Update!! I never was contacted by the franchise owner regarding the order I placed previously. Tonight I placed an order thru the 7Now app, and this store was the location picked to fulfill my order. Order was received, it was marked as being filled, it was marked as ready for pick up and when the delivery driver arrived, magically, the order was cancelled. The reason it was cancelled was items were not available...??? How is the order ready for pick up but once the drive arrives, it's cancelled for items being unavailable?? Read my review below to see what happened to another order I placed previously. I'm going to try contacting the franchise owner during normal business hours. This location needs to be removed from offering delivery by 7-11 corporate. Ordered thru 7Now app. Driver called me when he got to the store bc all the lights were off inside and the doors were locked. I called the store and no one ever answered. My order did get delivered but only bc the delivery driver noticed the employee come out of the locked store to check the gas pumps. Before he made it back inside, my driver was able to catch up to him and asked about my delivery order. The employee did let my driver inside to pick it up so he could deliver it. But what if the employee hadn't been seen?? I would have been without my order! The actual franchise owner needs to be informed regarding their employees closing the store during operating hours. I've contacted customer service and left a message. Hopefully I'll get a response back.

If u go for gas, prepay in the 7-11 app, & keep an eye on your transactions. Otherwise, pay with exact cash inside. Only purchase items with clearly labeled prices. ✫ ᗩᒪᙎᗩYS get a receipt!✫ ➪Especially if its the thin man, wears glasses, long black hair tied behind him, with dark brown skin, older. I purchased 2 candy bars listed at 1.79 each, and an Enjoy Daily for $3, but somehow that came out to $̲11!̲ Not much but i͟t͟’̲s͟ t͟h͟e͟ p̲r͟i͟n͟c͟i͟p̲a͟l͟!̲ ☠︎︎ another time I bought 1 pack of cigarettes & once I got to my car, having dobe tge math in my head, i realized i was charged for 2 packs. So I went back and asked for a receipt. when I did. He acted like oh it was such big deal and he cant get the receipt. Even though the receipt was sitting, printed directly in front of him, & I could see it. Clearly he knew he was in the wrong, thr price was not right. Sucks because the owner is a really nice older man. he’s relatable, friendly, & seemed honest/fair. But I give this store 0 stars ☹︎ mostly for being dishonest! (ง'̀-'́)ง

Walked into the store to get a money order and my total was $231.49. Gave the cashier $235.49 and he literally threw the .49 cents back at me and said he could not do that. At first I couldn’t understand what he was saying he couldn’t do. Then he started to tell me that customers like me mess up his register! He started saying some very nasty things for absolutely NO REASON! I hope God blesses this man someway, somehow because this world has enough ugly, mean, rude ppl and he doesn’t need to add to it. Can’t believe employees are allowed to talk like that to customers! Unbelievable!!!!!! To top things off he didn’t give me my receipt so I went back in to ask for it and he threw the receipt at me! It says I gave him $335. Clearly this person needs an attitude adjustment along with some basic human interaction training.

Brand new store, or almost, the gas station is easy access, the store is clean and well stocked, clerks friendly and the coffee fresh and hot even though it was the middle of the afternoon and I badly needed some refueling! I don't drive, but the bus stops are around the corner, 3 of them! Two run late and previously I had occasions when I trudged home, soaking wet and cold, wishing desperately for a hot cup. The OTHER local store has a miserable coffee brand, and it's expensive. Now there's an alternative! What a relief! And no, Mickey D's won't have my $'s for a cuppa either. The servers have a nasty attitude and offer a single cup like they're doing you a favor. I much prefer 7-11's for my fix. I appreciate customer svc with my foot vote.

There is a white girl there with no teeth who told me if I wanted to I could get out. Went in to get a reload on my cashapp card and the manager says she is about to count down so wait until she is done and that came from the manager. When I asked her why didn’t he do it before you started to count down and she said “ you can go down the street to Walmart “ it’s no wonder there is no business there on a very busy day for gas stations. Thank you for the rudeness but this was a one time visit and hopefully they can learn how to treat people a lot better. What do you expect from that type of person especially the manager. You are what you hire.

Has a prepaid debit card compromised at this locations pump. I rarely use this card and only for inperson purchase. Had gas transaction on (Fri June 3rd 2022 at 13:24 GMT) at 7 Eleven #37238) no trans action 2 months before and next trans action was in July for $519 at HP store in a city in Australia (yes the country of Australia ). - I remember the pumps looking pretty not new and which is why I used this, not often use pre-paid. They need to upgrade or implement better tech to keep the skimmers and these people windows of opportunity limited

Not even remotely surprised by the multitude of 1 star reviews. I picked up an order here today and the cashier was fumbling a little to get it together. Not even remotely a problem. I had no complaints. Then the manager/owner came out and accosted me. He even went as far as to blame me for the cashier messing up my order. Not even sure how that's possible haha I will absolutely, positively never spend a penny here again. I liked the convenience of the location but I will go out of my way to get gas elsewhere.

Thieves !! I went on 11/25/19 around 12am asked for the 8wings for 3$ like the sign/menu says. The cashier charged me $1 each wing? Then I asked how much the pizza was he said 8.99 ? I asked why he said "you have to have the card to get them for the price on menu." No where on the menu does it say any of that. I always pay the price on the menu at all the other locations never any hassle. Nice try crooks I will never be back to this location. Sorry 7-11 and seriously both restrooms were out of order?

Checked out 8/10/18 at 1:25 pm: Did not honor a 2/$3 posted deal. I asked the clerk why it was $3.58 and was told that was the $3 plus tax when obviously that's not true. When I got the receipt and confirmed the price, I mentioned that they should change the posted 2/$3 sign if they weren't going to honor it and was completely ignored. I've been to this location dozens of times, but today was the last bad service I'll put up with from them.

@7eleven some of your cashiers may need some re-training. I came in for a bag of ice and was almost chewed out for it. Apparently the cashier was annoyed that he was interrupted putting back the inventory or something similar as he had a basket and scanner and asked me “you stopped me for a bag of ice??!” Beyond rude. I didn’t bother answering and let him finish the transaction. Not acceptable.

The customer service these employees have is seriously horrible. The are not bus rider friendly if you have anything more then a small bag. Was running errands and had my portable cart. Was told I had to leave it outside. I will most definitely never be shopping here in any way. I refuse to give store anything else. With there customer service they don’t even need to be open.

Love this store and they have the best cashier there , Elizabeth,, she’s a hard worker and is the best always happy and welcoming and helpful,, does a great job in everything she does , I love there coffee it’s the best!! Nothing is EVER Fresh here. Food in cases always looks like it’s been sitting there all day. Staff truly has no regard for Customer Service. Asked for fresh Mini Tacos because ones In case we’re dried out and old and was told only if you buy $4 worth. Have called and spoke to Mgmt and even that was a waste of time. Won’t be returning to this location.

I walked up to pay for my items and the person at the counter is on her phone having a personal conversation like if no one was there and the other worker walked by me and she stank like weed and looked high. If i could, I'd give 0 stars.Never going here again. This was around 10:30pm

It's 4am and I stopped to get coffee. However I needed to use the restroom and both the men and women's restrooms were blocked. Not because there is something wrong but closed until 5am.... what That makes absolutely no sense. For that reason I will not patronize this store.

It's a very clean store all the workers are great people the old man that is part owner follows me and my wife around the store but other than that the store is great. put the old man has been chilling out since he knows we don't steal now so things are getting better.

This store at the corner of Loop 410 and Vance-Jackson, is much like the "old" little store in the neighborhood. Neat, clean, and, wonderful personnel. Smiles that are real, and, a few of them will remember your name. Good managers. Quick service.
