١-الstaff مش friendly ٢- مش بيردوا علي السوشيال ميديا ٣- مش بيردوا علي التليفون ٤- مفيش دكتور موجود اغلب الوقت وجايبين مكانهم ناس أكثر واحد فيهم خبرة هو مجرد واحد معلوماته لا تتعدى المعلومات العامة عن الحيوانات الأليفة.. جيبت قطتين إنقاذ حالتهم صعبة وعمرهم ميعديش ال١٤ يوم والدكتور طبعا مكانش هناك كالعادة، اللي كان واقف هناك اول حاجة مكنش عارف يحدد سنهم ونصح انهم ياكلوا دراي فود، حاجة انا استغربتها بصراحة لما سمعتها، ازاي دي حاجة تطلع من بوق واحد بيطري؟ ازاي قطط بتفتح عينها بالعافية ومعندهاش سنان ولسا بتزحف وتنصح بدراي فود؟ بجانب انه مقدرش يساعدني في تنضيفهم من الحشرات (اللي هو السبب الرئيسي للزيارة) ولا قدر يقدم اي معلومة تساعدني اني انقذ القطط دي واضطريت اروح عيادة تانية بعد لما روحت البيت ولقيتهم لسا مليانين حشرات وحالتهم صعبة. دي مش اول مرة اروح وملاقيش دكتور هناك. انا حقيقي مش عارف ايه لازمة عيادة بيطرية بدون وجود دكتور مختص، اللي واقفين هناك مش بيقدموا اي معلومة مفيدة ولا عندهم اي خبرة في تشخيص الحالات. دا بغض النظر عن أن العاملين هناك ناس مش مرحبين بالزبون من أساسه ومكنتش حاسس اني بزور مكان يحسسني اني عاوز ارجعله تاني ويكون خياري الأول مستقبلا. حقيقي المكان ده سيء ومنصحش حد عنده قطة انه يتجهله، ومنصحش حد خصوصا إنه يعتمد علي كلام حد من "البيطريين" اللي واقفين هناك وأنصحك تتجه لأي مكان تاني، لأن حقيقي المكان ده مجرد مكان تشتري منه دراي فود بسعر غالي وميستحقش يتكتب جمبه "عيادة بيطرية".

I always took my dog there to get groomed and checked by the doctor. Lately the doctors there are terrible, can’t even give her a pill. I took her to get groomed again last week and two days later she got a serious skin bacterial infection that resulted from using a brush or something that was used on another dog who has it. This is very basic hygiene that wasnt even followed. Now she has to take anti-biotic pills and shots and put cream on the infected skin 3 times a day. Never taking her there again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG/CAT THERE!

After I specifically asked to only shower my dog because I usually trim his hair at home the groomer did trim his front legs and I was charged for them tbh I didn’t care at first because I thought to pay for his hard work but when I got home and noticed his legs I was very very very disappointed very unprofessionally groomed and he left his other 2 legs undone.After being a customer at the 7pets since he was just puppy the service is just getting worse and worse and it isn’t my first bad exp

It is a very good pet shop. My dog even noticed the way there and pulls me to get there faster. It provides pet food, cleaning, grooming, accessories and medical service for your pet. The prices are very reasonable compared with other pet shops in the area. The shop provides good quality, service as well as a high variety of different items for your pet. Not to forget another extremely important thing which is friendly and proforssional staff.

Usually pet stores are small tight places, but 7 pets is a very large location by comparison. Good parking options allow you to spend as much time as you want in the large well lit store. Lots of options for food and accessories. But the best thing about this store is the friendliness of the staff. Great work guys, keep it up!

Very well organized, big variety of products. Definitely you'll find all your pet's needs, my advise to the buyers: before you visit the store decide exactly what you want and put another option as option2 if you didn't find your desired option. The sales will recommend what's available not what's the best suits you.

Worst experience ever, the worst team in town, shortly, I’ve bought 4 blecando granula boxes, the locks of all of thém were already open !!!! And the answer of the whatsapp guy is that it’s called ‘easy open’ !!!!!!! I do not recommend dealing with them by any means

Good location. The place have huge varaity of products that suits every taste. Very nice and professional staff. The shop do own also a clinic and Salon. The doctor as well is really friendly and professional. Their prices are neutral compared with other shops.

Great pet store offering a wide variety of products and includes a nifty point reward system from purchasing items, which you can use after you have accumulated a decent amount to purchase items. Not only that, but the shop offers grooming for your pet aswell.

Big store. I think got it all vaccines , haircut , grooming & trimming and of course all the food and accessories and pet cosmetics the staff is very helpful and cheerful. Totally recommend in this area

Very bad service and very bad attitude, after my madam wait for 15 minutes the gentleman who is supposed to service her was busy in telephone call then he said sorry grooming after 3 pm , really poor

All your pet supplies found in one place. They also offer grooming. The only thing that sucks is that they don't put the pricing on the shelves, you have to ask at the checkout.

Went to get my cat groomed and specifically asked not to remove all of her hair and then found out that all of her hair was removed and it came out all patchy.

Took my cat for grooming. They wounded the cat in three different spots with the electric trimmer! Terrible! Not going there ever!

Friendly staff, wide variety of well organized pet goodies. Also offers grooming for cats and dogs but I've never tried it.
