I tried to purchase a 4 pack of crispy creams with a $100 bill and the refused to accept it saying they didn't have change but I could see he had more than enough change . Went to the next 7/11 Just up the road and they had no problem accepting the note The staff are pretty arrogant and rude at the 7/11 car Kings rd and Main rd .

Tonight after finishing night shift around 2:00am, stopped by this 7/11. The person who was working there was mopping the floor, i waited at the sliding door to come in, only to be told that i cant enter and i have to wait 10 mins. He was very rude. Hope to hear from the managers there. Thanks

I often buy coffee here. This Saturday 16/7/23, I see lady staff who always make problems with customers and abused them at United petrol store in Ballarat. I bought 1 coffee and had a chance to get 1 free of coffee or V drink, she said

Me and my Wife always shop here, great service!!! A+++ shop attendant needs promoting. He always smiling and very friendly. Makes you want to stay and but more things haha. Excellent service today at 12.30pm

Friendly staff, always happy to help and they have all promotional items unlike other stores, faridhan is a helpful employee i wish all stores were like this.

Awesome lady who works there... don't know her name but I think she's Dutch or Austrian, maybe Hungarian? Wherever she's from, doesn't matter, she' lovely.
