This was my second time here. My first time was bad! We didn’t order anything because we just wanted to bowl & our lane kept glitching. They moved us to 2 different ones and the same issue.. we just left and got a partial refund for the time remaining…NOW for my review for my first full experience here. It was a Friday night around 8pm. We got a lane immediately.. the server came shortly after and took our orders. Food— I’ll list everything we got(they were out of the potato skins, which we were bummed about) 1.Eggs rolls 8/10(really hot temp wise but really good)..it’s a 8 because they didn’t give us ranch it comes with ,so points deducted 2.Pretzels: 0/10(the most bland, yet saltiest pretzels we’ve ever had..the cheese was flavorless as well) 3.Pepperoni pizza - 8/10(good, but there’s better lol) 4. Wings- 7.5/10..brung us wings with no dipping sauce..we had to ask the server for it(better wings out there but it did the job) 5.Strike burger- 5/10!!(bit into the burger and it didn’t even taste right)..ate half of it and gave up.Upon receiving the bill we realized she charged us for a “beyond patty”..Made sense as to why it was so disgusting. Bill was 110 with tip included. Overall it’s a nice vibe but not really worth it coming from the suburbs of Houston. The food took forever. Our food came when the hour was over to bowl and immediately new people came in our lane so we had to move…Nothing against our server because she was very sweet! Also the lane next to us was having the same issue from our first time of their lane freezing MULTIPLE times. Please know you might run into the same issues with their lanes since it seems to be a regular issue. We spent almost 200 dollars total(parking, admission price+shoes, food/tip) for the night. Probably would’ve been better off going to bowlero or Main event bowling for cheaper and getting food elsewhere.

I recently had a terrible experience here The service was incredibly slow, and it took an incredibly long amount of time for a food to arrive . When the food finally arrived, it wasn't the best. The one burger was overcooked , and one was undercooked. We also ordered some appetizers, but they were unappetizing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also not enjoyable. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic, and it was difficult to have a conversation with my companions. The stools at the bar were uncomfortable. We initially went in to bowl and was told 40 min to an hour for a lane and it was closer to an hour and 30. The staff was also unhelpful and unresponsive. When we asked for ketchup, and another beer, they took forever to bring it to us. The place was like half empty and the staff seemed really overwhelmed. They seemed to be fighting amongst themselves. There were plenty of staff present just ineffective. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this bowling alley restaurant. The food was marginal, the service was slow and unresponsive, and the atmosphere was chaotic and unenjoyable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, and I will not be returning in the future. 

August 2023 A year ago I gave 810 billiards a concerning review and was invited back. My main concern was they only had two pool tables and we’re advertising themselves as a billiard place. Much to my surprise they have added pool tables. The drinks, food, has always been priced more than reasonable and was delicious and presented beautifully. The staff, every time I visited is superb, attentive, and friendly. Our server this time was a professional named Zack . Definitely my friends & I will be back sooner than a year maybe next week. March 2022 I was disappointed that this place bills itself as a billiard place but they only have two tables open to a public… That’s like a sports bar that only had two TV’s Lol… But the food prices are more than reasonable, staff is very friendly and attentive, I just wanted to play pool… Ha ha ha

Walk-ins NOT welcome, despite what it says on their website. I’m writing this upon being turned away from this business during business hours. We showed up at 10:45pm on Tuesday night for a round of bowling at 810 Billiards & Bowling in downtown Houston, but immediately we encountered a locked door. A bartender unlocked it to “explain” with an off-putting, insincere laugh that since “no customers showed up, the kitchen staff decided to go home.” We responded that we didn’t want to eat, we wanted to bowl. Then he replied that the maintenance staff had also gone home. While he was willing to serve us at the bar, he could not allow us to bowl. He said it was “stupid to open a bowling alley without any maintenance staff on site.” We were left with no choice but to leave. What a disgrace. We’re VERY disappointed and will not return.

Such a fun experience in Downtown HTX! My friends and I were traveling in Houston and found this gem. We called and asked if they had availability but they couldn’t reserve over the phone but they did say there was a lane or 2 open. We went after we called and it had filled but they were so nice and put us in the VIP SECTION!! The back area was so cool, definitely a great place for friends to hang and drink and have a good time bowling! The staff we had was fairly new but they were so kind and kept checking up on us if we wanted more drinks or food. We went during the day so the main bar was a tad empty but it looks like at night the place would be so much fun. I recommend!

Horrible place don’t come here I came here with a party of 16 it was for a celebration and they said only 8 can play and that they only had one lane open. So since there was no space according to the Front desk half the party left. When we arrived to the lanes there was 4 lanes open ! We told the manager and he said all you have to do is ask if you want another lane ! We explained to him that’s what we wanted from the beginning half the party had left and we didn’t get to enjoy like we wanted to. Not only did they lose money they lost us as a customer because we will not be returning to this place again. Save your time and don’t come here.

We decided to stop here after attending a concert at the house of blues located directly across from the bowling alley. We had a great time! Outstanding customer service. Thank you Hope for showing us around the Bowling alley, and telling us a bit about Houston. Amazing staff overall. Food, drinks, music were all great. If you're looking for a very chill vibe, and you want to bowl, play some pool, connect four, chess, eat, have some cocktails, and listen to music at the same time, this is the place. There's also a private area for VIP or private parties. I will definitely come back next time I visit the area.

Front staff was rude and not very helpful, short with his answers to any questions we had, as if we bothered him to be there. The waiter we thought was helping us told us he wasn't our waiter and we could get someone else, we ended up with a better waiter, Oso. Oso was very attentive and helpful and made the rest of the stay very pleasant. The drinks were very sugary and sweet, too much soda, but the fries were delicious. The areas around the land are very cramped and there not much room to move around in or accommodate more than 2 people, 4 tops, we were a party of 6. We definitely won't be returning.

This was the worst bowling experience I've had. The place was very unorganized and not clean. When my group and I arrived to our lane there was still food, drinks, and trash on the table we were supposed to be using. The floor plan of the location was not well thought out, not enough room for the amount of guest they serve. The service was not good either, we waited some time before we were able to speak to a server. When the food arrived it was not very good either. Didn't have any expectations just came to have a good time, but would never go back.

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time for his birthday and didn't know what to expect at first, but when we sat down, our bartender Zack took care of us! Even tho there was other staff around, He made sure we were good! Drinks were GREAT!!!! Zach had great suggestions on both drinks and food. The wait time for the food was cool! That Gutterball burger and fries were perfect for the two of us! He even showed us a thing or 2 about playing pool. We had a Great Time !! Definitely worth coming back to!

Worst customer service ever. It's Tuesday night, I'm sure a slow night for this place and you denied 3 players the chance to play because there were no lanes available. I talked with with Manager Mr. McGee and he didn't offer anything. I have worked in customer service over 30 years and I would not have handled the situation like that. Mind you we came for a girlfriends birthday, 11 deep. Empty Lanes...Never again!!!

We had a private event in one the semi suites & had a great time. The only disappointing factor was that the lanes we paid for were not available upon arrival which was a huge inconvenience, but the manager Xavier was very apologetic and attentive to our concerns for the night. It was my second time visiting; I’ll likely go back again. Food is cool, drinks are cool, nice lil vibe.

Went here for a work event a weekday afternoon and the place was empty. Staff is very friendly and the bowling lanes are clean; some lanes glitched and gave the wrong scores (for example a strike when only 1 or 2 pins were knocked down). The pizza was also average, but it’s not meant to be a restaurant. Overall fun experience and would come here again for the bowling experience

This venue is walk in friendly. Parking isn’t great. However valet is cheaper than the parking garage. The waiter was friendly and funny , but the bartenders weren’t. They looked like they didn’t want to be there. They didn’t even smile. French fries were good. Our burgers were cold. Drinks were okay.

We went on a Friday night, around 930. Place looked cool, but the drinks, food, and service kind of sucked. We couldn't get any shots, everything we asked for they didn't have. The drinks were not strong and the person waiting our table kept on forgetting our drinks...

Hard to find parking closeby.. but thats downtown. Took us a while to find the location as well as its on the 3rd floor. Place was empty and quiet on Wednesday evening but staff was amazing and they had other games and activities besides bowling. We enjoyed ourselves

Awesome atmosphere Our waiter Nate was just as awesome He had great energy and kept us laughing Food as well was on point!! They have over sized games: connect four & chess Social distance was awesome as well Definitely recommend this spot as a gathering spot!!

Absolutely love this place! Bowling is reasonably priced and they have a half-priced apps and .75¢ wings on happy hour! Place is tucked away on the third floor but as long as you park in the green street garage, it’s just a short walk over on the sky bridge.

Man....this place was awful. We waited for 30 minutes for our appetizer. When we got it, our bartender took 40 minutes. I looked back, and he was throwing the chips that he spilled back on our food. It was all comped off. It was embarrassing bad.

Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We went on a weekend night and played pool while waiting for bowling lanes. They have complementary games like connect 4, jinga and floor chess. Prices are $2-$3 more of the weekends which is reasonable.

This is the only bowling ally I would ever recommend. Great food ( Egg rolls are amazing), great lanes, great drinks and the staff is amazing. Ask for Josh cuz he handled 50 people and not one complaint. Kudos to a job well done.

The environment is definitely chill date night or girls night I love that its not ghetto smoked out are music too much the food was definitely a disappointment if you eat before you go you won't have anything to complain about

It has a calm atmosphere. The bartenders are good and attentive. They got drinks for both heavy weights and light weights. Food was pretty good. At the alley, waitresses are only as attentive as you need them to be.

Staff was very nice. Lanes were persistantly broken throughout the visit. Darts were broken. Floor had weave that got stuck to the bottom of my rental bowling shoe. Overall I'd rather pick another lane next time.

We had a wonderful time this past Saturday. The service was top notch and the food and drink fantastic! The lanes and facilities we super clean and everyone so friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back!

The perfect place for get together with your work friends and have a happy hour. Obviously, kind of pricey if you want to go by yourself. There is a variety of alcoholic selections and cocktail . …

We were in from out of town for a graduation party. They had booked a lane and the 10 of us had a great time. Atmosphere was very cute. The lanes were great and the service even better

I went there to celebrate a friend's birthday. The waitress was very nice and friendly. Unlimited bowling after 9 p.m., and they have drink specials. I will definitely go back.

I hadn’t cared for this place before but Zack definitely made it worthwhile this time! The wings were good and beers came out in a reasonable time. I’d come back with friends.

Stopped here for some bowling the price was super good for 2 people for an hour whenever we were done we played pool and once again price was amazing and staff was friendly

Good atmosphere with good customer service. The bowling was fun as always but little on the price side for an hour. The food was decent but we all had fun!!

The people here are really nice and the drinks are really affordable it's a really great place to kill time before going to a concert at the House of blues

Nice place and good atmosphere! Came on a Saturday and it surprisingly wasn't too busy, only about a 20 min wait for bowling. Overall good place!

Food was good, beer was cold, service was excellent! Would certainly recommend, always a good time with friends or family! And Josh was the best!

While we're celebrating my boss's birthday . This place is exactly the place to go and have fun in the down town area.

Good place to hang out, ping pong, bowling, pool tables, darts and board games, VR games. Of course food and drinks.

Go on a week night and have the place to yourself. It was a pretty good place to have some drinks and shoot pool.
