Simply went in to heat up my lunch like at any other 7-eleven, as I work on the road. Opened the microwave to see a few pies in their, asked the nearest and only person next to me if it was his, he replied no. So I continued to take them out and place them gently on the bench and put my food inside. As it was heating, this man with glasses comes up to me yelling, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! Takes my food out and tells me to get out because it's not free to use the microwave.... Just wow...

What a joke What service - your a number Whilst fueling up - Delivery driver smoking + Customer driving away from pump smoking Walk in to pay - male attendant walks straight infront of me not once but 3 times with out a mutter of manners Female console attendant rude - you have 5c give it to me next time Seriously get a grip I want George - he needs to work 24/7 hes the best Seriously thinking about not returning

Very bad customer service received by staff in this our local store in Sunbury Gap road. Very very disappointed Staff member was Rude and start saying “go and complain I don’t care at all Take my name “. As he told to me his name is Ramy.. He needs proper training.... He scaring every customers.....

My go to 7/11! The lady that works in the mornings has the best customer service and is very kind. This is by far the cleanest 7/11 ever, coffee machine is always working, stocked and clean. The food in the fridge is always neatly displayed and condiments are always stocked! Staff are always friendly whenever I go in!

I am not sure if it is legal or illegal to use a faulty pumping machine in petrol station but this morning we tried to use it to pump our wheels and all 4x wheels became flat that we had to call RACV! The seller insists that the machine is okay but it is not. Will avoid this centre.

Always friendly happy staff wouldn't go anywhere else in fact I refuse to go anywhere but 7.11 always a delight! PS. Thankyou for replacing my nephew's lollipop for free which he had dropped on the ground at the front doors as we were leaving! So nice!

Awesome staff. Very Friendly. Clean store and great products. The Coffee is better than barista coffee and is consistent. Great price. Pity the new 7-eleven app doesn't work on my 3 yr old android phone. Used to love the fuel lock feature and rewards.

Best customer service here...all the staff are so lovely and funny. The older gentleman who is there very often (I'm assuming the manager) is so kind, he gave me heaps of great advice when I first got my licence and always puts a smile on my face!

Clean service with helpful staff. Good location to fill up tank. Makes life easier being able to run in and grab a few essential items without having to go through the hassles of a big grocery store.

Waited out the front for 15 minutes, clearly someone inside and someone's car parked out front. Obviously too lazy to get up and open the door. Lucky I wasn't buying petrol...

I really like this branch of 7-Eleven. It is well maintained and has very polite and helpful staff. I recommend this place and salary raise to the staff.
