Long but easy to read I just went to this store. I'm in charge of buying lottery for work and was looking to spend about $90. I walk in on a 7/11 girl l on her phone, sitting on the floor behind counter. She sees me holing a $100, and before I say anything she says "I don't have change. I already broke 4 hundreds. I'm out of $20 Me: "That's okay. You will not need to break it" I was going to work with her and spend extra $10 on lottery etc for myself. 7/11 Girl: "I need to give you change if you are going give me a $100" Me: "No you don't. I'm going to spend $100. I don't need change" 7/11 Girl: "You are going to spend a whole $100?" Me: "Yes. Here is what I want." I glance at my list to figure out how many tichets I want (I was buying multiple kinds), then I turn to her just in time to see her roll her etes and mouth "Oh my God" Me: I came here to spend $100, and I don't need you rolling your eyes at me and I don't need you Oh my godding at me. I am you customer. Have some respect 7/11 Girl:"You are so rude." Says this 3 times. Walks away So, I guess, she refuse to serve me. That's okay. I drove 0.5 miles to anoth er 7/11 where they happily broke my money and sold me lottery. Never going back

I'm a regular customer here and I have never had a more humiliating experience than on the evening of Feb 24, 2020. I bought a four pack of Monaco and a large bottle of Heineken around 9 PM. The clerk packed everything in a flimsy bag that broke. My bottle of beer shattered on the concrete. I went back with my own shopping bag. They no longer had Heineken, so I put a bottle of Corona in my shopping bag and as I was putting also a four pack of Stella Artois on top of it, the clerk came and removed the beer and accused me of attempting to steal. I WAS PUTTING THE BEER IN MY STURDY CLOTH BAG TO AVOID DROPPING AND BREAKING ANYTHING. I WAS ACCUSED OF ATTEMPTING TO STEAL BEFORE I HAD THE CHANCE TO PAY. I NEVER ATTEMPTED TO LEAVE WITH THE BEER. The worst thing was that she asked me to leave and threatened to call the police if I didn't. I told her I wanted to buy the beer. SHE REFUSED AND TURNED OTHER STORE CUSTOMERS AGAINST ME BY CALLING ME A THIEF. OTHER CUSTOMER WERE SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO CALL THE POLICE. I've been a customer since 2016 AND ALWAYS PAID HONESTLY AND NEVER STOLE ANYTHING. THIS WAS HORRIBLE.

Every time I go in here the cashier has an attitude as if I'm bothering them. Had a blonde lady flat out tell me that a certain brand of tobacco products are no longer made anymore. So I go across the street to the gas station and they have PLENTY of them. There is one man who is very pleasant though. ONLY reason I'm not giving this location 1 star.

Mentioned to the cashier that the products were mislabeled with the wrong price, she told me it's not her business and that I should rather talk to her manager o_0, another time the same cashier complained in front of customers that I took the receipt too quick out of her hand, made a big deal out of nothing, the attitude is real here 0_o.

Ignorant lady at the register. On July 19th at 4pm. I had a coupon that is supposed to come to $4. On the 7/11 app. It came to be $8 after she scanned my bar code & wouldn't do anything about it. Even when the app said the specific price. Terrible attitude. Terrible service.

The worst i ever been to got crack heads working at this location and the And the owner has the worst people person try to talk to you like he crazy if possible find a better one please do not buy any thing here. Zero stars. They will not let me post with out putting 1star

I go in there the price is $3.99 then they charge you 499 and they supposed to charge what's on the display not what they ring up and I keep telling her that and she don't listen I'm going to start calling corporate on it

The clerks are always friendly but they don't usually have many options for "ready made foods" They had a breakfast sandwich stand which was empty & unplugged on top of the counter.

So bad customer service the one who works in the morning shift I just ast him to make new ice coffee because it's out he said I cant do it now that's stupid so bad …

Well that Ukrainian lady working at night didn't want to take care of me and has terrible attitude..
