"Hello"
Called regarding the excessive parking tickets being issued in my neighborhood where parking is extremely limited. On street cleaning days parking is essentially non-existent, forcing many to occupy spaces such as tow zones just UNTIL street cleaning is DONE, yet tickets are still being issued for that. It’s a lose lose situation yet a big payout for the City. Common courtesy doesn’t exist because if it did, the meter maid who works this specific area would recognize that parking is ALMOST ALWAYS limited — let alone on street cleaning days. I feel especially targeted because my vehicle has received more than 4 citations within the last week. I called to ask where should we park to avoid getting citations on street cleaning days since there is absolutely NO WHERE to park (grass, sidewalk, any suggestions) to which the genetleman could not provide ANY, other than “well the streets need to be cleaned” — I KNOW THAT! That’s not why i called.
I've been living in bronzeville for over 70 years and I've never encounter such Incompetence, Disconnect disrespect for the community! I was here when bronzeville Was all housing projects. From 22nd to 55th Lamont Robinson as well as, his staff have no idea on how to help the people. One of his staff members went as far as to say, he's not familiar with section 8. So how Can he possibly bridge the gap and bring this diverse community together? It seems he only relates to the middle class portion of bronzeville, not the lower class section. And I will not be voting for him again. I should have went with his Opponent, but our voices will be heard in the next election. Because not only will I not be voting for him. I'm not voting for Brandon Johnson either. Just two names among many. It's generations of us in this community. And our voices will be heard!!!!!!
I prefer zero stars to the one required but regardless... The pretentiousness of this office is unwarranted by their lack of understanding community relationships. The oh so high and mighty chief of staff, Prentice, is by far the most stuck up, pompous employee in the place. He lacks the simplest ability to communicate with basic pleasantries and is so off-putting that I lack the desire to even try with this pathetic office. If the rumors are true and he's King's appointed replacement, we're all in trouble.
I don't think this ward caters for all it's residents equally without prejudice.. but I'll reserve judgement until I can speak with Alderman King herself, that is if there's a way!!
Hello...I vote for you...I am a senior who depended on your Thanksgiving meal...I am posting a photo of what was served...I would not have served this to a dog...How could you?
I think Sofia is doing a great job I think if people are patient they will feel the same way nothings easy and I think time will favor her Tenure
They have helped me with many residential issues within 4th ward. The staff has been kind and follows up on outcomes in a timely manner.
Phone number doesn't work shows how much he doesn't care. Just wants the paycheck in another benefits slash kickbacks on our Dime
Unresponsive to business inquiries and proposals, one wonders why they ran for offices if you dont want to respond to people.
Waisted my time told about crime south loop and homeless people and said should sigh up to get invited to phone conference
Have not heard from alderman since election? What is he doing for the homeless already in his ward, not the migrats?
The audacity to run for mayor when she can't even properly manage her ward. Bye Felicia …
