I purchased my essentia water through the 7-Eleven app. The machine to scan the barcode after purchase was broken there was no sign posted saying machine out of order and I already completed the purchase so I go to the register and show the cashier I made the purchase but the machine was down it clearly showed through the app receipt my purchase date, time, amount, and card used for purchase. The cashier is telling me I have to purchase the water again because my receipt doesn’t prove that I made the purchase when it clearly showed it was paid through Apple Pay. I asked why there isn’t a sign on the machine stating it is broken the cashier replies because u won’t see the sign?? Who says that any time a machine is down in any store a sign is placed so u can know what’s going on. They made me stand there at the register and go back and forth when the proof is in the app I will never return to this 7-Eleven service is trash. Get your machines fixed !

This is the saddest, least professional excuse for a 7-eleven franchise I've ever encountered. I live 5minutes away, and was hoping to patron the store because of it's familiar layout and deals, but today I had to walk out and vow never to visit again regardless of price or convenience. I've stopped in on two previous occasions, hoping that perhaps it was the time of day or a fluke, but the truth is that the staff is QUITE rude and insulting. Also, they do not necessarily participate in typical 7-eleven deals or promotions because they set their own prices. That would be understandable if they at least offered quality service. It's so bad, I took time out of my day to discourage other potential customers from going. Visit at your own risk!

Don’t go here at all! I used my 7-eleven app to get a deal on whole pizza 2/ $10 and the guy at the cashier tried to rob me of more money he charged me regular price for one and tried to have me pay for the second pie..he also tried to argue with me on not giving me my money after I didn’t want anything. Mind you on the screen it shows $10 and a $1 for tax and he tried saying it didn’t go through... his attitude was disgusting he shouldn’t even be working there! Also when I asked to speak to the manager HE SAID NO YOU SPEAK TO ME! Man not worth it don’t go here!

Last night I purchase a quart of milk and was supposed to be charged a discount member price. The guy at the counter pretemded he scanned my rewards can and charged me a non members price of $5.88 for the quart. When i got home I checked my app and saw that there was no transaction history on my card meaning that they never used my card for my rewards. These people are crooks and do not honor rewards. Stay away from here. They probably confused you with a tourist and wantbtobtake advantage.

Awful asked the dark skin employee with Hindu accent a simple yes or no question totally was rude and unprofessional about ur services should I throw out my belly card he couldn't answer the simple question about ur services really thenthrow he proceeded to yell at me. I asked ur other employee told me I could throw out my card but I could use the card at other store I will buy my coffee at Starbucks I will throw out my card and not buy from u again.

I went to this location on this Thursday and the front counter staff name tshring was very very very helpful and had super great customer services. I wanted to warm up the food he did it quickly. He was nice n funny and was very quick and had positive attitude. Thank u tshring for ur excellent customer service..

I was hungry so I tried the pizza which came with a soda. I also got Buffalo wings. I don't like that I had to pay for the sauce for the wings that should have been free. The pizza was not bad to my suprise. The meal however wasn't filling. The pizza im sure wasn't fresh but yeah. The total came up to about $8 and change

Be careful of this 7/11 one of the worker tried to rip us off because we look like tourist. He was charging us $44 dollars for a pack of water. He was pretending that he can’t speak English. The water is only $8.99 and he was charging us 4x the price. Be careful especially if you are tourist.

I spend $200 a month here at least - today they let a homeless guy beg for money right next to their register at 8pm but when I came at 4 am after work and it was 10 degrees outside, I asked if I could wait for my car inside the store and they made me leave. Never going here again.

they don't give receipts unless you ask. i don't like saying bad things about people and places but this place tried to steal money from me when giving back my change. always ask for a receipt or they will claim you never purchased anything from them. just a heads up.

Tried to get a money order and the guy said, "We don't do money orders." I've gotten money orders from 2 other 7-Elevens before and it's well known that they do, in fact, do them. Do not go here for money orders unless you want to be rudely told no.

7 Eleven has the most underrated Pizza in these United States Of America! We bring ours home & brown it just a little more by our oven. 4 stars for the Pizza alone! You could argue the same for their oatmeal cookies.

Scamming store. Got two small slurpees and they charges $4.99, when they’re under $1.50 each. I’ll be reporting this behavior to the corporate headquarters and disputing the transaction with my bank.

Highly over priced items and forget about using your 7Eleven app this location does not honor its app prices what they have posted in the store is what you'll be asked to pay.

They all employee have a same story when u wanna change the dirty or different size paper coffee cup " boss is watching the camera amd accouting how many coffee we sell "

Not the best of experiences and not the worst I found what I wanted but the service was very rude when I was asking questions I just took my items and left.

They don't process gift cards and PayPal. And the employees don't know how to count money and coins. They need to be shut down until they get it together.

The staff is very nice and helpful always come here to get snacks and the such, the prices are pretty regular but they have a lot of great options.

Decent 7-Eleven. It's not too big, but it has all the main stuff you'd want, plus it was relatively clean and had a Citi ATM.
