We needed two vehicles for airport pick-up and drop-off. The vehicles arrived early and began loading as soon as they could to get us going on time. Both drivers moved their vehicles as needed to get people and luggage loaded and were friendly and helpful. Airport pick-up they were waiting for us inside with a sign. They had the vehicles ready to go, had luggage and people loaded in no time. They brought a vehicle around to the baggage claim to get the other items. John was on top of things from the moment we made contact to the moment he dropped us off. He knew where everyone was, knew which bags needed to load in the trunk vs stay with the rider. Knew which riders were in which vehicle. Took the stress out of it getting everyone home. Everyone did a good job, John did an exemplary job picking us up. We would use the service again based on cost, timeliness, communication/responsiveness when contacted, everything was smooth from the moment I reached out for a quote.

I was going through a rough day that day. I couldn't find a cab anywhere actually I tried calling every place I could in downtown Platte City Missouri. and everybody had denied me a ride until I got a hold of Five Guys. in the morning I was actually running late I wouldn't have made my flight to get back home if it wasn't for the driver who called me to wake me up. he got me into the airport and a fairly decent amount of time, waiting at the front gate for me to pick me up, and shared some of his life experience with me and she drove me to the airport from the Super 8 Motel. I'd say all in all it was a pretty good experience I'm thankful for these guys them helping me get home

5 Guys Is my provider of choice for airport transportation. I travel often for work, and I don't like to drive at night, so that leaves me in the situation of preferring a ride. They're always on time, actually early, and they will meet you inside the airport. Everyone has always been super friendly, I've never had a bad ride, and I've used them probably 15 times now. They keep an eye on your flight, and also if you need to change a flight and your timing of a ride, it's very easy to just call or email them and they will make the changes immediately. Do not hesitate to use them for any airport transportation needs.

Great customer service, ride was about 10 minutes early to give ample time to load luggage. Van was clean and roomy. Was able to sit back and enjoy the ride and not feel cramped or rushed. When traveling, I highly recommend using 5 guys to get you to/from your house to/from the airport/train station or wherever you may need to go. They'll even track your flight or train if you provide the information so on your return, if you get delayed, they'll know and adjust their schedule accordingly so you have transportation as soon as you get back.

Really appreciate Ken who helped me out today!!! I was in a panic after I got off my flight at the airport because my phone froze, I couldn’t call anyone or order a cab to take me home. I spotted a 5 guys vehicle and asked if it was possible to get a lift to my apt only a few minutes away and Ken saved my whole day and took me home even though he had just finished driving for the day and I hadn’t booked a ride in advance, he helped me out when I was not sure what to do! Thank you so much for being so helpful and kind to me!

All around awesome experience. I have literally been using 5 Guys since they opened up like some 10-15 years ago. Have never let me down ever. This is a small town and it can be hard to get a ride, especially for international flights that cannot have any errors in timing... Those who know, know. 5 Guys has always been respectful, kind and straight forward with me. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed or risk your schedule. Well worth the money, a better today for a better tomorrow.

Arrived at the pick up area and was greeted by a driver with a sign. Turns out Five Guys Taxi had arranged for the same driver and taxi to take another person to the same location. I asked the other passenger what they were charged. They were charged the same price. Five Guys taxi charged both of us $60 to take us to the same location. Total scam. Still waiting for a manager to answer my phone calls from or call me back before I talk to my banks to have the charges disputed.

5 Guys is the best! They helped me arrange my parents' holiday transportation and pleasantly revised the itinerary when my mother's hospitalization delayed their return to Kansas City. Their drivers were friendly, prompt, and professional! Tonight, my parents couldn't find their house keys, and the driver came to their aide with kindness and a flashlight. Next time I travel to MCI, instead of renting a car, I will call 5 Guys.

I'm totally spoiled. My driver was awesome. I had the same driver departing and returning. Upon returning I needed to make a quick detour to the ladies room before going to the baggage claim. When I arrived at the baggage claim my driver was there with my luggage ready to roll. This is as close royal treatment as you can get for the price. Awesome job. Excellent person. I'm totally bad with names but she's set the bar high.

Both drivers for our flight out and back were on time/early, courteous, and professional. Since we were gone for over a week, the cost for both rides was less than airport parking would have been, and our cars stayed home safely in the garage. Their service also eliminated the overcrowded bus ride from the airport to the parking lot and hauling our luggage on and off of it. Wish we had started using them sooner!

Superb service, used them for airport-hotel-airport transportation. Got SMS with driver's exact location during landing. When leaving from hotel they meet me exactly on time and called to hotel day before to verify pickup. Although they are more expensive than UBER, it is sometimes worth it as you don't have to worry is free UBER available. Cars were clean comfortable and online booking worked flawlessly.

5 Guys Transportation provided me with fabulous customer service. They arrived to pick me up on time, no waiting. I was called when they were in my driveway. Opened doors, took my luggage, wished me a safe flight. I was really impressed with their service. So much so I didn't want to rent a car on my second trip. I booked them for my friends who were coming to Kansas City airport around 12 midnight. They were reachable whenever I called them and answered my questions and concerns. My friends were impressed with their friendly service, courtesy and safe driving. They had lot of luggage but the lady driver helped them to arrange properly and made sure my friends can sit comfortably. Thanks!

Our driver Darrell did a great job. We had been traveling for over 24 hours and he was waiting for us as our plane arrived and handled our bags. On our drive home Darrell avoided an accident with a truck that sideswiped several cars in front of us. This shook all of us and he was calm and under control to miss the debris. Thank you Darrell!

It says they are 24 hours but they aren’t. My flight has been delayed till a 2:30 am arrival but they said they don’t have drivers at that time. NOT 24 hours as advertised. UPDATE: In response... If it's by appointment only then your advertising should say that. When you say "24 hour" service it sounds like you can call anytime for a ride.

First time using 5 Guys for airport transportation. Easy booking process, fair prices, excellent customer service. As an Executive Assistant myself I appreciated the confirmation call the day before. Our driver arrived 5 minutes early (3:45 AM pickup) & was very friendly/professional. He also helped us load/unload luggage. 5 ⭐️ service!

Couldn't have had a better experience as far as transportation goes. Dave showed up early, helped me with my bags, and was very friendly. I was worried about getting a ride so early since it's hard to come by in Kansas City, but I was in good hands with 5 Guys! Price was about the same as a taxi, and the experience was 10x better

Awesome service. They were very professional. It was very easy to book even though it was like 1 am CT. They followed my flight timings and met us in baggage claim after the flight being delayed for an hour. Highly recommend their taxi services. Clean car, very comfortable, good driving and efficient driver.

Not only was Sal a good, helpful, courteous driver, he walked the second mile. After dark returning home from the airport, my purse fell off my lap in the van and my wallet fell out and under the seat where I did not see it. Sal found it and drove back right away to return it to me. Much appreciated!

Shady billing practices. Check your payment confirmation email. Gratuity is already included without any option to do otherwise. Also at check-out my bill was $73, then they charged me $81. And when I cancelled another pickup, it took multiple phone calls and an email to get a refund. So be careful.

Driver was rude and didn't want to here explanation of other apps driver and chewed him out for being on the wrong side and threatened to have the airport police write the app driver a ticket. Would give zero stars if I could. This is why I chose rideshare over local transportation business's.

You all came to my rescue today at the Mci Kansas City Airport. In less than 10 minutes I was rescued. I know now to make a to and from reservation.. John was there for me..in a heated and clean van. He helped me with everything.. thank you. I'll continue to use your company..Happy New Year

Awesome service. My driver, Tom, was on time very polite and professional. He was also very personable and we had some very good conversation on the drive. I'll use them anytime I'm in the KC area and need a ride. And the price was right as well. Can't recommend them enough.

They have drivers whom think they own the airport and like to try and use intimidating tactics like blowing horns, asking drivers for airport credentials etc. **UPDATE** WE KNOW EXACTLY WHERE WE ARE SUPPOSED TO PARK. YOUR DRIVERS NEED TO MIND THEIR BUSINESS AND NOT OTHERS.

Excellent each time I have experienced with Five Guys. They're polite, on time and help so much with luggage no matter how late my flights have been. Look forward to seeing them at Christmas for our family vacation. This is a top shelf company for sure!

The pickup to the airport was flawless. But the real value of the service was in the return from MCI. What a gift!! Our flight was delayed and we were exhausted. Our driver was there (even if it was past midnight) and wrangled our luggage. What a gift!!

Took the service to KCI. Sam was amazing and very professional to ride with. Had a rough conversation with the customer service though, to get my ride moved a little earlier. Would have been all stars otherwise.
