"Very poor customer service"
"The bathroom is almost always out of order"
"The saleslady was impatient about me asking for $1 dollar bills for my cash! She said she only had the authority to give a $10 bill if I want $10 cash back! What is the logic, we came to the store and it is reasonable that we may need some change!"
No working restroom. Seriously@!!?? So I asked the clerk "what do you use?" Her response was I haven't used it today!! Are you F#@%$ kidding me?!! I'm pretty sure there is a Texas law that states if you sell food you must have a working public restroom. I am visiting from out of town. I will be contacting the health dept. Good luck!!

Very poor customer service. Will never shop here again. I’ve heard of people having a bad day, but there’s no need for attitude when we are giving your business service. If you’re having a good day, and want to stop for some chips, beware, the grinch lives there. Lanky dude, dark hair, can’t handle correction.
The bathroom is almost always out of order. When my friend and I stop by here, it's usually for a couple Java Monster Energy Drinks and some gas. After getting the drinks, I usually take the opportunity to use the restroom while my buddy refuels the van but, that's been out of the question pretty often.

The workers went completely out of their way on a busy day to help me in (even to the restroom)while I was in my wheelchair . While there were multiple customers whom also helped. Super friendly staff and patrons. Definitely my preferred 7/11.
Great place w/ great customers....Geez I miss them especially my regulars! The owner Cyan is amazing of course everyone has there disagreements in the work place but working it out and creating a positive work environment is all that really
I ask the night shift clerk if I can order a pizza she says yes. I only have pepperoni and cheese. I said fine. Let me have a pepperoni then she goes and says well. You can have the one that's in the glass case I tell no can I have a fresh
Avoid this store. The employees are rude and incompetent. Their knowledge in handling register shows in long lines. This was once a friendly and very well run store but has taken a real tumble. It doesn't deserve the star I have to choose
Asked if they have any specials on 2 liter DP cashier was very rude saying did you read the sign. There was no price tags anywhere on the shelf nor any sales signs. Told the cashier there are no signs nor prices anywhere she replies to me
The trans- girl (African American with tatoos ) was completely rude and disrespectful. A customer asked to use the bathroom and she told them that the bathroom was out of order. When the customer came back to buy some product he asked the
I've been a loyal customer of 711 for many years. This location has been my spot for about 10 months. Last week the cashier charged my card 30$ gas and pumped it in her vehicle. The manager has not returned my calls nor refunded my money.
They have Figi water for $2.75 and rings up a dollar higher. When I bring this to "homeboys" attention, I get attitude. It's a poor store and is reflected in the attitudes of employees. My advice just drive a little further youll thank me.
Dishonest business practices. The gas prices on the sign do not match the pump. Asked the clerk and he stated there is a glitch and that it would only charge me the amount on the sign. Against my better judgement went ahead and filled up.
I don’t know about the quality of the gas, but their price is low and it is as posted on their marquee; which (unfortunately) is unusual. Most gas stations post a price that require you to use their gas card or cash only etc. Here you get
Terrible cashier service! I have the rewards program and I wish these barely able to speak English attendants would allow us to first, put in our numbers associated with the program for points, and second allow us to choose if we want to
This has to be the absolute worst 711 in Austin. Their customer service skills are absent. They never have anything. If you ask them about an unstocked item You get attitude in return there's never condiments like At other 7 Eleven, the
This 711 has a terrible homeless problem, they are always showering in the rest room, smoking crack and getting drunk behind the building, scaring woman and children and begging for money. I will not bring my 6 yearold there ever again
When I walk into this 7-Eleven and ask for a gas receipt, the clerk tells me to get in line behind 5-6 people who are buying things. If you are not going to supply your pumps with receipt paper, do not further waste my time inside the
This 7-eleven is a fraud. We payed 50 dollars inside the store for gas and the pump only gave us the equivalent of 41 dollars. When we asked for our change the guy said there wasn’t any and even refused to give us our ticket. When we
Customers allowed to come in without masks. Female clerk with glasses obviously doesn’t care. What good is the sign outside that says masks are required if nobody will follow it? Austinites beware!
If you come in around 8-9AM odds are you will be greeted by this duck named Tony. He likes to throw some shade at first, but once you feed him a few tacos he quickly goes from your foe to a bro.
The cashier working this morning was completely rude. No need to catch attitude with customers at 8 in the morning. When I asked their name, they refused to tell me.
Despite all of the negative reviews, I have always been in and out with what I need without issue. I've only ever stopped in the middle of the night though.
Horrible customer service very rude very intrusive very pushy and won't let you use your points or coupons false advertising on windows for coffee deals .
Asked female clerk where the restroom was, and she accused me of being rude. Consider yourself forever boycotted.
A gas station that has a sign on the door stating no public restroom. So yeah, I won’t be visiting again!
Awesome help, friendly clerks Check out my profile for more great photographic works
I spent $25 on gas and they charged me $125. Beware of their scam
Just fine
