Professional and honest: Thanks to young gentlemen at Gumdale 7-11 for being polite and professional. I occasionally pop in to get petrol here. Basic human error one day accidentally assigned an incorrect pump to my car. Happens to everyone, in every industry. Honest mistake. Bought petrol here for years, first time this has happened. 7-11 staff tried to try and ring me, however my phone is almost always off. After noticing discrepancy on my bank statement, I called explaining my situation. Young gentlemen at the store was already aware of my situation. Next time I popped in, was reimbursed immediately. Thank you very much for your integrity and compassion. From: man who limps, has old silver Ford Falcon, doesn´t talk very much, nor buy very much petrol :)

People that work at this Servo are either extremely paranoid or just plain stupid. Was filling up one cold morning and put my hoodie on, all of a sudden the bowser turns off. Didn’t work until I took my hoodie off? You can clearly see my number plate and the hoodie isn’t covering my face at all. What’s the problem? Never experienced this anywhere else even while wearing a motorbike helmet. On another occasion I bought some food and sat outside in the car eating it and after 10 minutes one of the workers came outside and asked me to leave? Excuse me I’m a paying customer why should I leave? Paranoid idiots

Have recently discovered the 7-Eleven smartphone app that allows you to find the cheapest fuel in the surrounding area - say a 10 klm radius - and lock that price in. So even if the fuel is 15cents more expensive where you are you still get it at the lower price. This is a great feature and I use it all the time now. It takes the loyalty program to the next level - woolies/caltex and shell take note!

Retail review: customer service - 5 stars greeting on entry and exit, customer service with a smile. Store cleanliness - 4 starts. Coffee machine: 1 star produces coffees so hot that it's not possible to carry your coffee out the door with one installation cup, machine doesn't suspense correct liquid volumes, and has a problem with its onboard milk frother

I just an awful experience in this store. Came in to buy ice creams and the sales assistant who had spread boxes all over the ice cream freezer and was unpacking them there walked away to stand behind the counter for the entire 5 mins it took me to move all the boxes off the freezer to get at the ice creams. So rude!

Horribly rude staff told me she's too busy and not allowed to tell me fuel prices over the phone when I'm calling to check if the fuel watch app is correct. Now I won't go there on principle, cheaper or not. Get stuffed.

The best guy in this store Kalyan . Always happy and helpful for others. I deliver to almost all 7 eleven stores across Brisbane, GC , SC . Never seen a happy face like this man. Regards Sahil

Poor layout of pumps and not enough pumps on offer for 95. Lack of signage that you can see from a distance on both sides.
