My experience is slightly different, but I guess it depends on what time you have to go. The gentleman at the counter this Tuesday morning is always polite and friendly, which is nice to start the week. I have two 7 Elevens on my commute, and always stop at this one, because sometimes a genuine smile is all it takes. I hope the other staff the other reviewers are commenting on can learn from him. I normally come in on the mornings when it's busy, so 9/10 the staff are great. For example one time I paid for my coffee upfront because the line was long and I had to move my car out of the petrol bay. The gentleman understood and let me move my car to the parking area to grab my coffee without causing a fuss over it. Most other places, it's a big ordeal that's too difficult for the shop attendant to manage that I'm not already at the counter with a coffee, or have to move my car first and then pay for a coffee in a second transaction that I need to line up for. Shop is tidy, coffee machine usually cleaned, never had an issue with the pumps spilling over. Paper towels are supplied for hygiene during COVID. I guess that's all you need.

The petrol station does need a clear sign regarding the washing windscreen only instead of the body. The experience I received this morning is that the Indian guy yelled at me saying I am not allowed to wash the body through a very very loud bloody amplifier. I won't do it if I can see a clear sign. However, the way they handle customers is horrible!!! I feel disrespectful and will try my best not to come back here. The owner, you can save more water now!!! Congratulations!!!

They never have chocolate sprinkles with the coffee. The app wasn't working and the guy tried to charge me full price for something that was reduced on the app (4:16pm, 17/11/2023). How about you just take my word for it. The pies were $3, down from $4.50. It's your company's app that didn't work, why do I have to pay more? Maybe have a list of the offers available for the attendant to see so they can manually key it in if the app isn't working.

Worst seven-eleven, I have ever encountered. Was cleaning my car’s front windscreen and the owner yelled at me saying I was wasting water. He then told me that he had to buy lots of squeezes every week for the service station. Is that a proper etiquette with handling customer? I have been taking fuels for my car about 3 years from this station, never expected this type of behaviour from here. Won’t come here again. Just disgusting!!!

I normally come to this station for fuel and sausage roll, but today they over charge me $2, just because the person before me paid the wrong fuel , but why do I have to pay the difference, I know it's only $2, the guy at counter is like it's only $2, no big deal......But I have to pay the mistake that other people made...... Absolutely ridiculous.........Worst customers services ever....

Unprofessional worker I’m already running at 2’O Clock at night he was back on store I wait long so he allow me to fill the fuel and then he go back again I wait again for pay 1 wait almost 1 minute. I lock the fuel price but I pay the actual which is 20 cents higher than locked. Billshi*** Never come back again terrible coustmer service deserve 0 star

Last time I was at the Newmarket store, a strong powerful body odour smell hit me hard as soon as I entered. I had to hold my breath so I wouldn’t get knocked out. Please for the sake of the business and customers. Make sure personal hygiene is taken care of. Also, the staff’s customer service was very poor. Displayed that he didn’t like his job at all.

Some of the staff doesn’t know how to speak to the customer. If one staff is following the rules then every staff should follow the same rule. Not that one follow and other doesn’t. Its very annoying. Very disappointed. If there was negative ratings o would have given negative rate. They don’t even deserve 1star.

I have been going to that servo for years- I think the guys who work there are great, it's always clean and the fuel prices are never more than what you pay in Milton or Auchenflower. Suggestion- I use the 7-11 app and lock in the fuel price for a week and you get special offers on the app as well,

Cheap slurpee for $1.00 or $2.00 as an alternative to the $7.00 soft drink at Reading Cinemas when seeing a movie! Krispy cream doughnuts are very addictive! Drinks & snacks! A fuel station as well! Wheelchair access is available plus parking! Excellent friendly efficient service provided!

Actually admitted to over charging people for fuel! Went in with a 5l container which I didn't even fill. And machine tallied nearly 6l which obviously impossible.. staff responce... sometimes we just over charge people. Good on ya 7/11.

Unfriendly & surly owner/manager (with the short beard) who is there constantly. I get you come from a different & clearly inferior culture but in this country, being polite & welcoming to customers is considered virtuous.

The less you talk to the cashier, the better. The guy hates everyone and he has that mood every single time I've been there. Don't ask any questions if you don't wanna be treated like S*t. :)

I had no complaints with anything when I visited this store. Purchased fuel and also a Slurpee and the staff were overall very friendly not sure about all the other reviews.

On 17/02/2018 Saturday early morning 4:00am rude person serve me, terrible customer service or none. He looks bored & not interested at all.

My fuel tank is 65lt and I had one quarter full. After topping it up, gauge on fuel pump was showing almost 68 lt. Will not go there ever.

I visit a lot during the week to top up my Go-Card and the employees that work here are always polite and hard working.

At a handy intersection with prompt service and all your petroleum and cafe needs all great 7 Eleven bargains !
