The pizza is legit and not just too good to be true. It’s no kidding $1, no taxes or fees. Just hand them a dollar bill. For that price I’d be willing to eat any slice of pizza, but it’s actually really good. They also let you out seasonings and hot sauce on it. The value here is incredible

For $2.75 you get two slices and a soda and that's what I did for lunch today. The pizza is cheap but actually quite good given the price. While I wouldn't do takeout, if I'm ever in the LES again I'd definitely stop for a five-minute lunch. More

One of the few pizzerias in New York that hasn't succumbed to "shrinkflation". Great pizza with fresh ingredients. You don't need to order double meat or extra toppings to get a pizza the way it used to be made 15 years ago.

This is a very good place for eating pizza. For me this is a New York’s classic. Maybe they should worry more about cleaning but it’s okay. This is a place to eat quick. PRO TIP: catch the pizza as it comes out of the oven.

I stayed in Greenwich Village during my stay in New York City. Mostly based on recommendations and Google reviews I tried literally 11 pizza by the slice joints in 3 days.

Pizza is good value but cashier is shady - will attempt take advantage of larger payments by giving you less change especially if you look like you have been drinking.
