BUSINESS IS NOW CALLED DIAMOND CAR WASH PADSTOW. Firstly, I wish I had read the other reviews before recommending the business to my son. The previous owners provided an excellent service but the same can not be said for the new owners of DIAMOND CAR WASH. Just a few of the issues we encountered: - Boot was not cleaned - Inside windows were not cleaned - Asked for seats to be shampooed and refused - Argumentative and extremely rude I would never recommend this business to anyone and it explains why the place was empty!

Very disappointing. I got the diamond service which included going over the dash and inside doors etc. seems very rushed. Some of the exterior was missed however when I got home I noticed the dash and inside doors inside had bad streaks. I tried to call them but no answer. I emailed them with photos but no response. Their service is poor with obviously very little care given to the job or customers. Don’t even try and contact them as they won’t respond. Plenty of other places around that take pride in their work.

This is where we get the car washed. They are not bad and they are quick. Also very reasonably priced. It's across Padstow Park and next to the Metro corner Davies Rd & Bridge St. You won't miss the big red Car Wash sign. We either drop the car and take a walk behind Salt Pan Creek through Bridge St or walk up to Padstow and back cutting through Padstow Park. I would recommend them. We're happy with how the car looks after the wash.

I am over having to constantly point out areas they don't clean. I just want my car cleaned & I don't expect it to be perfect. But, when Inside Windows are still filthy / inside Trim console dirty in sections you have to ask questions. They are not thorough. You should not have to constantly inspect your car once finished & at this Carwash lately you do. Becoming disappointing & will have to try to find another.

Paid $55 for a good wash and vacuum. However was unhappy with the end result as the car exterior wasn't cleaned properly neither the interior was cleaned properly. Not going here again. And don't recommend these people either. ..at the moment it says diamond car wash under new management. They are useless. Staff doesn't care neither have interest in their job.

Dropped in wanting my seats that have never had a proper clean cleaned up. Car is 13yrs old. I thought they looked OK before but looking at them 24hrs post cleaning it actually looks like I’ve installed new seats! Absolutely worth the every cent of the very reasonable price. I shall be bringing the better half’s car down here in due course. Thank you guys.

The car wash itself was fantastic. My car was beautifully cleaned and price is great. However, after getting it washed a few of the buttons in my console didn't work anymore (car brand new, less than 8 months old). When I took it in to get looked at, they said some sort of liquid had caused the buttons to stop working :(

Zero care given when washing the car, took only 15 minutes and the second I drove off, water flew all over my windows because nobody had bothered to dry everything properly. No effort at all, and pricey to boot. Head down the road to the car wash at the BP instead. Those guys will do a terrific job for far less.

Love these guys! I always get the exterior and interior clean and these guys never disappoint. Not only do they do a great job, they are efficient and great value for money. Although we have moved out of the area, I always plan to bypass padstow each time we head to the shire. Highly recommend!!!

wash was a joke didn't even clean under baby seat until I picked up and notified them doors still had mud on them rims were still muddy have photos to prove once spoken to them. about how I was unhappy they advised not to come back next time very bad service. wouldn't never recommend!!!!!

My husband came home after having his car washed at 777 car wash and said that they did an excellent job so I took my car in a few weeks later and was just as happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great value for your money

Worst car wash ive ever been to. I specified areas which were particularly dirty and once finished i was reassured they were cleaned. Return home and they werent. Didnt even clean the windscreen! Never returning back again.

These guys do a great job and are quick and reasonably priced. Very nice to deal with and make a nice cappuccino as well. It's also great to support local small business as things are very tough these days. Thanks guys

Very poor wash. The worst i have had so i do not recommend them at all. I had to point out areas that were not done and then on the way home realised they had not cleaned the inside properly. Dissappointing
