Motorbikes Beware. This servo will discriminate against you and force you to prepay while simultaneously allowing cars to fill up first then pay. Is being assumed I am going to steal petrol? That is the only reason i can think of for forcing a motorbike to pre-pay but allowing a car directly next to me to fill up despite arriving after me.. Upside: PA used to inform me without needing to move away from the pump. Didn't have to wait long to be informed. Downsides: Would have to have moved inside anyway so pointless. Public embarrassment. Treated like a potential criminal. Went to the Caltex up the road where I was not discriminated against. EDIT: Spelling corrections.

Just bought a car a week before, taking it to the mechanic for RWC, driving on a permit. Thought I’d fill up here as I usually do, was trying to fill but nothing occurred. The lady was mumbling through the speaker. Eventually went inside to be told rego was suspended. Yes I know which is why I have a permit ! Said I can’t fill up without ore paying. Left and filled up down the road. Bc of this got an Ampol card for 9 business cars do 7/11 missed out as I was thinking of getting a 7/11 card as I was already using the app.

I was there with my daughter as she was after some Krispy Kreme donuts. We were told from 2 different 7-11 stores that although the fresh donuts had been delivered we could not buy them. They won't be put out for sale till 4 or 5am, we were there around 10.30pm and as there were not many left on the shelf, we wanted the new stock. I'm not sure Krispy Kreme would be happy to see 7-11 refusing to sell their product.

Standard 7/11 service station Definitely generally expensive on the cost of fuel Which I assume based on it's location people always stopping In-store lots of items and goodies for when your on a trip or just wanting some food Downside is the service generally one person in side thus paying for fuel or items can take some time.

Very disappointed to see staff not wearing masks while serving food and drinks during this pandemic. I have family that are considered high risk in regards to COVID-19, and seeing staff do the ultimate act of frankly not caring about their customers makes me not want to go here anymore, even after the Pandemic passes.

Excellent service. Te shelves are always stocked and the fridges always full. The building is kept tidy and there are plenty of car parks if you aren’t purchasing fuel. The place can get quite busy at certain times of the day for fuel as there aren’t a large amount of pumps available.

I picked up the cup of ice cup it was broken and the girl was working there I started saying that you have broken and I will check the camera, she insulted me and it turned out to be false by checking the camera time 17:45 pm date 14/09 /2022 very rude employees

Stop here all the time after events at Werribee Park. The girls are lovely in there and always have just a positive attitude!
