"I will not be going back to this place and everyone should join in its boycott until these poor workers get the security they need"
"I went here to use my 2000 points for the nachos"
"Ordered via Uber Eats and they forgot half of my order… why not refund items if you are not going to include them… Update: ordered again via Uber Eats to give them a second chance"
"I used to come to come to 7-eleven all the time in the early morning to get wraps for lunches at work which were really quite good, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week, but then the place that makes the food changed the chicken, it doesn't even taste like meat anymore"
Unfortunately, my experience with this store was not pleasant. An unidentified individual, who stole my credit card, used it to buy items from this store. When I asked for their help to identify the perpetrator, both the store manager and the person at the register refused any immediate assistance, citing their policy to release copies of the footage only to the authorities. While two other locations, where the card was used, took an honest interest in my misfortune and actively assisted me, in this store they did not even want to take down the time and date of a fraudulent transaction that took place in their store. They were apathetic and indifferent and they made me feel I was wasting their time. Needless to say that they did not let me take a look at the footage to cross check if the person who appeared in the other locations was the same as the person who showed up in their store. Nor were they open to running the cross-check themselves without me being present. It was very disappointing. If you are a person who steals from people's wallets and you want to use a stolen credit card with impunity, you know what's the place to go. You will be well protected there. UPDATE: The store manager, Dhrwb, just contacted me. He offered a sincere apology and showed interest in assisting in the police investigation. I am therefore immediately improving my rating just like they immediately improved their customer service.
I will not be going back to this place and everyone should join in its boycott until these poor workers get the security they need. This was a scene at the place not just two weeks ago. Someone tried to rob the counter and the employees are left playing secruity. Every day I have heard stories from the employees where people go in here and steal and there's nothing Police can do about it. In fact this lady was not apprehended nor arrested for mental health citation. They are extremely stressed and worried about their safety daily while 711 managment ignores their rights to a safe workplace environment. I went back not even a week later and found police there again. Same story. Manager refuses to get secruity. Stop supplying this store with money until the staff and customers entering can feel safe, its ludicrous.
I went here to use my 2000 points for the nachos. It’s not self-serve as other locations are. It was not busy when I came in but after I went over to pick the chips I got really busy and I had to wait for one of the attendants to help me put my toppings. The cheese was out so there was only chili available. I was able to add the sliced olives and hot peppers on my own though. The nachos tasted pretty good. Oh, and last thing to notice is that ALL the Doritos nacho base containers were EXPIRED, like from weeks and days expired. So I grabbed the Tostitos base instead which were still a few weeks away from expiration. I tried the grapefruit slushy on a previous day and it was like drinking car/battery acid, waaaaay beyond sweet. I had 2-3 slurps and had to throw it out after that.
Ordered via Uber Eats and they forgot half of my order… why not refund items if you are not going to include them… Update: ordered again via Uber Eats to give them a second chance. This time nothing was missing. Instead, my potato wedges were completely inedible. Hard, dry, and stuck together. Don’t buy food from this location. Also, pretty sure I had a hotdog another day that gave me food poisoning…
I used to come to come to 7-eleven all the time in the early morning to get wraps for lunches at work which were really quite good, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week, but then the place that makes the food changed the chicken, it doesn't even taste like meat anymore. The price has also gone up quite a bit and now it no longer makes any sense to go, which sucks as it was quite convenient.
Ordered via Uber eats and like so many other reviewers, didn’t receive half my order and some of it was wrong. They did not contact me for replacements or to refund the item which is so wrong! Uber eats is unable to provide a refund because how can you prove not receiving anything? Will never order from here again. Seems like they steal!
Usually have good service in store and never used to have an issue with delivery until the last 2 times where I ordered the nachos with cheese - and both times, the cheese was recieved cold. Doritos with cold cheese sauce is not that good at all. If you're able to, just get the chips and nacho sauce from somewhere else.
Was in there to buy a cigar. Was denied because no ID ok but I'm 30 years old. I go get my ID and ask them to please hurry I have to get back to work. I was then denied service because I refused to tell him where I work. Kind of ridiculous is 2021 you need proof of income to buy tobacco products. Never going back again.
Staff is friendly and service is quick and efficient. I happened to go in person and didn’t experience any issues. There are some homeless people around but they are quite respectful and nothing to be worried about. Convenient location and lots of stock available.
The best time to be in this 7-Eleven is when Hani is there. Without a doubt in my mind, if Hani is working you are sure to leave with a smile. Hani makes this 7-Eleven super memorable and welcoming, it will be hard to find another 7-Eleven
The store does a good job at trying to keep good in-stock and cleanliness given the amount of customer traffic it gets. This location is mobility accessible. They recently have added a faster way to check-out by using your app to
Thank you so much for being 24 hours. The only way this place can get better which it really needs is possibly a security gaurd cause ive been asked for money so much in line. The other thing is its very expensive. As in by alot.
The staff is very professional and kind. I often visit during the night for my dessert craving and like the face that this location has an okayish variety of it. Though they can always have more, who doesn't like more Ice cream.
I used UberEATS and ordered 3 nacho bowls and a large slurpee. What I received was 3 nacho bowls without any sauce, a large slurpee filled about only 70% of the cup. Now after a long shift at work I'm stick with dry nachos.
Everything is fine here. Staffs are kind, place is clean and everything. Just... way too many homeless people. Well, the staffs here keeps those homeless people in control like a boss so don't worry walk in here.
This store is always closed between 3:30am to 5 am, this store is not 24 hrs. And the employee's are so rude. There are many other store's in the area that are 24hrs
You typical 7/11. Well stocked, has an ATM from Royal Bank inside, and service was friendly. The store is often quite busy but that's because of its location.
As expected, got my cream filled donut, which are hard to find. Staff are always very polite and helpful. This place is busy 24/7.
One of the best 711 I have been too. The employees are very friendly and kind. The food is fresh and items are well stocked.
