This 7 11 is clearly NOT open 24 hours!!! I drove there THIS MORNING looking for items ,I needed for work because we were short on our product. I show up there at 6 a.m., I can clearly see the older man or woman with short hair sitting there eating . I don't see anyone else in the store no one else is parked , no customers outside. I go to the doors, I'm dres.sed in full work uniform, make up done, hair done nicely. Completely presentable. I go to pull the doors to go in, Annnnd they are locked... so I knock i assume that doors locked makes sense to prevent crime. But i knocked TWICE on the door... twice..... the attendant you had that i could CLEARLY seen at the one window, did not unlock the doors at all... did NOT even acknowledge me.. Didn't even give me the respect to come to the doors and tell me your closed or WHATEVER her or his reasoning was ... they were eating... And just completely ignoring me ... And i knocked loud (loud enough to be heard but not stupid loud where it could come across as aggressive or scary) plus i am a tiny female 120 pounds 5"3 and I had NOBODY WITH ME.... and they still didn't let me in.... absolutely ridiculous waste of my gas and totally unprofessional you should clearly change your staff or change your hours of operation.

Incompetent clerk with attitude. Item didn't scan. Clerk went to check price. Returned and entered a price over $3 more. I corrected her on this and was given a dirty look and told that was the price she saw. I returned with her to the section and pointed out the item I selected at the lower price. No apology for the error was given and attitude persisted. This did upset me and, against my better judgement, I became unpleasant with the clerk. I was then refused service for the purchase. I did, regrettably, allow my temper to get the best of me while receiving incompetent and indifferent service. All of this would have been avoided has the clerk used the words "I'M SORRY" even once after having her error pointed out to her. Two stars as I added one on since, regardless of the fact that it was the clerk's error and initial attitude in response that instigated the encounter, I accept that my response and behaviour was also inappropriate and not reflective of my best self. Still, I will not return to shop at this 7-11 if I see this clerk working again.

I only really go for the cookies when it’s late. Every time I’ve gone in recently tho they haven’t had any. I asked the older lady today when they’ll be done, she said when the orders are done. Now 3 calls later at 1 am and she says she still hasn’t gotten around to it and she honestly just seems annoyed of me to even ask. Just disappointed I want my cookies man lol. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I know it’s a convenient store but I do expect better tbh.

Never. NEVER get skip the dishes from here. They’ve never once got it right. This time in particular, they got the entire order wrong. We order light life(vegan) chicken strips. They sent real chicken. 1 nachos with nacho cheese. They never sent the cheese. 3 bags of chips, we only got 2. And hotdogs with topping. Not a single topping included. Not a single thing we ordered and paid for was delivered. It was simply because of the lazy overnight staff.

Not impressed by the women working tonight. I asked her politely where the bathroom was, she just looked at me and said “NO.” I asked her if I could use it if I bought something: “NO.” Couldn’t be bothered to say anything else. Furthermore, I walked into an empty store (no one else was there) and it was disgusting. Clearly, she wasn’t stocking the cups or wiping the counters while if was slow. Not impressed at all.

Went in to the store to buy a $250 pre-paid visa card. I repeatedly asked the cashier to make sure the card is activated properly as I needed to use the card asap. Upon returning home I found that the card was not only inactive, but also completely suspended. So now ive gotta wait 5 buisness days for a new one to be shipped in. This puts me in an awful spot. Awfully incompetent service.

Yesterday was actually my first time inside of a 7-Eleven. I had a really pleasant experience. Super clean environment, fantastic food, the slurpees are fantastic too. I ended up going back a second time within to get more hot dogs and try the taquitos. The employees there are super nice as well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! Will be returning again.

Today I used my rewards on part of my purchase. The points were claimed but I was charged full price, when I told the clerk about thisall he said was "I cant look back at the receipts". I hadn't even gotten to my car. I used to spend $50+ a month at the Fairview location but I'm done with you. An annoying start to my saturday night and garbage customer service

Absolutely horrible I have ordered off of Uber twice and they gave me the wrong order twice the first time I ordered a blue slushy they gave me a green slushy this time I ordered another blue slushy but they gave me a mango slushy and I’m allergic to mangos, when I called the store to let them know what happened they did not care!! They didn’t even apologize

For the most part I always visit throughout the night during the week. I absolutely love the night lady who works fulltime, she's the best employee I have experienced thus far and personable as well. Definitely has to deal with alot and should be given a raise for her competence & amazing customer service skills.

this particular location should be the standard all stores strive towards. all the staff are super friendly and helpful. help give burlington a small town feel and warmth you normally wouldn't really think of when shopping at a chain store. thanks very much guys, from your tall cigar smoking friend ;)

M a regular customer and always get very good customer service but tonight a guy there was very rude and he mishaved like hell..he was not even aware of pricing and customer service as well..wud never come back there..seems like owners dont care of their customers..very pathetic..

Avoid ordering from them on TooGoodToGo app, they canceled our 3 item order stating it was out of stock, then relisted the 3 items and they sold out instantly. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour to cancel a customers order just to give the 3 orders to their friend.

Quiet a neat and clean place with very good and courteous staff. Good place to buy stuff. I really liked the chicken strips and potato wedges. Also my son really loved the cookies. Dealt with a guy named Harinder, he was super good. Thanks for the perfect service

The 16 Year old Girl name Guchita was in her world. I asked her about apples she told me its ok. Very Nice she look a little tired but still Energetic I don't know what she Understand but she is Funny Very friendly and Nice service. Had a good day after that

Love this store, come in almost everyday and the ladies working are a pleasure, different experience when the men are running up front, seems to be less of a pleasure to come in, almost as if you bother them by coming in.

Was at store August 3rd @ 12:03am. The poor old lady is the only employee running around to make food, handle customers and answering skip/Uber orders. The place needs at least two ppl at night for the old lady’s safety.

The store is clean and well stocked. The only inconvenient thing about it is that they restrict the entrance to the rear of the store even though they have an entrance door on 2 other sides of the store.

the cashier who brings his iguana to work is my favorite! he always lets me pet him! The owner of the iguana is a great cashier, please promote him! I always come to this location to visit the iguana! :)

It's been my favorite place since I was younger because of all the choices of snacks, drinks accessories, cards ect. Very fair pricing and great employees.

It's big, and clean, and as with all of them, terribly expensive. It's the place to go when nobody else is open.

Something for everyone. Parking can be tricky. Bakery items are the best. Wash it down with a super big gulp!
