DONT DO IT THERES PLENTY OF NICE RESTAURANTS IN ROCKAWAY TO DEAL WITH THESE GREEDY SELFISH PEOPLE! Horrible experience! They have zero respect for customers!! We made an order and waited for almost an hour. Then the delivery man calls says hes downstairs. Not only are we paying for deliver our food and tipping, we also dont mind going all the way down from the 10th floor to get the food at the door. but this man wasnt even there. I wait in the cold and no signs of him. I had to go back up and call and call because then he didnt even want to answer the phone. Finally he answers asking me where I was because he was finally downsatirs. I go down again and this man is in his car EATING AND WAVING HIS HAND FOR ME TO COME GET MY FOOD FROM HIS CAR BECAUSE HE WASNT GETTING OUT OF THE CAR. TO top it all off we call to complain and all the restaurant cared about was the 75 cents the delivery guy didnt get since I was simply too upset after all I had to go through for some chinese food to reach into my pocket and give him 75 CENTS . If you dont care about the customer then dont try to take my money and provide a horrible service PLUS cold food.

Food is not at all bad, but the service was terrible, I didn’t know they only took cash, I was trying to take money out at the atm in the place, but I was having trouble with my card, the guy at the register started to get pushy, and telling me to hurry up and get the money, I asked him to make the goo so that by the time it was done I would get him the money he got even more pushy. (I didn’t know I walked in close to closing time, they didn’t warn me either I think that why they were rushing me, but if it was such an issue they could’ve just asked me to leave), anyways I gave them the money, walked out with my food but with no appetite

The food was amazing. I ordered the chicken wings with fries and it came out nice and fresh like it was straight from the oven and the chicken wings were crispy and full of flavor and weren't overcooked. Also the fries were nicely done and were very crispy and had great flavor especially with the way they make their ketchup and barbecue sauce. The service was great and my food came very quickly and they were willing to come up to my apartment to deliver my food. Highly recommend this restaurant it has very high quality food and the staff are very patient

Not sure about the negative reviews here. This restaurant is tucked into a shopping mall plaza and you might miss it. I had the General Tso's Lunch Special with chicken fried rice. It was up there in the top 10 Genral Tso's chicken I've ever had. Secret menu item? French fries. They are delish. This place is cash only. It has limited seats but does offer indoor seating. At night time there are many strange people walking around the parking lot. That could have been a one off event. Try this place if you are in the area.

I placed an order for this place and waited, it has now been 1 hour later and I called back asking what happened and they said it wasn’t for delivery and by then I said ok then can you deliver it and the lady on the phone said ok and now I waited another 40 minutes and I decided to call back but when I asked about the deliver they said they don’t do deliveries only pick up which I then got mad and went off on the man

Pretty good food. I've had better chinese but this is good enough. Rockaway doesn't have very good options for anything, so by Rockaway standards this is GREAT. Their mexican menue is very good as well. If you're not watching your diet too strictly, I recommend the Super Nachos. $6.25 and you're in for a treat. Several times that I've gotten it I had people tell me it looks delicious. Tastes good too!

2nd time this happened, went in and placed my order and waited for it, as the server was ready to hand it to me I asked all there, he said yes . I got home part of my order was missing I called and said I was missing my 3 egg rolls and my duck sauce . I was told no no you got it. Now since 301 said I lied and this is the 2nd time food was missing from this point on I only order from rockaway crown

Omg this place is the best and fastest Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten from not only do they got good food but good prices too but the down-side is the delivery Everytime you have them deliver your food they always expecting a TIP like, some people is on a budget and don't they get paid out of the money that we already give them for our food?. But other then that they're food is great.

Ordered from this place two days ago and have been sick ever since . The food didn’t taste amazing but it wasn’t horrible so myself and my boyfriend ate some of it and I’m sure we have food poisoning. Would not recommend ordering from here it is disgusting .

Ordered from here for years . Food is decent . Last experience turned me off to the point i will NO longer order from this place. Placed a $45.online Order 5 minutes after placing the order i get a call saying that i will be charged $1 which i have to pay in cash because i asked for 2 tarter sauces really ?
