I visited the store today, on September 19, 2023, at around 6:50PM. There was an Indian lady working in the store with AirPods in her ears, speaking on the phone while serving customers. Due to her behavior, I had to drive to two other stores, and unfortunately, I lost my $10 coupon in the process. It's not just about the money; it's about the importance of providing quality customer service. I wasted an hour of my time because of her reckless behavior. While she may have good communication skills, her approach to her job is far from satisfactory. In my opinion, Seven Eleven should enforce a policy prohibiting the use of phones during work hours.

There was a blackish guy not even in complete clothes,from his attitude and customer care,he was looking like a racist, he was also fueling his car next to me,started threatening me for no reason,while claiming to be the owner of the 7eleven store also the lady at the counter confirms that he’s the owner. If yes then 7eleven needs to think twice to give frunchise to such people.

Went in this morning on a coffee run only to be met by one machine out of order and the other out of milk and no one in attendance with a line 7 people long. I'd recommend getting coffee from McDonalds down the road and not wasting time here as the younger staff always seem incapable with keeping up with the morning rush.

Guy was super cool about me pulling up way early in the morning and opening every door and compartment of my car trying to find enough change to buy a light because i was stressed out, he didn't look the slightest bit worried, my local 7levs call the cops when they see your headlights 8ks off in the distance.

Unprofessional staff .. i waited 10 mints there was no one on the register . Then a rude boy came and i set the fuel machine for $50 but it didnt work and them i realised that its apready $92 fuel has been filled .. highly NOT RECOMMENDED ..

Worst staff member i have ever met....named SANGEETA....worst customer service...she doesn’t know how to behave with customers....no information regarding any promotions and started arguing over it as she knows all....don’t ever go there

Store was amazing! The staff are all friendly and did their job pretty well. The gas prices are not too high, nor low. The store itself was excellent, with a wide variety of multiple snacks and drinks. Definitely coming back here!

Rude customer service. We bought 1 grilled chicken mayo & 1 chicken avocado sandwich and $1 coffee and $1 slurpee . She asked 20cents each for squeeze-off TOMATO SAUCE saying it does not come with half price launch deal.

Caution I filled my tank with 91 special on the 7/10 and that afternoon the car started playing up the fuel seems to have been contaminated with water be carful at this servo after a heavy rain .

Asking money for tomato sauce when i bought Vegetarian Pastry.... We give only one sauce with pastry.... If you want more u have to pay for that..

Went to get a coffee with the full cream milk and it felt like there's hardly any milk in it , just water. Would rather recommend another 7-11.

Employees were nice and enjoyed a delicious $5 cheese and tomato sandwich that was too filling almost couldnt finish it, what a great deal!
