I was referred here after my husband’s first visit here in 2022. Everyone is very friendly. My first few visits were great. They wanted me to come in on the 5/27/22 for a follow-up, which was the evening of my wedding rehearsal (I was getting married on 5/29). I knew the appt. was important so I rescheduled the rehearsal to 5/28 so I could make it. They triple booked my slot that day and I sat in the chair doing absolutely nothing from 6-7. A little after 7 someone finally came in to take care of me and apologized for the delay. I warned them about a sensitive canker sore I had (I get them during times of stress) and was told they couldn’t treat me with it. What? She started talking about how they were contagious—I think she mixed it up with a cold sore, or herpes, which a canker sore is not. She even asked how I was planning to kiss my husband on my wedding day with it. ??? I’m assuming they were either trying to get rid of me because they were now closed, but I suppose they really could have been that ignorant, which is strange for someone in the oral profession. Either way, it was enough to lose my business. My husband kept going because their hours are great for his schedule, but it seems every time he goes in, he comes out of it worse. Finally in October, he had a few fillings and was left with severe pain for weeks. He finally went back in for the dentist to try to repair the damage done by filing a filling down—still nothing improved and they told him he’d need to get an expensive crown. I begged him to go to someone else, as 7 to 7 seemed to be robbing him blind, whether intentionally or not. He got an appt. elsewhere for 12/11, and the dentist was shocked by the botch job done on his teeth. The dentist said he did NOT need a crown an did his best to redo the horrible filling that was causing the pain. He was charged a very reasonable amount for the service, too. Each day since, my husband had complained of less and less pain and today he finally had no tooth pain for the first time since his horrible visit to 7-to-7 in October.

The Bulverde location is very busy just like everywhere else. We just wished there were more dentist available to ensure a TRUE and pleasant experience, An experience like come to the room check on my wife leave for a long time and then come back later and work on my wife and repeat over and over and over again. It’s beyond frustrating and blows me away in my 55 years since my very first dental appointment have I/we have experienced this very poor representation nothing of a very fine and quality practice. You know there’s a concern when you hear a constant we’re sorry and thank you for your patience. I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry… Yes, it was a very sorry experience as they are just words. I prefer action and more efficiency. I have a suggestion; Maybe schedule less patients so, that y’all can take your time and focus on a true professional and thorough experience instead of projecting a feeling like a herd of cattle. I appreciate the smiles and the thank you’s. All of that is now overplayed. We will be calling back to get another appointment as my wife’s back crown is still not correct. We expect, more, we exoect and deserve better as we do have choices as y’all know that there are plenty of dentist around. Eric, please give me/us a call so that we can discuss today’s poor experience as we are feeling very disgusted right now. I just like to be honest and truthful with my reviews and it’s not to get anyone in trouble and it’s not personal. Hopefully thus will make y’all better than what we experienced today. Thank you and I/we look forward on hearing from someone soon. We showed up on Friday the 22nd and my wife’s crown was still left in poor condition. Dr. Wallace is not suitable as a dentist not even for toddlers or juveniles. What a poor representation for you 7 to 7 dental Bulverde. Thank you, GM Eric for trying. My wife is still piping hot, mad and upset…

Yesterday I had to have 2 teeth removed. One was broken 13 years ago(gasp, I know) and the other was a wisdom tooth that had broke through. I have horrible anxiety due to horrible childhood dental experiences which has kept me from having so much needed work completed. I have never had a dentist care about me or my anxiety. They have all seemed to just want to get done with me as quickly as possible and move on. I have had 2 other teeth removed at a different location and was left in horrible pain for days after. None of this is true for Doctor Kassin. I can not express how much it meant to me that she stopped after seeing I was in distress and actually rubbed my forehead, walked me through deep breathing to relax and waited until she was sure I was okay before she continued. She even offered to give me the weighted vest used for x-rays, which would have helped but I declined because I was embarrassed. After this she and her assistant spoke about things other than what was happening in my mouth which was also so incredibly helpful to me. I am so incredibly grateful to you Dr. Kassin for your kindness, compassion and recognition of my needs. I am currently less than 24 hours after my appointment and in ZERO pain. I was in shock yesterday and even more so today that there is NO pain. Thank you Dr. Kassin for being so absolutely exceptional in your profession, you are nothing short of extraordinary!

Rude, Rude, Rude!!! I’d rate this dental office a zero after the interaction that I just had with the assistant Ashley. I just asked when the General manager would be there and she was just downright so rude! She stated that he was off today and would be in later this afternoon? Is he off or is he working today? She then proceeds to say, that if he doesn’t come in today, would it be okay if he called me tomorrow. I replied, I guess I have no choice. She then says nothing… pure silence. I said hello, she says I’m looking (very) rudely I might add. I said okay what time should he be in (if) he does show up? She rudely said I don’t know after I said thank you she rudely slammed the phone down on me. You do know that we do have choices and at this rate we just might take our business elsewhere!!! My wife’s crown is still jacked up!!! We were never mistreated like this at the Cibolo location. I’m more disappointed to the fact that they cannot get my wife’s crown inserted appropriately w/o having to keep on grinding it down!!! Not to mention the abrasions, scratches, numbness and bruising on her tongue!!! Review update: I spoke to the General Manager and he is very proactive and is very professional and has an understanding on what is going on and is currently taking care of the situations. When I came in here, I was in agony. My tooth had an exposed nerve and I couldn’t speak; I was sobbing and could only grunt and gesture with my hands. I had 10/10 searing, white-hot, knee buckling pain that was making me barely able to stand. Everyone, from the office staff to the hygienists to the dentists, EVERYONE treated me with urgency, compassion, and professionalism. I was not judged. I was not pressured into anything. They numbed my tooth quickly, got me laughing gas after I told them about my dental anxiety, and then they extracted the problem tooth. From start to finish, I was in there for maybe an hour. They recognized the emergency nature and didn’t even wait for my girlfriend to finish paperwork so that I could be seen ASAP. When I say that I have never been in a more comforting, welcoming, and safe environment, I mean it. This establishment not only has consummate professionals, but also empathetic human beings who really do care about your comfort. I cannot recommend them enough. Seriously, whether it is an emergency like mine (I was willing to spend 5,000 if that’s what it took to stop the pain) or regular care, this is all you will need. I am so thankful that I went here.

Updated: ⭐️⭐️to⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had request someone else to do it because I was uncomfortable. And everything went well on the day of my appt. to get the crown put on. I definitely will be coming back. Thank 7 to 7 Dental!! I Got my tooth sand down today so a crown can be place on for next appt. I have gum disease, got my teeth deep clean last week . I have very sensitive gum. She wasn't like gentle with the needle to numb my gum. I almost jump out the chair. Next time she was more gentle which I appreciate that very much. But later on with the whole procedure I can tell she was in a rush and wasn't a very compassionate person. Her assistant on the other hand was and so was the others people that help numb and deep cleaning my teeth a week before!! The only time she was nice is when she was done...!!! Not sure why let me have a 12 appt. if you're in such a rush and being rude?? My next coming appt with her is May 31st @ 11. My boyfriend had her before and said she was very rude to him too. Now I wonder if I can have someone else to put the crown on for next coming visit. If not I pray it will be a better experience next visit.

I initially Googled a dental office because I was having an issue with a tooth. I’m so glad that I’d decided to come to this dental office! It is tucked in a modern plaza, and the decor was modern and welcoming. The staff were super friendly! They were not only super friendly, but they were very informative and conversational, which made me feel comfortable. The initial exam was thorough and I was given a treatment plan based on the insurance that I provided which was comforting to know that I’m not going to miss meals trying to pay for dental care. The treatment coordinator Destiny and the hygienist and assistant that I met when I came back to have my teeth cleaned—Ashley and Jessie—were also super friendly, And thorough with the cleaning itself as well as the information given during the cleaning. I felt really comfortable. And I felt as if they not only cared for my oral care, they cared for me as a person. This is going to be my dental office, until I no longer have teeth! And even when I don’t have teeth, I will be coming back for gum care. I love this place! Oh, yeah! I love the TVs on the ceiling as well!

This is the third time I've been to this location. The first time was great they explained everything and we want about our way. The second time they told me I owed a fee which I was not prepared to pay so I turned around and walked out and it took me months before I went back. I finally came back today and the front office clerk charged my bank account then told me it didn't go through and decided to get the office manager involved. They argued with me saying that my bank account card did not go through which it did and I prove them and so I did the Care Credit that they have in there and that went through so I got charged double for the same procedure and now they are refusing to give me back a refund. However the dental staff is great. They're very personable the dentist that I had was wonderful the hygienist and the dental assistant were all very friendly quick and easy to talk to the office staff however is a different story I do not recommend them. They are overpriced and will argue with you and you will never see your money again.

Will never come back here again. I decided to schedule my wife and myself for a cleaning at this location due to our family dentist (other clinic - has been taking care of myself and my family for 4 years) was not in town. 1st issue we faced here: They were so full of patients (sort of a car production line) that day that our appointment was 50 min overdue. No explanations, no heads up…just allowed us to wait. 2nd issue: My biggest surprise after the cleaning and the X-Rays - a treatment plan to treat 6 cavities and a crown. Pretty bizarre if compared with the results of my X-Ray made 5 months earlier (made in another clinic with our family dentist). I said: no, thank you. As soon as our Dentist came back to town, I went there, he made another comprehensive X-Ray. Cross checked with another X-Rays made for the last 3 years and boom…no cavities at all. Yes…7 to 7 Dental suggested me a plan to treat 6 cavities and put a crown without necessity…these guys work to meet their franchising goals and not to take care of you.

This place overcharged me for a root canal, my insurance even called and told them I overpaid and they need to reimburse me. I called the office a few times, but I was told they will decide if they owe me anything then send out payment. This dentist is in Network and listed as a “preferred Dr” with my insurance. Yet, they overcharged me despite my insurance telling them prior to my appointment what my out of pocket was. When I asked them upfront why it cost so much and why was it higher than their original quote to me, I was told I “used up all my benefits”. Yet this was new insurance for me and the first time using my benefits all year. The dentist that did the root canal kept talking about how she was getting her house remodeled and kept dropping tools on the ground then just wiping them off and reusing them. The crown they put in is too big and my bite is off now. She told me sorry for the bad experience but she hopes I come back for a cleaning. No thank you. I’ll never go back to this dentist.

Thank you so much for all the staff and Doctor Williams for taking care of me. I came in yesterday with major pain in a broken tooth. They give me a root canal and crown the same day and here I am the next day with absolutely no pain (didn't even have to take the pain meds they prescribed) and couldn't be happier with the work. The doctor and assistant that helped him were amazing and made sure I was ok the whole procedure. The staff was also amazing and everyone was so nice. They let me know what other work I needed, and I will be back to get my permanent crown in as well as my other work done. Thank you so much for giving me a chance and working with me and not treating me how other dentist offices have treated me. Please anyone who reads this, if you are having any doubts about going to the dentist, these people are the best and will get you the help you need. THANK YOU!!!

The staff are nice, and professional and love the extended hours. After first couple visits I knew I needed some major work so I knew the bill was going to be pricey. It was great that they had sedation so I didn't have to feel anything but one day the billing manager said something I'll never forget this . "There's a few things we need to do and you have just enough credit on your CareCredit to get them done.... immediately I realized that sounds funny and something was up. I've been coming to ya'll for two years and literally every time I walk in here its a $1000+ issue. Really.... Well, let me go get a 2nd opinion on this just to make sure. Funny thing 2800$ of work was 300$ of cleaning and antibiotics. Funny thing too, I didn't have a cavity but gum disease they never mentioned. I'm not going to dog them but get a 2nd opinion just to be sure on major work with them.

Was led to believe this practice accepted my insurance when I booked and received a cleaning; but what they actually meant is that they would file a claim with my insurance and bill me later. Definitely not an in-network provider, but that distinction was not made clear at time of service. Took them 6mo to bill me and I only got the notification of amount due a day before my followup cleaning. It wasn’t even an invoice, it just said “amount due after insurance”. I asked to speak to someone who could explain the bill during my followup and the person I spoke with seemed to think there were irregularities but didn’t have time to dig into them at the time. They promised to call me the following week and never did. If you have insurance, clarify coverage with your provider yourself because the billing here seems very dysfunctional.

STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE! I came here and was told I was going to need a root canal and my daughter had cavities. Neither one of us were experiencing any symptoms or pain what so ever and no one would show me where on an X-RAY we had decay or issues. I went to 3 other dentists who said WE WERE FINE! It has been a year and neither my daughter nor I have needed dental work. GET A SECOND OPINION BEFORE GETTING ANYTHING OTHER THAN A CLEANING DONE HERE! In response to the owner: NO ONE would show us anything. I specifically asked where on my and my daughters X-rays there showed a need for me to have a root canal and where on my daughter they saw cavities and they could not point it out. I am very thankful we sought other opinions. Just want to suggest other people do the same before paying for unnecessary dental work

Probably the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. They did work on me, part of it fell out the next day, I went to them to make sure it was ok, and they did X-rays and told me it was fine when in fact it wasn’t. I went to a different dentist that had to take it all out and start over and I had to pay again. Ridiculous and very painful. Spoke to an admin yesterday who said I would be receiving a refund. Manager called me today and was very rude, told me that it can take a while to receive a refund and that there are certain steps before a refund is allowed, including seeing the notes from the dentist that fixed my pain and redid the work yesterday. Absolute horrid customer service every time I’ve been. The doctor walked out of my procedure multiple times as well.

This place has been an enormous blessing. When my dentist retired, I had to go to another office that didn't take my insurance. I was driving down Bulverde, and this office caught my eye. I'm sure glad I called them because they have been phenomenal, from setting up the first appointment to seeing them. The admin office to the receptionist, dental technicians, and dentist are personable, kind, and professional. Dr Saltzman, Ashley, and Apple ensured I was squared away during my dental cleaning appointment. They advised me on better ways to care for my teeth, which is invaluable. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for an inviting dental practice with convenient locations throughout the city and times to accommodate busy schedules to come to 7 to 7 Dental.

This place is the best. They helped my 87 year old Ma' who is more scared of the dentist than me..." Don't put me too far back, Don't touch me like that, etc., I could not sleep for years! No one would help me help her because:1) She is not easy;& 2) Needed clearances. They were upfront & straight forward...& had the patience of mini Gods! Dentures are like cars & every time another tooth comes out_ guess what? You need another ...My 87 year old parent is sleeping more which means I get to sleep some, too! Since I hold her back she says maybe as she feels better she can go run ' round again. Who knows?! Went to 7 dentists & only this one help me help her. I am so very thankful!

This is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! They have been very thorough with everything. They rubbed my head and had very soothing voices and reassured me when I began having a panic attack during the procedure. They have answered the phone the few times I had questions. I had two teeth pulled and the first day I was in tears and panicking because there was so much blood coming out of my mouth. I'm coming back on Sunday and I plan on bringing them breakfast as a thank you for going above and beyond. They got me in for an appointment immediately and even accomidated me for my next appointment because I couldn't come in during times I was working. THANK YOU 7 TO 7!

I went to 7 to 7 Dental and filled out patient forms. On the intake form it asked what was my preferred name. I put it down. Do you think they used my preferred name? No. When I asked them to use my preferred name, the attendant asked if I wrote that down. Really? Seriously? Why ask patients to fill out these forms if they don’t read it. I also marked that i have a heart murmur. Most DDS will ask about the murmur b/c they don’t want any bacteria getting to your heart. Them nat asking about it furthers my feelings that they did not read my patient forms. However they were very quick to give me a treatment plan for $716 out of pocket cost. I will not be going back. Trust!

I had to have some serious work done and this office has been extremely helpful in making sure all of my needs were met. The dental assistant, Ashley made me comfortable before preparing me and my teeth for the Dentist. The Dentist, Dr. Murray is amazing! Great bedside manner and very clear on instruction, education of what is happening with my teeth and the ability to be a caring dentist. Dr. Murray was careful with my teeth, I have very sensitive teeth and she took the most care with how I was treated. I will remain a patient at this location as long as Dr. Murray, Ashley and the other great staff continue to remain there. Thank you!

Took my daughter in on Tuesday Jan 31st to get her braces put on. All I can say is WOW! They are amazing. The gentleman who put the braces on her was absolutely amazing and was so kind and gentle with her. Our appointment was at 5pm, and we were prepared to be there for a few hours as she was getting top and bottom braces. He said "okay, all done" and I looked at my watch and it was 5:47!! Again, WOW! The orthodontist only had to come in twice to chat and check and she is also SOOO kind and caring. You guys really made my daughter happy, and made my evening less stressful! Keep up the good work, and THANK YOU!!!

For years I have said “If only dentists and doctors stopped having banker hours, I’d go there for business”. The Bulverde branch of 7 to 7 Dental proved to be a Gold medal choice. The new, modern equipment is great to see and experience. The staff is super friendly and they fully explain everything before, during and after. Nature videos on the ceiling and I even had a room with a window! Very stress-relieving items. The best? Open EVERY day, 7 am to 7 pm. So I no longer have to take off work to go to the dentist!!! Fantastic! The rest of the medical field needs to take note and follow their example.

Walked in with a hint of yellow on my teeth and a small chipped tooth, walked out with legit seriously white flawless teeth. I wish I took a before and after. This is the nicest dentistry I have ever seen!!! There are even TV’s on the ceiling to watch while you’re laying down. Dr. Murray wasn’t like other dentist, where you wait for what seems like hours waiting for the dentist to show up. She came in, told me what situation I had going on and fixed it right away. Her and Genave were extremely nice. Probably the nicest staff I have ever encountered. It’s a no brainer to come here.

Normally I am very happy with 7 to 7 dental. They have great availability and are very friendly. However, I had a 9 am appointment, the cleaning finished at 9:35, and by 10:15 I had still not been seen by the dentist. It was not until 10:04 that someone came to check on me and said that the doctor was stuck in a procedure and should be with me in a few minutes. This is not the first time this has happened to me, but at least last time they told me sooner and rescheduled me. Sitting in the chair for 40 min is ridiculous in my opinion, I have a lot of patience, but not that much.

I ended up needing to get 2 teeth pulled and only felt comfortable doing that at 7 to 7 Dental. And I will say it is one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. The Dental assistant, Ashley, was the absolute best I have ever encountered. Ashley's work with Dr Sara K was flawless. Now, for Dr Sara..no words would do justice to her skill level, her calming effect on the patient..and her ability to get the job done as though it was easy. I had to have roots dug out of my gum and Dr Sara was the master! Everyone at this location is top notch..I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Don’t go there if you have dental anxiety! They will assure you they will make sure you’re comfortable. Waste an hour and half of your time and then tell you they can’t do your cleaning because they have other patients to attend to. Total bait and switch from calling to make appointment to chair. They even charged me for an exam when they didn’t even preform everything in exam. Don’t go there for pediatric crowns! They will promise you it will be a silver tooth that isn’t visible and then tell you something different day of, now my little girl has a silver smile

This experience was much improved from our last. We were scheduled previously simultaneously (my daughter and I) and left 2 hours later. Today we one hour apart and left in less than an hour. The previous dentist was negative and told me multiple times I needed invisalign despite me telling her I could not afford it. She was abrasive and gratefully no longer a dentist at that location today. Huge relief to see a different dentist. I have not however had a dentist preform their evaluation until after my cleaning. Today he was first but still kind.

Last year I have a root canal and it wasn't the greatest, I guess it was not enough anesthesia, they keep adding more to finish the treatment. Last week on Friday 5 January 2021, I got working on another root canal and this time it was awesome, I didn't feel the injections for the anesthesia and also got enough to not feel anything it all!! Well, after a few months, I went back, and one of my molars was done, it has a little hole and they did not want to fixed, I knew it wasn't enough filling, they kept saying it was fine

2nd time going to this 7 to 7 Dr. Sara and her team are very knowledgeable! While being here I did not feel rushed for them to get me out. They took their time making sure what they was done right! Dr. Sara and her team are very nice and made sure I was well taking care of. 100% worth the 45min drive to y'all with making a last minute appointment. Only issue really was waiting but that is understandable with how busy they are. But there busy for a reason! THANK YOU AGAIN!! I feel much better!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Buyer beware! Thought this place was wonderful. Loved most of the staff. You can read my original review. But after repeat painful visits that did not solve the issue, I elected to take my daughter elsewhere. The treatment plan provided by 7 to 7 far exceeded the treatment plan at our other dentist. Now I question the procedure we had done for her. This was thousands of dollars!! I had planned to make this my personal dentist and I'm so glad we saw their true colors. I cannot and will not recommend this place.

I came in and my insurance was messed up, the front desk, a marvelous woman, worked with me and was patient with me as I logged into my work stuff to find out why. The staff that worked with me were amazing and understanding (I had another appointment and was in a hurry, I had to reschedule the second one). The doctor explained things to me and gave me recommendations. The technician was understanding. The hygienist was very good and I would recommend this office to anyone. The staff was great.

I was kind of reluctant to go to a new dentist being that I went to one to fix my front tooth and I have since NOT been happy about the cosmetic repair. But I gave this place a chance and I’m SOOOO glad I did! The office was beautiful and modern and the technology was awesome. The staff were very friendly as well as informative. I am so glad I gave this place a chance as I will be back, especially since I need a little bit of dental work! Not to mention, I LOVE the televisions on the ceilings!

I do not have dental insurance, but wanted to get a cleaning/check-up prior to enrolling in insurance next year. I decided on 7-to-7 because they were open on weekends–something that is super helpful for my work schedule. I was a bit wary of salesmanship ahead of my initial visit, but they turned out to be super nice and did not push their annual plan on me at all. The cleaning/exam, along with fillings the following week, were very affordable, and all of the staff were really kind.

Please see my follow up review. This clinic was able to see my daughter as a new patient the day after I requested an appointment. The front office staff is friendly and good communicators. The dentist and hygienist were amazing. My daughter keeps saying "they changed my life" and "they feel like family." I am thrilled that a scary experience turned out to be so positive, and I will be the next new patient. Thank you staff and doctors. You are appreciated.

Fantastic customer care. Professional and considerate group made the visit very pleasant. Layout and accommodations for people in waiting as well as patients are fantastic. The overall facility was spotless and organized. The modern technology equipment used during my visit was like no previous provider I’ve have had care with. Overall, I would highly recommend this office for dental care. Thank you for your service and care.

Upset to take time off from work on 05/31 at Bulverde location for a follow-up from 2 extractions. I arrived 15 minutes early, completed xray, waited in room for 45 minutes, the doctor wouldn't see me. I was told that I wouldn't be seen. I'm Very disappointed. I'm questioning if I want to have my other wisdom teeth extracted at this location. I've never experienced anything like this at this location before.

Love 7 to 7 Dental and Orthodontics! They have the best employees and customer service. The Doctors are all very knowledgeable and make each service quick and efficient. I highly recommend 7 to 7 as they will take care of all of your dental and orthodontic needs! Also I have never been to an office that has such friendly, caring, doctors and staff. Love them all! Thank you 7 to 7 for making everything so easy.

I’ll be honest… I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. Until I found this place. :) EVERYONE at 7 to 7 Dental (Bulverde Rd) made me feel comfortable. They were so patient and helped me get through the procedure I had done today. I will be going back for all of my dental needs! I even had my husband go in and have work done. Thank you guys for helping me overcome my fear!

I have been twice to 7 to 7 dental on Bulverde Rd. Each time the staff and dentist are very friendly. I have to say though, one particular stands out, and that is the receptionist (Mallory). 7 to 7 found a gem when they hired her. She goes above and beyond to help you and always, always maintains a cheerful, pleasant attitude, which is rare these days. She is one of the reasons, I will continue to go back.

I cannot imagine ever going to any other dentist. I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past which caused a ton of anxiety and fear. But this place is phenomenal. I love my dentist, Dr. Shehab. Everyone, from the front desk to the back, has been amazing, kind, sensitive to my fears. Everyone has been more than absolutely wonderful in every aspect. As long as they are around, I will go to no other.

My daughter has Alzheimer’s and we were so pleased and very satisfied with their service. We were very concerned about having the gum procedure done on her. From the very beginning their team was so patient and very sensitive to her needs. My daughter felt comfortable with her treatment and everything was done so professionally and with such care. We recommend them very highly. Thank you all so much!

I am always seen timely to my appointment time, the office environment is clean and welcoming. All of my experiences have been pleasant. The staff are friendly, genuine, and professional. Highly recommend Dr. Shehab , he is very likable, approachable, and always smiling! The dental hygienist Crystal is wonderful. I moved to Stone Oak but will continue coming here for my dental needs! The dentist did not even look at my teeth (just looked at my 2 week old xrays) when I was in major pain. Took forever to come to my room. I could hear him in the back talking AMD laughing until I finally asked someone to go get him. And after almost an hour of being there he just sent a new referral to a different dentist. So i am now waiting 2 weeks (in pain) to see the other dentist.

4 stars because when we left around noon today we were told treatment plans for the boys would be emailed to us later this afternoon, because they were behind. It’s now 7pm and we haven’t received anything from them yet - and sadly this isn’t the first time we have had to chase down treatment plans from that department. ‍♀️ The dentists and staff are, as always, fantastic.

It was the most amazing and relaxing experience ever. I highly recommend this beautiful dental practice. The staff was the best as well... The staff at the Bulverde office are great. It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist and was nervous about my visit. As soon as I was called back by Dany and was doing my x-rays she started to put me at ease. Jessie was also wonderful and very patient when doing my cleaning. I feel very comfortable now going back for my follow ups. Thank you so much.

From being greeted by the receptionist to visiting with my Dentist and finally receiving an estimate of my future treatments with my treatment coordinator, everything was perfect. 7 to 7 Dental at Bulverde was awesome. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. I especially loved the TV on the ceiling when you’re laying on your back in the dental chair. This was the second time at this 7 to 7 dental office and both times everyone I encountered was so very nice. Each person that worked with me was very polite and made sure that i understood everything they went over. They also made sure I was comfortable. This place and staff is awesome! Will continue to go there and so will my daughter now.

Dentists were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an extraction and fillings done and I was surprised at how pain-free I was afterwards. Once the numbing dissipated, I was able to eat a regular meal. I'm grateful for FINALLY finding an office I can go to regularly for all my dental needs! Thank you for taking such great care of me!!

This dental office is the best. I was so scared of going to the dentist until my husband told me about Dr. Kassim, she is wonderful along with her staff at the Bulverde office. I am 34 and I had all my wisdom teeth removed and I did not feel a thing with her. Seriously you will not be disappointed. I no longer have a fear of Dentist.

Had a great experience with my first cleaning at 7 to 7. The staff was super nice and professional, the hygienist was kind and careful, and the dentist was excellent explaining everything he did. Not happy at all, it took 1:45 minutes and 5 xrays to pop a crown back in! The dentist took maybe 2 minutes to apply the glue and pop in the crown!
