"Hi, today around 4:30pm i went to this 7eleven to grab a bite and choose peri-peri chicken sandwich i planned to eat in my car but after opening the package I found there was fungus like white thing stuck on the lining of the bread"
"Hi i just let the manager know whenever we go to this service station late night you staff did not deal good with customers its 1:58am 15/july/2020 i need coffee first he told me coffee machine is on cleaning mode i told him i can see both machines is not on cleaning mode then he told me we don,t have milk and i told him to open the milk side of coffee machine and there is enough milk in it! I suggest everyone to not use this service station because staff behaviour is so rude with customers"
"Milk went into my car instead of unleaded 91 and my car is highly lactose intolerance"
"It's Monday 31 May 2021 and Victoria tia is on the middle of another lockdown to prevent the spread of Covid"
I only wish places could sometimes be given a negative store. Rude Staff (Goutham) and false advertising stating they are open 24hrs when they close their doors at 10pm. So if you need to use the ATM - forget it. If you need to purchase items - well good luck because unless you know exactly what you want, its correct price and if they have it in stock or not you are leaving empty handed. You can be "served" here after 10pm provided you are just buying fuel or cigarettes or if you have listed exactly what you want before hand and then hope 1. They actually have what you want. 2. That the item has not been tampered with or past its use by date. (In this case add in that "hot food" is actually Hot and not frozen on the inside still.) 3. That you dont mind paying a random amount because you never get to see what you are paying or advised of prices before hand. Oh and when asked to help by telling you whats available, "no we wont do that" is their response. That is NOT open 24hrs.
Hi, today around 4:30pm i went to this 7eleven to grab a bite and choose peri-peri chicken sandwich i planned to eat in my car but after opening the package I found there was fungus like white thing stuck on the lining of the bread. And when i went back inside to show it to the person working there he was kind enough to look into the matter, even though I received my money back and got everything sorted with little deniability from the staff, i am writing this post to make everyone aware that please check the food after opening the packet as I noticed the fungus after finishing half of the sandwich. Thank you Pc: if someone can guide into how to attach photo it would be very helpful because i have proof also.

Milk went into my car instead of unleaded 91 and my car is highly lactose intolerance. I’d just prefer for next time that petrol comes out instead but other than that I had really nice prolonged eye contact with my server x I was also arrested for trying to steal petrol (when it’s not busy being milk) what sort of a conservative country do we live in ? I can’t even rack petrol SMH lots of love, Juliet
It's Monday 31 May 2021 and Victoria tia is on the middle of another lockdown to prevent the spread of Covid. The operator of the store is wearing a mask under his nose. I asked he put over his nose. He did not. I advised it is a requirement, he shrugged, I would avoid this store because of a lack of wearing a mask properly, its not that hard when we all do our bit.
While it isn’t end of the world, I have to wonder why there is a 7 Eleven app, with offers if they are not going to be honoured. I spent 20 minutes waiting in store while trying to redeem an Offer, only to be told the Boss said they won’t do it. Strangely I noticed that they didn’t have any of the 7 Eleven offers advertised. Note to self: Pick another store!
In Frankston we're spoilt for 7-Eleven choice, this store I frequent during the morning coffee run rush on the way to work. The attendants are always friendly, has everything you'd expect from a 7-eleven. Just waiting for them to install additional coffee machines …
Neither the staff, or the customers tend to wear masks here. If you are here between 6 and 7am weekdays you will find a dozen hi-vis wearing anti mask bogans breathing over everything in store.
I rolled an eshay for his tn's but i choked on some slurpee which was bad. Overall got good cash from selling the tn's but unpleasant experience when i choked on the slurpee
Good location with good parking facilities. The store is maintained very clean and the staff are very friendly. Big Thumbs up
It's alright. No where as good as its counterpart near the train station but still quite alright
If you want to live another day of life. Avoid this petrol station permanently. Hub of junkies
0 hot food on a Friday night.. At 11pm.. Like the whole pie cabinet was empty... WTF
Good location, good variety and amount of stock. No issues here.
Very good and decent staff. Excellent service
Typical 7 11, hot food and cold drinks
7-Eleven coffee is surprisingly good
Great place open 24/7. Convenient
Very poor customer service
