I am writing this review which can be better described as a complaint to explain the racial discrimination I had to face today at your 7/11 convenience store today . It is important to highlight the fact that I have never faced such prejudicial treatment ever in my several years in Australia and I am extremely disappointed in 7/11’s understanding about its customers diversity . This incident happened at around 3pm on the 8th of August 2023 at 7/11 Ashwood. I have just pumped gas and I got an emergency phone call from my girlfriend describing that she is feeling extremely sick and distressed and in which I decided to park the car in the 7/11 customer parking directly at the 7/11 premises while I was comforting my girlfriend . It is important to mention that I have not left the gas station . I was still in its parking fully aware that I was under surveillance. After the call I went back into the store to make my payment for gas when the sale’s clerk . A lady in her mid 20s with blue hair and a nose piercing who happens to be of Caucasian decent came screaming at me accusing of trying to steal and leave without paying when I was literally inside the store offering to pay . I was extremely uncomfortable and quite frankly flabbergasted by her behaviour . She was making rude remarks and back handed racist comments . I asked for her name and she threatened me to call the police. She mentioned that she was the manager and hence she could act however she liked. And when I left the store she laughed at me loudly . Is this what the values of 7/11 stands for? Discrimination of immigrants by hiring racist employees? I did not deserve this humiliation for doing the right thing . I have video proof of this incident which I will be posting on social media for public knowledge and justice if I am not provided with the ethical compensation I deserve which is a thorough investigation on the situation and to take necessary steps against your RACIST employee. Please make this right , I do not want an email from you saying you are investigating this incident for me to just never get a feedback again . I go to this store on a daily basis as it is the closest to my residence and hence I don’t want to face this incident again or face this problematic employee again as well. I was there at 2:30 in the night on Friday which was 03/06/2020, wanted 1 and 2 dollar coins for laundry, I had 10, 20 and 50 cents change politely requested for 1 and 2 dollars, in return I had to face a really bad stare and a rude reply. I requested for cash out and asked for the cheapest product available in the store, we expect the staff members to know or have a brief idea about the products available in the store, he failed to give an answer for that. At last had to order coffee for the purpose of cash out, which he did not suggest, which indicates that he is unaware of the products and services being offered in the store. A truly rude person, ineffective and inefficient customer service. Highly disappointed, I've come across similar reviews, hope strict action is taken. I usually ignore such behaviour but this person has to be pointed out for his *IGNORANT* behaviour.

One start is too high rating for this store, Worst service ever I have ever got . I was locked fuel in the app before arrival of this gas station and when I went to the store and they said the code is not working even I saw them two codes and there is very high price fuel and I have law priced locked but still I have to pay the high price because they have worst system and staff there. They waste my 30 minutes there. Total waste of time and money there.

This place used to be good a few years ago, before some family bought this place out and decided to hire lazy and rude staff. Get rid of night counter service and just let people inside, because it seems the staff cannot be bothered making people coffee or finding a niche item inside

As a DASHER, This is the worst pickup point for orders. Every time I pickup from this location, you'll have to RING the bell and call their number continuously with no Attendant at Night Pay Window. If you're not in a hurry then I would recommend attending another 7/11.

The night staff employee was so much rude upon asking for a coffee replacement. He gave us a half cup and that also he was filling for himself. No wonder how customers are treated here. Upon asking he said go from here. Never coming back. Worst staff ever seen

Obnoxious woman working behind the counter rudely told me I couldn't bring my bike inside despite having nowhere to securely lock it to outside. Flippantly suggested I just leave it unsecured. No wonder the store was empty if that's how customers are treated!

Absolutely disgraceful, in a time everyone is hurting this horrible 7-11 is charging people $1.78 for 95 petrol. Filled up only $5 so I could go to the next station to fill up the tank. Take some social responsibility in a time of need.

i filled fuel and then see the staff by night time window and asked him i need sushi but he said.i have to pay my petrol first and he will grab sushi for me and then pay again for the sushi....hire smart people for your business

This place is a petrol gouger Melbourne is in the middle of a viral disaster and he has petrol marked up to $1.60 the average is $1.14 and some are under a $1 thieves who prey on the poor shame shame shame on you

That guy with glasses who works Saturday night is very rude, he does not have etiquette. Shame on him. I wish 7 eleven management should take action against him.

Staff freaked out at me to remove my motorcycle helmet before I can enter the store or pay for my fuel? Come on 7 eleven!

Service and store standards at this store are outstanding. Product range and availability 5 stars. Keep up the good work

Please fix microwave permanently . So hot food that is cold out of the Warmer , can be made hotter .

Night staff was very rude as if he was giving the coffee for free. Learn some customer service.

i purchased 9 sausage rolls and the sauce was free and the sauce was free (they are halal)
