Brilliant emergency treatment of our English Springer after being mauled by 2 beagles or fox hounds a few years ago, when we were only visiting the area. Having moved here more recently we joined the surgery and have had excellent service. Staff are always friendly, polite and caring

We've used this vets for years over several pets, they tend to be that place that we go for the last visits too and honestly the same vet every time is the best in that situation I've ever seen. They're a great practice and I can't fault their work or composure.

Vets & Nurses at 608 are always helpful, welcoming, knowledgeable & patient. My youngest rescue GSD is very nervous & vocal, which sets my older rescue GSD off, but the staff on Wednesday were lovely. Would definitely recommend 608 to anyone who is a pet owner.

If i could give them 0 stars I would do so absolutely. My dog had been to 608 ACOCKS GREEN and they told me that nothing was wrong and didn’t bother doing any checks. They then simply wrote it off incorrectly and prescribed drugs for my dog

The service is good but these guys are way too overpriced, they charged me £40 for medication, when the same medication was £10 online and no prescription was needed, they said my pet was fine but still decided to give me overpriced

So far I can't comment on their veterinary care, as I've not had to make use of it (and I guess it's every pet owners hope that their pet will live happy, healthy and long lives and not need to spend too much of time at the vets).

Whilst this sort of expense is never a nice one, it's good to know you can trust the people you see here. You get what you pay for in life and the care our cats get here is second to none. Calm reassuring advice and treatment.

In all our years of using 608 vets we have never been let down. They are friendly, polite, knowledgeable and experienced, we have been with them for over 40 years and the health of our pets has been the better for this.

Excellent response to my telephone queries about one of my 15yr cat. An immediate same day appointment was offered with our usual vet. We were greeted at the door and one of us was invited to accompany our cat.
