June 13/22 I bought a pack a Belmont smokes($20) Vuse Vape Device ($13) and Vuse vape juice ($12). The east Indian lady tried to rang in the pack of smokes first, Vuse Vape Device second, Vuse vape juice third and quickly tried to ring in the pack of smokes again and said the total was $66. I asked for the receipt because it should be around $46. The lady was livid I would even question her. Then the first and last transaction was Belmont smokes which was now obvious she was trying to steal from me. She said she accidentally rang it in twice. Not even a sorry! I paid on debit but she paid me my refund in cash! Kind of shady if you ask me! Which makes me believe she's doing this on a daily, to as many people as she can. avoid this 7/11 at all cost or expect to get your money stolen from you!

I ordered skip from here tonight and I can’t believe the horrible service I was given. They called me to inform me that an item I ordered was out of stock despite it showing in their system, this item was the main reason I placed the order so I asked them to cancel, the workers unprofessionally refused to cancel and spoke a different language amongst themselves then hung up on me without saying a word to me. They forced me to receive the order by lying to skip about sending the correct items and when the order arrived all the items in the order were incorrect. They grabbed whatever they could to replace my order with similar items and they were all terrible. Skip refunded me fully. I would stay far away from this 7 eleven and whoever was working tonight needs to find a new job.

Some of the staff here are so cold and rude it's almost uncomfortable being in there for example I want to night at around 7PM and this lady was helping me I said hi how is your night..... no answer I said hi again thought maybe she did not maybe here me first time and right after I said that she states do you have 7-11 rewards I said no does not ask how I want to pay just assumes asked for a bag no word and when I left I made sure I said it loud bye have a good night no response like I will drive a little farther and give happy people kind greatful employees my money her name was veejay or veejag or veejin can't member the end

I asked if the hot dogs were ready and he said yes, they were literally cold. Then after already paying fof them I ask where all the condiments were and I get handed a couple packs of ketup and what not. Had I known before purchasing i would not have bought them. Then I go to eat them and thats when I realize they are cold and on some of the grossest buns I've ever had. This whole experience is while he's trying to upsell me the entire store and give my phone number for the points card. I wont go back. What kind of place doesn't know the hotdogs arent cooked.....

FIX YOUR SINK. Went in here last night after a 12 hour shift to get some food and a drink. When I walked in there was a disgusting smell. I asked the cashier and he said it was the sink. I couldn't even finish my order because I thought I was going to puke. Not safe for customers, not safe for employees. For the smell to have gotten that bad there is a serious problem with maintenance and hygiene here. Would not recommend

Just got refused the sale of a lighter because I didn't have my ID. Lighters are non age restricted. I needed the lighter for an industrial purpose and because of her lack of legal understanding I didn't get what I needed. So I live right by this 7-eleven but I won't buy gas from there or cigarettes or any household items from now on. I'll just drive to Walmart down the road.

While ringing up my items the staff member answered the phone, then walked away to look for an item mid order, when she finally came back to finish scanning my 3 items she asked if I wanted bag. I said yes and then she walked away to go find them..... I will shop at the 711 in Beaumont from now on.

My daughter and I encountered extremely rude staff this evening. We were getting icecream to celebrate my daughters soccer game. The lady working named Simira was dismissive and extremely rude to us.

The guys who work in the night dont want to sell any hot food is it your policy. Then why you guys open it for 24 hours.

Staff is always welcoming, helpful and friendly. The place is always nice and clean.

Edit to previous review. Good store to stop at. 7/11s are convenient.
