I don't know what the previous person was talking about but they have one of the best chicken around. It may not be incredibly gourmet, but it's still hella tasty and good for the price. Nevertheless, this is one my fave 711 locations, considering the staff are nice and hard-working. They are always trying their best to keep the store clean and organized. It's a busy and extremely popular place, with kids coming all the time I think, so c'mon, you can't expect it to look like some 5 star hotel that's spotless and perfect 24/7. It seems like this store got a big turn around ever since this year. New manager or staff I guess? This is my go-to 7-eleven. Keep it up.

The workers always follow me around the place when I go in even tho I don’t do anything and all the workers there other then one always give me the most attitude for no reason it’s so annoying and they sometimes charge me more for stuff I notice this because the last time it wasn’t as cheap and the label doesn’t match up honestly you should just go to another 7-11 shop because this one isn’t sanitary at all and sometimes when I ask for wings they give me wedges or don’t give me the amount I paid for and I’m sick of it man so please I would recommend another 7-11 that isn’t trash and know how to do things right or just go to circle of even another company

I get the impression the staff doesn't care about this place. One day I found expired juice and brought it to the counter to let them know. I watched the same employee then put it back on the shelf when I walked away. It was still there a week later when I went back. They also have a fuzzy peach slurpee that wasn't selling, so they relabeled it as orange. I have to assume this is what happened since I've told the people on duty three times now that it's not orange flavor (I tried it after I poured it thinking it was orange) and it remains labeled as orange now, after 2 months...

I stopped here today to pick up something quickly. I had dealt with several other people throughout my day. But when I was helped by Gurpreet, she was amazing! Helpful, kind, attentive and quick. She literally made my day and I was sure to tell her and her store manager before I left to write this review and tell all of you. Thank you so much Gurpreet, you are a shining example of what humans can be.

It's pretty good, from reading other reviews everyone is complaining about the staff when I've never had any real problems with them, the staff actually seem very nice. They usually have everything I go in there for, one problem is nearby the Slurpee machines the ground is almost always sticky and it seems like that doesn't get cleaned as much, other than that this place is pretty good.

Each time I go to 711 at this location, I find the employees fairly nice and polite with one exception. The older Caucasian lady has been extremely rude and dismissive. She treats and speaks to most customers like they are stupid for shopping there and for asking simple questions. Next time I am met with an uncalled-for attitude, I'm going to give it right back.

Great convenient location however customer service of their employees leaves a bit to be desired. They would not take a propane tank I bought from them earlier last month. So they had to refund me but needed to give me cash because they could not credit me back on my debit card which I paid with. Seems like it's all about convenience for them not the customer.

Awesome place to come for essentials, very friendly staff and manager. Always feel welcomed by everyone and as if were all family in local community. All employees are super genuine especially my friend Abebe who like everyone greets me with a smile and genuinely asks me how I am. Ive been to alot of 711s but this one is the best, highly recommend

7-Eleven is a good convenience store. I have been coming to 7-Eleven for many years years and have always enjoyed the experience. It’s a convenience store so expect prices to be pricey. But the store is well stocked with all the junk and fast food that you could possibly want. The store is well lit and clean. This location also has a gas station.

This store doesn't even simple clean. I watched 8 people in a row all touch the debit machine. When I got to my turn I asked the employee to give it a quick clean. Was told they don't do that its not her problem. I walked out of the store. Contacted Alberta Health. Brutal lazy owner DONT GO HERE!!!!

This store have a very bad staff one of the cashiers charge me twice and they didn't refund me my money back, another cashier an old lady have very bad attitude and rude to me I don't understand how is she treating customers like that. if you want to go to 7 eleven just search for another one.

I come here to get sour patch kids, slurpees, and other candies, the staff was very nice to me and my mom and they even weared masks for the COVID-19 pandemic. I think this is a good 7-eleven store that you should go to :)

Nothing worst than walking down to 7-11 at 6 in the morning and no coffee seriously 2 people working and no coffee no hot food even common on people start moving and going to work could at least have one pot going

Not sure but I believe a store open 24 hours should have coffee at basically anytime of the day. Been in there multiple time as it's the closest in a pinch but nope guess try a different store for now on

Seriously guys but smell in this place is so disgusting. Its worst every time I go there. Its time for clean up or inspection! Worst experience ever specially in this time when hygiene is so important.

My go to 711, great and fast servoce. Special shoutout to Abebe, who reconizes me and grabs a full case of my favourite energy drinks when I walk in. That kind of good service is rare. Thank you!

I have been going to this 7-11 for over a year now, the morning and day staff are always friendly and helpful. Regina, Ronallyn and the other girls always make me feel welcome.

Stopped for smokes this morning and again the staff aren't wearing their masks. This is 3 times now in the past couple weeks. If customers have to wear one then so should staff

Known in the area for the highest gas prices in town and now highest pizza prices. Gas Pump is always out of paper, Staff is pleasant.

Typically 711 . Adequate service . The white women that works there (pretty sure the only white person) is very sweet and nice .

Staff is very friendly and make the effort to build rapport with customers. Fresh food is also great for a convenience store!

The best Slurpees of any 7/11 in the area. The 7/11 on 66 st has brutal slurpees and needs to take a course from 50 St.

They dont participate in the promotiions that go on, didnt do the bring your own cup promotion and have rude staff
