laundromat, but she made it very pleasurable. The atmosphere was very pleasant it’s very clean the machines were great and she is very very helpful if I ever have to use a laundromat again I’m definitely coming back here.

This is a black owned business that is ran by the SWEETEST person you will ever meet. The facility is clean and the environment is relaxing. The washers and dryers work perfectly I had big loads and dryer everything in one cycle I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this laundromat to ANYONE!!!!!

I was in a hurry and on my way out of town forgot to throw my clothes in the dryer the night before was able to find this laundromat and met Maria as soon as I walked in she greeted me and help get my clothes in the right dryer for what I needed. Super clean place and comfortable.

Today at 2B Clean, I experienced a extremely professional encounter with Maria who helped me get my five loads of laundry washed and dry, she also shared words of wisdom with me, being that I was a father in there with my two daughters.

I came in when my washing machine and I was still waiting for it to get fixed. Maria was super helpful, friendly and very honest. Almost makes me wish my machine would break more often. I will definitely be back with some larger items.

Marie was beyond helpful and accommodating. She allowed me to wash rug a few minutes after last wash. The rug needed a second wash in order to come clean. She allowed me to do another cycle after closing. Amazing customer service!
