Got repeatedly yelled at by employee for using coin machine while I was doing my laundry so I could pay for the dryer. Been a loyal customer for months and was treated very badly. No apology, and had to prove that it was my clothes in the washing machines I was using.

Pretty good place. Used one of the smaller washing machines and it seemed to work fine. Dryer was ok though, put my clothes in for about 15 minutes at the high setting and they were still a bit wet. Staff is friendly and prices were mostly fair.

They SEVERELY OVER CHARGE!! I use to give my business to this place all the time, the owners made disparaging comments to me & my partner. Complained about the amount.

Good place to wash, very spacious, quiet for piece of mind, wish dryers added more minutes per Quarter to your drying time, but overall, clothes do come out clean.

As of Jun 23, 2019 -- NO DRYERS, wash only. They say there is a "gas problem".... go one one block over to Amsterdam, theres a perfectly good laundromat there ;)

The dryers could be cleaned out a little better. There I gum stuck inside the dryers. The attendant that works here was very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Haven't been to the laundromat in over 7 yrs but I am glad they've upgraded this place and the machines and staff are WAYYY better than what I remember.

Workers are nice, facilities are average. HOWEVER- they do not enforce the mask policy for guests, and this makes doing laundry the very stressful.

Drying Machines are horrible. Workers are pleasant and respectful. But the dryer machines need to be updated and so do the washing machines.

they keep making the prices higher. when i first moved to the neighborhood 2 years ago the price was $3.75 it’s now over $6 for one wash

The machines look fairly new. It is clean & spacious, but the attendant is not very helpful. Another customer had to help me.
