I’ve always been self-conscious of my teeth, I had a huge gap in the front 2 teeth, teeny tiny teeth next to them and Dracula fangs! A previous dentist half-heartedly attempted to fill the gap in the front 2 teeth 15 years ago, but it wasn’t great and I’d recently noticed that they were looking shabby and tired. I decided it was time I had the problem fixed properly and started my quest to find the right dentist. I was drawn to 360 Dental Care Ltd., mainly because of the excellent reviews and contacted them via email, forwarding pictures of my rough looking gnashers. The very next day I received a lovely video, starring Jayme, advising me of what could be done, with an attached financial breakdown. Next, I visited 360 Dental Care Ltd, for a consultation with Jayme, who thoroughly explained his recommended procedures, with absolutely no pressure, then affixed a ‘trial smile’ to demonstrate what could be achieved – it was amazing! I opted for tooth whitening, followed by composite bonding on the top 8 teeth and was booked in with the lovely Hayley for a 3D scan, so they could order my tooth whitening trays – none of that blue goo that makes you gag – bonus! Eventually, after tooth whitening, I was booked in for the composite bonding, there was no numbing needed, there’s no filing down of your teeth and though I was in the chair for 3 hours, it flew by with the help of Netflix on the video goggles; I was so relaxed, I almost nodded off! When Jayme had finished, I was so nervous when the big reveal came, I was reluctant to look in the mirror and once I did, I was lost for words, my teeth are brilliant! It took me a few weeks before I stopped grinning at myself in the mirror, oh who am I kidding, I’m still grinning at myself in the mirror haha. I’m so delighted with my new smile, my life-long self-consciousness has completely gone and I’m literally grinning at everyone. Anyone considering contacting 360 Dental Care Ltd., I would recommend them enormously. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, huge smiles on all their faces. They even ask what music you like, so they can tune into the appropriate radio channel when you visit, they follow up all visits with a phone call, to make sure you’re OK and turn the air conditioning on when you’re prone to hot flushes! Best investment in myself I’ve ever made, worth every penny and I’m absolutely delighted. Thank you ALL so much for making the whole process a fabulous experience.

I was very disappointed with 360 dental. I went with a need for my entire lower teeth to be replaced -- my NHS dentist had said I needed a denture, but my teen years spent with braces on plates meant I really really wanted to avoid that. There was also some cosmetic work needed on a few of my upper teeth. I was provided with a comprehensive quote of £12600. I negotiated down by opting to leave some gaps I had lived with for 50+ years. But I accepted some cosmetic work on my upper teeth, and replacement of most of my lower teeth using implants. 18 months after treatment started, there had been much of the upper cosmetic work completed, and a root canal treatment. I was pleased with the cosmetic work. By this time i had spent over £3000. An ongoing infection in my lower teeth then broke through the gum. At that the 360 dentist told me they could only provide a denture.. I also received an amended quote which had gone up by more than £1500. I was devastated, by the prospect of a denture and set out for a second opinion. I eventually found a different practice which has successfully (and at a slightly lower cost) provided me with a really good fixed bridge in my lower jaw. I was later advised by this dentist that good practice would have been to do lower jaw replacement first and then the cosmetic upper work completed to fit in with that. As it was, work on my lower jaw could not be as even and level as they might have liked without dismantling much of the upper work. A disabled family member also used this service, and has been very disappointed with the results, and has been ;left with an uncomfortable denture they only wear if leaving the house. I may be unfairly judging 360 Dental but I felt oversold. At one point they tried selling me extremely expensive 'new swiss porcelain' implants. When I questioned what were the benefits, their answers were vague. Being a professional I went off and did the research myself and found there was nothing in the scientific literature to suggest I would have any benefits over titanium implants. In the end, the professional veneer of this service felt like just that - a veneer masking an overly expensive, and over promised service, which they were not able to provide.

After carefully searching for a dentist who could perform cosmetic bonding on my teeth, I finally chose to go with 360 Dental Care, Manchester. The deciding factor boiled down to a combination of their outstanding testimonials and their strong online reputation. The overall experience was stress-free and I believe I have recieved the highest of dentistry standards. The procedure has been a smooth journey thanks to the combined help from Dr Dharmista Desai-Adams, Rebecca Avenesian, Marrie Murray, and Dr Jayme Adams. Rebecca Avenesian is the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth prior to the procedure. Avenesian's bubbly and friendly personality allowed me to feel relaxed and welcomed as she carefully cleaned my teeth and successfully removed all areas of plaque. The next step was the bonding procedure which was performed by Dr Jayme Adams. Adams' has proven he is extremely skilled within his field of work. I was left highly impressed by Jayme's technical and creative abilities to provide perfected yet natural-looking results. It is clear that he has a strong eye-for-detail as well as a compassionate understanding for the comfort of his patients. He has carefully blended together my real teeth with the bonding formula in a way that I would class his work as dentistry art. I have absolutely no discomfort in my mouth, and my teeth feel completely smooth. I also noticed that he is not forceful and only recommends what it specifically suitable for you. This is important because this highlights his authenticity and proves that his business is not driven by greed. On a final note, I feel it is important to highlight that this entire process was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic. The entire team have put in place the proper prodecures to ensure maximum safety for their patients. This would not be possible had they not maintained an efficient and organised approach to their daily work. At the age of 14 I badly damaged one of my front teeth causing two large chips too it. I am now 42 and have lost count of the times I have been back and fourth to the dentist to have it repaired and re filled. The most recent repair lasted only 6 months and I always thought even when filled it was quite obvious that it was filled and noticeable. When it broke again during the pandemic and I called the Dentist I was upset to hear they couldn’t see me for 2 months. Once repaired again it still felt delicate and I was worried if it came away again during the pandemic I could end up going months again with a chipped tooth. Jayme advised he could repair the tooth no problem and also provided some additional tips that would help me gain a smile I never thought possible.  There was never any pressure to buy or go any further than the initial work I had requested, in fact you are given at least a week before the practice call you back just to make sure you have thought about your decision. I am so glad Jayme did show me the additional work that could be done with whitening and composite bonding as I am so happy with my teeth now. Since my teenage years I'd a desire to address a long-term self conscious issue, namely, my smile. School, college, and university passed me by and at age 26 I took the plunge as soon as Covid lockdowns loosened up in Autumn 2020. I had them straightened, whitened, and bonded over a period of c. 19 months. I approached 360 Dental Care as it had the profile of a dental practice I'd like to engage: it felt homely, comfortable, and mitigated the anxieties I had built up over the years. In fact, I found it a welcome respite from work during my time visiting the practice for check ups, progress updates, scans etc. The team is friendly and hospitable, and communications were swift throughout, particular when things didn't go according to plan i.e. detached appliances requiring re-bonding (thanks to a bread roll). I found as treatment went on my confidence grew with it. It's something I'd recommend to anybody, and it's by far the best investment I've made in myself. One can see the incremental changes as time passes, and whilst the prospect of "having to wait" many months or years seems daunting for an outcome, the journey, and the observation of incremental changes over time was -for me- very satisfying, particularly as it was something I wanted to address for long time. I'd recommend 360 Dental Care to everyone who wishes to address cosmetic issues, especially if they have anxieties; it's easily the most accommodating practice I've been to, and it has changed my opinion for the better. I’d been wanting to address my smile which had been a deep rooted self conscious issue for the vast majority of my life. I avoided smiling with my teeth in pictures because my bottom teeth were crooked, my bite was off and my two front teeth were incredibly predominant compared to my teeny-tiny lateral incisors. During my time at 360 Dental Care I had them straightened with Invisalign, whitened, and bonded over a period of 12 months. 360 Dental Care stood out to me as it had the qualities of a dental practice that I felt would help achieve the results I wanted. The practice was immaculate yet comfortable and the team were amicable and professional. Communication between the practice and I were prompt throughout the entirety of my treatment. The process was smooth. It took only a few days to receive a very thorough and personal presentation from Jayme, where he explained step by step what would be required to fix my smile. I just completed my treatment at 360 Dental Care and I am very happy with the final results. Before coming to 360 Dental Care, I had braces done with another orthodontist back in my home country and continued my treatment with 360 Dental Care when I arrived in Manchester for university. My prior orthodontist was much less professional and I was very unhappy with the treatment as well the service. There was even an incident during an extraction that the numbness wore off due to the orthodontist stopping to talk on the phone and caused me extreme pain when he tried to extract my teeth. This caused me to develop a bit of a phobia for teeth extraction as well as braces treatments due to him being rough during treatments. However, Jayme and the rest of the team at 360 Dental Care were extremely nice and understanding when i told them of my previous experience. All my visits and treatments were gentle and they were very aware of any discomfort I had during treatments. I had 2 extractions at 360 Dental care as well and they were very understanding about my fear due to my previous experience and were as accommodating as can be. I would like to say Thank you to Jayme, Helen, Angela, Sam and everyone at 360 Dental Care for the final results as well as the excellent patient treatment i was given. Before discovering 360 Dental Care, I spent most of my life avoiding visits to the dentists as much as I can, however now, visiting 360 Dental Care is genuinely one of the highlights of each month! The past 2 years have seen me in the practise for a whole range of different treatments, from ceramic braces, to wisdom teeth extractions and every time the whole team has made me feel calm and relaxed about the procedures, despite me being petrified at the first sight of needles or blood. I'm especially thankful to Jayme for completely reworking my mouth to not only look better than it ever has (barely recognisable from 2 years ago) but also to improve the functionality of my bite to no ends whilst avoiding any sort of surgery. The care and attention that Jayme gives to all of his patients leaves you in doubt at all throughout the treatment. He's always willing to spend time to explain all the different options and always accommodating for when I have questions even when I turn up at the practise with very short or no notice at all. A dedicated and friendly team. I struggled to find a dentist who could cope with the complexities of my teeth! I had old bridgework that was failing, two baby teeth that appeared to have almost no roots left: the rest of my teeth looked unsightly, discoloured and wonky. I’m the wrong side of 50 and knew I had to do something - it was ‘now or never!’ I was immediately put at ease by Jayme, who has an easy, friendly manner. He carried out an examination and scan, then sent me a video which showed a 3-d representation of my mouth. In the video, he talked me through what was needed, and provided me with an itemised treatment plan, so I could see exactly what he planned to do, and how much it would cost. Despite the amount of work, it actually cost less than I’d feared. I needed new bridgework, crown lengthening, implants, veneers and bonding. Quite a list! The work was carried out over nine months and I’m absolutely delighted with the results. My new teeth look natural and strong and I can smile freely without automatically putting my hand over my mouth. I just wish I’d had it done sooner. No one likes going to the dentist, but I can thoroughly recommend 360 Dental Care. They’re welcoming, professional and extremely skilled. The best dentist I’ve ever been to.

I have recently completed my treatment at 360 Dental Care and can honestly say I am thoroughly impressed with the results. After having a brace on the NHS when I was younger and unfortunately not being correctly advised on the use of the retainer, my upper teeth moved and I was conscious of my front teeth sticking out. Fortunately, Jayme and the team came to my rescue! Jayme advised having another fixed brace, followed by clear aligners to make the final tweaks and finally a bonded retainer so I know my teeth will not move again! My teeth are now better than they have ever been and the team at 360 have gone over and above what I expected, both completely improving the cosmetic aspect of my teeth and my bite. Very Friendly, Very Professional and Experts in Dentistry! I approached Smile 360 for 2 implants to fill a gap, and it transpired that I needed something called a ‘sinus lift’ procedure (to improve my jaw bone thickness) in order to be able to have implants. My sinus lift operation and implant surgery was carried out by Dr Dharmista and my new fixed dentures and cosmetic work was carried out by Dr Jayme, all within their “state of the art” modern treatment rooms and I can only say that I am absolutely delighted with the results. The Smile 360 team are warm and friendly and put the patient at ease during every visit. The whole process from start to finish has been conducted with complete professionalism of the highest order. I have also then needed root canal treatment on another tooth and what has become apparent to me during my treatment visits is that Dr Jayme is not only an expert in his field who embraces the latest practices and materials, he is a perfectionist and does his utmost to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient. When I first contacted Jayme and his team they were quick to respond and requested a few photos. I then received a brief, friendly video from Jayme with a quick summation of my treatment options. On my first visit I immediately felt at ease and within a few weeks I began my treatment. My teeth were badly eroded through grinding, had large gaps and were badly discoloured so I needed five visits in total to achieve my bright new smile. The service throughout is first class, from reception through to treatment. Attention to detail and really understanding the needs of what the client want are high on 360's agenda, providing confidence that the treatment that they recommend is really in your interest. My son and I are both currently receiving treatments and the difference is already clear after a couple of months. 360 isn't your conventional dentist, not just looking at your dental hygiene in the present, but how it could effect your overall health in the future. Jamie is clearly very passionate about what he does and is a complete professional. I would highly recommend Jayme in all aspects of dentistry, but in particular his work with helping children who are 'mouth breathers' rather than 'nose breathers' which can cause snoring at night and of more significance later life health issues; his work using myobrace has had a positive effect on my son already and look forward to seeing the long-term result!

I went to this dentist once for an assessment, and once for a large filling, and I just have to say that the service here was extremely competent. The initial assessment was very thorough. I went to multiple other dentists in the past, and usually they only took 5-15 minutes to do the assessment and didn't seem to know what they were doing. At 360 it was obvious that the dentist was very experienced, and he uncovered that I need multiple medium/large fillings done (which my previous dentist failed to notice). The actual filling was a breeze. The tools and procedure were top notch, the dentist was upfront about any risks, and I did not feel any pain at all. This has never happened to me before - usually even a small filling is fairly painful. So overall it was a very smooth and comfortable experience. While fairly expensive, I think that 360 definitely deserves a good reputation. The staff are nice and extremely good at their job!

I am a bit concerned about my orthodontic treatment (treatment I am having in another centre). So I decided to contact 360 Dental Care Ltd to have a second opinion and they replied to me asking to fill a form and to pay attention to a field in the form where they ask about my budget. “You will notice on the form that we have asked about your budget. This is so we can tailor a plan that is affordable for you” So I did, filled the form, took the pictures and uploaded them. They have just replied to my enquire saying: “Hi Raul. I've had a chat with Dr XXX. He feels it would be better to see a Specialist Orthodontist. I can't recommend anyone in particular, however if you do a google search I'm sure you will find someone. I am so sorry I can't help you any further. I wish you all the best.” Are they not orthodontists? I am sure I read Orthodontic in the list of services on the website. Perhaps my budget was not big enough? Who knows

I hardly ever write reviews but I felt the need to rave about the level of service I received at 360 Dental! I picked them based purely on the online reviews I had seen so I thought I better contribute in the hope that others do the same. I went in not really knowing what I wanted but just knowing that something had to change with my smile. The staff couldn't have been more lovely and helped me find an option that suited my needs and price point. The treatment was all less painful than expected and for the longest part of the treatment I was given some goggles to watch to on - bonus! Everyone has been commenting on how natural and amazing my smile looks (people who already know me - of course new people have no idea!) Go for a free consultation and see what they can offer you - what have you got to lose! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Having lost a front tooth and being left with a very ill -fitting one tooth palette, I sought to find a dentist who could better fill the gap. After some research and reading endless reviews I opted for 360 Dental care. I am so glad I did. Even at the first consultation I felt at ease. Jayme took time to extensively investigate my whole mouth, ie teeth, bite, jaw and smile, and together set on the road to a perfect smile as I was not happy with my teeth at all. ( A lot filled, some missing, some loose and small teeth, which when I smiled looked as though I had none). So after a little over a year with implants, whitening, bonding, filing, veneers I now have the perfect smile thanks to Jayme and his staff who were professional, caring and supportive, especially with the more intensive treatments. They made sure every procedure was painless as can be. So thank you for my perfect smile and my confidence regained

I completed my treatment with 360 dental earlier in the year. I had a fixed ceramic brace on my upper teeth and a fixed metal brace on my lower teeth. Once my brace was removed whitening began which I did at home. I then had composite (cosmetic) bonding to build up 2 upper teeth as they were short in length and didn't match the teeth on the opposite side of my mouth. This was due to the removal of an upper tooth many years ago by another dentist. The composite bonding was painless and quick. Jayme really is a perfectionist which is what you want in a dentist, particularly when it comes to cosmetic work. The team are lovely too, very friendly and make you feel immediately at ease. My smile is now perfect, I look back at pre-treatment photographs and wish I'd done it so much sooner. It sounds cheesy but I really do feel confident when I smile. I'd highly recommend Jayme and the team to anyone.

I can't recommend 360 Dental enough. I'd been unhappy with ikon white spot treatment I'd had at a London-based dentist and approached 360 Dental to see if they would be able to help fix the issues I'd been left with. The initial consultation with Jayme was extremely thorough, and I was happy with the treatment plan he set out for me. I had a programme of whitening treatment followed by bonding work to make my front teeth more even. Due to my previous experience I was really nervous, but Jayme and the team were so friendly and professional I was put completely at ease. I was able to tweak my whitening treatment when I found my teeth were a bit too sensitive, and Jayme also did additional touch ups on the bonding work to make sure I was 100% happy. I am absolutely thrilled with the work I've had done - it's been a year now and I still can't quite believe these are my teeth! Thank you so much!

I had a slight gap between my front teeth, which was made worse by chipping of the right front tooth in the course of my orthodontic treatment. So when Dr. Jayme suggested bonding, I was afraid that my front teeth would look unnatural and YouTube videos on teeth bonding gave me no consolation. Fast forward after bonding and a fantastic job, my teeth look all natural and beautiful. So natural, that nobody has even asked what happened to my gap! Then the following day they gave me a call, "just to ensure that everything was okey". I couldn't believe it! Jayme is not only very professional, but also very kind, understanding and very honest. I have recently just completed my cosmetic dentistry with 360 dental care and I am honestly so impressed with every facet of their service. Right the way through from initial assessment with Jayme through to post care check-ins and continual small gestures of kindness. I have had traditional braces treatment when I was in school, but I was not very happy how it left some gaps between my teeth , that treatment looked so unfinished for me and left me unsatisfied for many years. This is when I decided to get another orthodontic treatment and I came across this clinic when I was searching in google with a 4.8 star and great reviews . The staffs and Dr Jayme was really welcoming , they explained the treatment plans and costs very clearly and also cleared my doubts at every point . I certainly had my doubts about invisalign treatment in the beginning , but Dr Jayme was too good in explaining beautifully how the treatment works , Overall I was really satisfied how the treatment went and also with how my teeth look post treatment . It's a difficult decision placing your trust in a dental team to support with your smile makeover, but I am very happy I made the decision to go with 360 Dental. I have just completed my treatment with 360 Dental Care, and could not be happier! I had a fixed brace on my upper teeth (attached to the back of my teeth, so more or less undetectable), followed by clear retainers and a thin bonded strip to keep everything in place. To top everything off, they were whitened using a home whitening kit, and I had a little bonding composite added to the tips to repair all the damage done by grinding. The 360 team are all really friendly and approachable, which is great if you're a nervous patient. I would absolutely recommend them to all friends and family, and will return there myself if I need any more treatment in the future. Really happy with the result, thanks guys!

I went to dental 360 in Manchester to have a front crown that was discoloured replaced. I got wonderful advice and treatment from Jayme and his team and now I have a smile to be very proud of and often get compliments about my teeth . Jayme took an awful lot of care to get the colour match of my new crown absolutely perfect and also made other recommendations to make my an overall improvement to my smile. I am , like a lot of patients, a little nervous of dental work but I really didn’t need to worry, I was looked after the whole way through my treatment and felt confident I was in very good hands and was being given the best treatment available . Just over 18 months ago the thought of even entering a dental surgery gave me a panic attack, and during my first consultation I couldn't even open my mouth. I am very happy with all aspects of my treatment at 360 Dental Care. My teeth have been straightened with braces and now look infinitely better. I am absolutely thrilled with the work Jayme has done to my teeth. I came to 360 dental after a bad experience at another dental practice and from the moment I met Jayme and his team I knew I was in good hands. I've just completed an extensive course of treatment and am thrilled with the results. In the last 20 months i've had numerous appointments and think pretty much everyone who works there has been involved somewhere along the way - I can honestly say they have all been lovely. The only time I was nervous was at the very first appointment - after that I haven't had a single concern - even though I had some quite heavy duty work done! Would highly recommend 360 Dental Care Ltd to anyone in the Manchester area and even the outskirts (worth the commute). They managed to fit me in within a week to see Rebecca (hygienist) due to a cancellation which was great. I had a big build up of plaque/tartar due to it being over 5 years since I last visited a dentist. The difference after one professional clean is night and day and well worth the money. She talked me though everything in detail and gave me handy tips to help in future. I wanted composite bonding done to fix the small chips in my teeth and found this place online via google reviews. From the initial meeting they asked in detail what I wanted to ensure they would provide me with the look I was going for. The costs and the procedure were carefully explained and a week later I had the treatment done. The treatment itself took 1.5hours and I am beyond happy with the results. I chipped my front tooth and had it fixed elsewhere only for it to chip within 8moth. At 360 dental I received amazing and quick treatment. Dr Jayme was able to fix it within the week. I did a free online consultation and then was invited to the surgery for a quick look before I went ahead with any treatment. I went onto to receive my treatment and all the staff could not have been nicer, Dr Jayme took time to ensure my teeth matched and looked fantastic by the end of the appointment. Super pleased with my results and would not hesitate to go back and make 360 my main point of care.

This is one of the best dental care clinic I've ever been! I was so scared about dentist from my past experience and they've helped me so much! They really do cares about your feeling and try to make every trip comfortable. I loved that you can ask for music and such if you get easily nerves like me. They are also very patient on explaining to me about how I can improve my gum health better using correct brushing techniques. Thanks to them I no longer bleed whenever I brush my teeth and I feel I can trust them very much. It was absolutely wonderful to go there.

I needed a Restorative Specialist to replace an old crown that was beyond the expertise of my own Dental Surgery. It has been a month since Ive had treatment and composite bonding. Every time I look at my teeth in the mirror Im reminded how different I feel about my smile. I rarely smiled before and now I am no longer conscious about allowing my natural smile to come through. As a dentist myself, I appreciate the skill and work that goes into high quality dental treatment. I had some aesthetic treatment for my front teeth, to fix problems I had after trauma I suffered a few years ago when a student. Jayme has been great throughout and I'm very pleased with the treatment I have received. I even got to watch my favourite show on netflix during my treatment! All the staff members are great and welcoming. The practice is a lovely place to visit and theres a handy car park nearby.

Very happy with the process and the results. I have already been complimented on my teeth by people I have just met. Bought a retainer from here for £150, it ended up leaving in me in quite bad pain and for some reason moving my wisdom tooth and now my wisdom tooth is infected and now I'm looking at extra treatment to get it removed which is going to cost, really disappointed. Now I think I've got pericorontis because my gum is starting to swell around my wisdom tooth this has only started from this place

I had 3 teeth bonded and I'm extremely happy with the results. Such a subtle change but has made a massive difference to me. The whole team were professional and made me very welcome. I also had the best hygiene appointment I've ever had - almost all the plaque has completely gone and I was given expert advice on how to clean my teeth. Started going to 360 when I couldn’t find an NHS dentist - it is worth every penny when you have such great service. The receptionists, hygienists and dentists Alejandra and Adam and their dental assistants are all brilliant. I had composite bonding done on 3 of my teeth after they'd become misaligned after having my brace removed. Also had Boutique whitening treatment and a thorough scale and polish. My teeth look fabulous now and I feel much more confident. Jayme is a very charismatic person and knowledgable dentist. The other staff are lovely too. Highly recommended.
