I visited a few moments ago (5am 16/8/18) and waited about 5-10 minutes for the guy to open the door. After he did he proceeded to ingnore me until i had spent more than about 2 minutes deciding what to buy. At which point he asked if i needed help and i asked a question about the vegetarian pizza which he said he didn't know the answer to so i said I'd check the 7-11 website to which he responded "make it quick". At this point I was just tired of his horrible service so i just left. Avoid this store if you can.

My dog Tofu and I come here when going for our nightly walk and most nights we are greeted by your employee Darcie. I wanted to give Darcie some recognition as they are always so friendly, so helpful, full of great conversation and its a rarity to come across someone who possesses passion for their job like Darcie does. Just wanted to give them a shout out for being the real MVP and making our regular 7/11 trips a vibe. Uhhhhh someone get this legend a pay rise! :)

Very bad attitude. I was put the discount code to the staff. It was double checked if they accept that. They said yes but the code is fine but they not give me the discount for didi driver. I was driving 5km to go this feul station. I asked them is there anything you can do? They said nothing he can do. I also asked can you refund me and scan the code again? The staff just like a robot repeated nothing I can do. Very bad or shitt service. Not recommend for anyone

I love the relaxed environment of getting a freshly made espresso coffee for ONLY $1 every morning! Furthermore, 7-Eleven have caught me in the whole points system where I can even earn a free coffee or other every seventh visit. You can't ask for much more than that …

Very low in hot food, previous manager alway restocked at least 3 times a day. It's 1.30pm and there's next to nothing in hot food. Also wouldn't hurt for the cashier to look a little happier being there,. Hello wouldn't go a stray nor would a smile.

The staff by the name Akib was extremely rude when I bought a cup of coffee charged me for a two dollars instead of one dollar and wasn't apologetic at all. When I mentioned that he overcharged he told me to leave and never come back to shop.

CLOSED! 5.10 am attendant outside, told store was shut for 10mins, while he emptied bins. Standing by the door, under the sign stating open 24/7. Very unhelpful. Poor customer service and attitude

Terrific owners with an eye for detail.. Great personalities.. store is always clean despite the very high traffic.. I don't know how they remember so many customers names!! Hehe

A relatively small, but very busy store which also sells petrol. Parking area is insufficient. Staff are just doing their job and don't expect a smile or thank you after paying.
