Upon arrival, I was instantly accosted by multiple people begging for money or stuff from inside the store. They were blatantly irritated I would not agree to buy them anything and followed me from my car to the door harassing me. When I made it inside, the floors were covered in a sticky substance and assorted debris. The store was out of too many things to list, and the staff was more than a little irritated to be asked about any of them. The blatant disdain the staff has for the clientele is abhorrent. This store needs an immediate change in management, staffing, and facelift. It’s appalling. Do not visit this location I’d you can help it. There is a QuickTrip across the street that is well managed, clean, and well stocked. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. I’m a loyal 7-11 customer but I will never be back to this location.

Never stop here. My phone got stolen out of my pocket while walking out the door. There is a reason that owners don't allow beggers around the building. This store doesn't only allow them around the building but they allow them to stand in the front entrance right by the door so you are forced to walk past them. Someone bumped into me out of the group of 5-6 people and then walked to the QT down the street to pawn it off. When I told the people behind the counter they told me there wasn't a public phone to use. Even the other people in the store knew exactly what I was talking about there being a funnel to walk through and get your stuff stolen. Someone in the parking lot was the one who told me they had just been at QT where someone was trying to sell them the same type of phone I have.

It says 24hrs, but upon making a couple minute walk here at 4am to grab some quick medicine for my childs fever, it seems the staff doesnt uphold what the website says….. not 24hrs. I recommend a, change the website hours. Or b, make sure your overnight employees are running your business correctly. To add to that, the store cant really help the locals around here being ghetto and trashy, especially being right beside the budget suites, but do expect to encounter someone asking for a handout atleast once. They keep the front doors locked due to interior design i believe, youll have to go around the side which just feels a bit…. Less safe. This area itself is not that great. So dont blame the store, but do take some caution.

If you like dealing with rude, unfriendly people that make you feel being a customer has completely interrupted their day....this is THE place to go. So much trash EVERYWHERE, they must not have trashcan or a dumpster. Not open 24 hours, only until midnight, regardless of what the website and posted hours say. I've read other reviews, 99% with the same complaints. The typical response is that it will be looked into and addressed. For over 2 years it's been like this, and getting worse. 7-11, this location is bringing you down!!! Go across the street to the QT

Every time I come in this store it’s usually before work and I’m in quite a hurry. The staff has absolutely no sense of urgency they are always talking to each other and customers like they have all the time in the world even if there’s 5-10 people in line. I have never had any change in experience in the at least 10 times I have been here. I will go out of my way the night before to get the stuff I need before I will go to this store.

12:39am I was just told by the worker I can't shop because he is stocking yet he just let a middle eastern man come out with a bag full of stuff and tells me I can't shop here trust me when I say will be back in the morning to file a major complaint because I sat and waited only for the worker to let the middle eastern guy in then slam the door on me and say he can't help me go away.....I will not be spending any more money here

WARNING: DO NOT BUY GAS HERE!!! Twice, I've had my credit card skimmed at this place. Right across the road, there is a QT that is always clean and well-lit. This place is trashed and poorly maintained. The inside has the most disgusting bathroom you've ever seen in your life. Please do not buy gas here, your card will get skimmed. Every time, my charges are coming from north of Dallas towards Paris, TX.

This place is pretty gross compared to the other 7-11's I've been in. It's always dirty, they don't keep things working. The soda is always messed up (not enough syrup or carbonation or just completely doesn't work altogether) I'm kinda scared to touch anything sometimes tbh. I mostly only get one thing there anymore, ecig cartridges which they are always frequently out of.

Love 7/11 and the different kinds of rewards they constantly have . Points points points... Free food.. free stuff... Oh but ME personally I love the Colombian coffee with hazelnut creamer.. Awsome. Everything 7/11 has to offer is amazing. My opinion. My experience.. TRY IT TO EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF …

This place is the worst 7-11 ever. Facilities are not properly maintained. The place is just nasty and gross. Panhandlers will walk up to you while getting food. Employees don't care. Management does not care. It is just a franchised cash cow. I won't even stop here for gas. Nasty nasty place.

Clean store, nice and funny staff. While here i had a kind young man ask if I "needed that gas" I politely declined and proceeded to pump my own gas. The young men standing around here are so accommodating to your every need. Such a lovely place to stop. Will definitely return here.

I love to shops 7-11 I am a loyal customer this location my covenant one always clean and fully stocked l found what ever I need I love the store employees they care customers friendly and trustworthy I love them how they helping me out. I recommend 100% go shopping everyone......

Place is not 24 hours there was a man inside walking around and stocking. He doesn't wanna let anyone in because less work and it's free money closing the store down. Please be 24hours and stop letting people lock the store down out of their personal reasons.

Cashier this morning shorted my gas by 1 dollar. Never using cash here and possibly wont be here again. Even later for work now sitting here writing this review. Go to QT across the street. Never had issues with them and its safer there.

Be careful with the cashiers because they are NOT honest with you for money like the foundation drink! They just charged me more which I DIDNT buy different kind of fountain drink cup smh! What a rip off!! Don’t go there!

Doesn't answer their phone, always people begging outside that follow customers to their car asking for money, and the last time I shopped here the cashier shorted me my change and did not provide a receipt.

I buy and convenient items from seven eleven a lot. This is in a very Convenient Location. Very easy to access and navigate. Also has Exxon Mobil gas station and a Wendy's Restaurant all in one location

They have the worst service. They are always out of paper at the gas pump. Then they are letting people come into the store without mask and you have people all the time out there bombing for money.

Crack heads at the front door pot dealers at the back door asked me to sell my wife and the cashier hit on my 13 yr old daughter when confronted he said that they marry in his country at 12

This place is not.open 24 hours it used to close at midnight now without notice or signs they close at 11 pm and employees have bad attitude and rude that work at night

Everything States this location is 24 hours but there not 24 hours the night shift workers doing absolutely nothing and has all the doors locked

The girl behind the counter and most of the staff are route. I will never back to this 7-Eleven and my advice to you people stay away far away.

Went there to use the bathroom and the toilet was full of bowel merchandise....it reminded me a big mexican pot of refried beans.

Its good staff but it will shut down just like Wendy's did due to the trash from budget suites.
