I placed an order through uber eats for a mama burger combo. In the app I specifically requested that they remove an ingredient due to a food allergy. I don't know what the issue was, but the restaurant location did not get the instruction. I called Uber eats and explained the situation but they refused to refund it. They called the restaurant location and explained the situation - that I had made a request to remove the ingredients and that I had a food allergy - yet the restaurant refused to do anything to rectify the issue. I drove to the location in person and spoke with them. I showed them my uber order, confirming that I had made the request to remove the ingredient, and I requested that they look at the sandwich. Instead of this, they looked at my order and argued with me. They told me that this isn't something they can fix because on their system, the order was correct. One of the employees went to the back then returned to the counter with a phone, saying their manager wanted to talk to me. I spoke with them on the phone and the manager was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I tried very hard to be polite at first, but after they became confrontational and irate, I will admit, I lost my temper. I do regret cursing, and throwing the food bag, however after the horrendous treatment and verbal abuse given to me by their manager was the final straw. A really good A and W. Busy but not crowded and a friendly manager who stops to chat a bit when serving you at the counter. Very refreshing to see! The food is well prepared and is ready in a timely manner. The only odd experience I had here was a person walking around the restaurant offering people some dessert she made from a Tupperware. We politely declined but it made my Mom feel very uneasy about dining there. I think the person meant well, but I was surprised that was being allowed in the dining area. The staff seemed aware of this person. Other than that, I loved this location - especially the little sink in the patron’s wash up area. That was a really nice touch!! Nice!

Charged $14.11 for an uncle burger combo with poutine when the mail-in coupon said $9.99. I even re-capped that it should be $9.99 + tax ($11.29) when the full price appeared on the cashier machine and the coupon was scanned yet I was charged full price. They got the drink wrong for the customer in front of me and argued that it was what he ordered because the receipt showed that way then proceeded to charge for a replacement drink without telling until the customer noticed what was happening. Weekdays their customer service is better like day & night compared to the week-end when I went there. I'll be trying my best to avoid this location in the future.

I'd like to applaud this location again for their outstanding customer service. I was here today at 2:10 pm (invoice # 132). My partner and I waited outside of the restaurant for our food to be ready for no more than 5 minutes. The associate that took our order came out with our food with the brightest smile on his face and said "Hey guys! Your order is ready". He didn't have to come outside, he could've let us wait and let the food get cold but no - he came outside. For this, thank you. Overall, excellent customer service experiences. Food at this location is always served fresh. Cleanliness is good.

The question of hygience on A&W is seriously need to address and check, there is a restaurant on Hy7 and Weston Woodbridge always serve the beverage and food with spitting slime, undercook, and lot of nylon garbage bag inside the coffee cup, they hide and serve to the customer with utmost disrespect, without cause or reason ?!. I went in there at night around 3 am. Where do I start Firstly 2 girls constantly speaking in foreign language and so rude The shorter one tried to act to smart with me. No, Please and thank you just threw the food on counter and left without calling me out for the food. First horrible service and then terrible food also super slow service. This A&W is the best in the city! I’ve been to other locations and this one beats all others on everything. Food is made fresh and hot! My favourite is the Mozza burger with onion rings or sweet potato fries. The restaurant is always clean and the hand washing stations are the best. Must get root beer in the ice mug.

I went there in the afternoon and then I ordered my food but it took me so long because one of the guys was yelling at the employees and he was at the back wearing a cap. He was very rude to his employees and it bothered me to the point where I would never come to eat here again. Let the reviews speak for themselves...this is by far the best A&W location in the GTA! It’s always clean and tidy inside, their food comes out quick and fresh and their customer service is the best I’ve seen in any fast food chain EVER! Ironically, I very rarely eat fast food but I do go here once and a while for a Beyond Meat burger. The cleanliness and customer service at this location is consistently amazing! Message to the management...keep up the great work!

I usually love aw and I hold aw to a very high regard. I ordered a teen burger from here on uber eats so I can spoil my self a bit but for some reason someone thought it was a good idea to toss my drink in the bag with my burger and onion rings... the photos explain themselves. I'm very disappointed that this happened and this has tarnished my respect for AW. So a good tip of advice to my fellow AW fans, dont uber eat them ever!

I did an order and been waiting for almost 2 hours delivery (from 4:50pm to 6:20 pm). The food is damaged and got cold since it got to my house. The delivery guy took TTC instead of bike or car. I didn't be able to eat that. It was so horrible experience for a pregnant women like me.

Highly recommend this place, their service and food has it's quality. More than that the place is nicely furnished with a better ambience of having food right from there itself. I'm a person usually go for take out, but this place changed my decision to have it from there itself. But for now the only option they have is take out due to the ongoing crisis. Overall recommend this place. Will definitely visit again.

Good location but some people might have trouble exiting the location as it is on a busy street. Nice little seating area on the outside, I always choose to sit out here. When the space opens for indoor seating there is lots of space. A&W food is definitely tasty but it is generic like other fast food establishments. But given all the choices I always end up going with A&W. Overall pretty good

What a great location. I love everything about it. Staff is kind. Food is fast and great . It meets my A&W standards (consistency between chains is key!). I love their dish and hand washing area. I think it's clever and more restaurants should follow suit. I love that you can see the result of the surveys regarding food, cleanliness, service and speed. I recommend this location.

Don't waste your money on that Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. First, It does not look like the picture. It's not that thick, juicy piece of chicken in the ads. The Taste? It's an overdone, dried out piece of chicken, way over-spiced and served on a hamburger bun. If you want a good chicken sandwich go to a place that specializes in chicken not burgers.

What a great location. The manager here is so personable and friendly. The staff here always treat you very well and super quick service. They keep the floors and tables here very clean. And the the selection of items on the menu is perfect. Even the parking here is well thought out and easily accessable. A truly professionally run franchise.

the place is new and very nice relaxed environment to dine in and eat. The staff are very friendly and informative. Their service to date is always quick and top quality. I have been there 5 times in the last 3 months and I have not been disappointed or had any issues.

While the service was quite friendly, I've received a rather mediocre tasting food. I got the all-Canadian breakfast and it tasted bland. Cannot expect much from fast food these days

4 people, 6 order mistakes. Also overcharged for our combo’s. Giant sign at the front door shows Mama Burger combo’s for $6.39. Order of two, with cheese (supposedly a $1.00 up charge) came to $18.28. Strongly recommended to avoid this location at all costs.

Worst breakfast experience here. They undercook my eggs, then I told them to make scrambled eggs thinking it would be easy for them but they failed at that too.
