update 5 stars: All is right in the world. They were over $10 when they counted the register. The employee called and told me I could come get my change and it was their mistake. Like I said mistakes happen, we are all human but this employee made it RIGHT. I am a satisfied customer! Original 1 star post: I made a $7 purchase and gave the cashier the same $20 bill that has been in my wallet for months. The only bill in my wallet. She gave me $3 back. Looking confused I told her that I gave her a $20. She said I gave her a $10 three times before I gave up and just left. I understand mistakes happen but I KNOW I gave her a $20 and that just sucks!!!

The Indian employee that was working tonight overcharged me for the 3 monsters I got. Or didn’t get cause they refused to give them to me and refused to give a refund. The monsters have been 3/6.99 all summer long. They have signs up in the cooler and he charged me 11.66 for the 3 then refused a refund when I called him out on it and refused to give me the drinks. Swear if you don’t know what promotions your job has you shouldn’t be working there. An issue that could have easily been fixed by honoring your promotion or by simply giving me a refund will now end with a lawsuit. Thank that employee.

The staff here during working hours 7-3:30, are very rude, the restroom for paying customers never" works" because the staff hired and payed to work there refuse to do their job. I believe that this privately owned store is being badly represented , so is Austin considering that this 7-11 recieves alot of hard working peoples money on S.Congress yet refuse the convenience of the use of the restroom to paying customers because they refuse to tend to the restroom which is part of being employed at a store using the 7-11 name.

Horrible. This is the worst 7-11 I have ever experienced, by far. Terrible. I am amazed that 7-11 would ever allow one of their locations to sink this low. Dirty is an understatement, and I mean really filthy. Selling alcohol right across the street from a school (don't know how that happened) and staffed with the most disgustingly rude workers imaginable. Is the franchisee poking fun at corporate, or what? CLOSE THIS LOCATION, 7-11, close it NOW, before it destroys your good overall rep in Austin.

Awful. Clerk was busy and walked away before midnight while I’m standing at the register. Then told me that the register automatically closed at midnight. I offered to pay cash instead of card since the register was locked. Clerk accused me of trying to bribe him for offering to pay cash for the beer. Completely deliberate as the guy immediately in front of me bought 2 40 ounce beers (classy!). Trash operation. Go elsewhere.

I just called to ask about different flavors of Puff Bars and the male employee at 9:20PM on June 1st refused to tell me the different flavors. His words, "look man, I have no idea so you better just come up here and look yourself." So yeah, terrible customer service and I want him fired. He gives every 7/11 a bad name. His name is James. Very rude and has no reason to continue working here.

Came in to get a cup of coffee and gas at about 4am they refused to make a fresh one when I ask the was very rude and wanted to fight with me just because I asked him if he can make a fresh coffee if I don't want the half a mug that looks like a very old coffee I should get out of the store.

Easy parking wanted a pizza slice bit they didnt have any. The cashier kindly said he could cook me a whole pepperoni pizza for $10, which i said yet. Believe it or not, the pizza is decent! As for the store, it was clean and the cashier was funny and very courteous.

The credit card readers at the gas pumps have not worked for literally multiple years. Once a year I’ll go by because it’s close to my house and still you have to go inside and give your credit card to the guy to be able to pump gas. Total joke

  • LackofFaithify

The place that does nothing but attract the homeless will demand you leave your multi-thousand dollar bike outside with the homeless that live here in order to grab a $4 bottle of water. This place is nothing but a blight.

The employee's here are so rude. They treated my husband so rudely and refused to give him the right product he requested. We will be calling corporate this is not a 7-11 that we visit ever again...

Stepped into a ghetto. Dimly lit. Rap music playing very loud spewing the n word and other cuss words. Rat turd on counter near coffee. I know what they look like. No doubt rat turd. Never go back.

  • Michael

DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT BUY GAS OR ANY OTHER ITEMS HERE. STORE HAS FREQUENT ISSUES WITH CREDIT CARD SKIMMING. YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION HAS A HIGH CHANCE OF BEING STOLEN AND USED FRAUDULENTLY.

  • Frank Stryker

They charged a dollar for water. My cup and no ice. Freaking water cost a dollar. Puke behind the counter, even when told that was stupid, said oh well. What a joke of a place.....

  • Cesar

This a great place for me and my friends to go after school! But unfortunately there is so many kids that are there they make us wait a line and it takes over 10 minutes!

  • Oliver “Oliver A” Aguirre

I hope 7-eleven would enforce stores to keep up to the original standards regardless of the type of owner. It would be useless to mention what situation happened here.

  • Rachel Jenkins

Your credit card info will be stolen at this gas station. It's known throughout the neighborhood - management won't do anything about it. Report fraud

Store manager was very arrogant and refused to bake a pizza unless I buy a whole one. Then he told me to go eat a hot dog instead. Very lazy and rude.
