Don't bother selling anything here. After waiting 10 days and not hearing back I called in to find out that they have lost half my books and the other half have already been processed, priced, and are on the shelf: please enjoy $4 in store credit... Seriously? I got 50 cents per book they didn't lose. I could have gotten twice the value, in cash, from pretty much any other bookstore, and at that price I would have just donated them to charity. An incredibly dissappointing experience and I would absolutely never do it again or recommend to anyone To the person who responded to my review: I'm sorry your staff have mislead you, they are in CYA mode. They absolutely lost books. They told me they only give credit and I responded that "Oh, that's cool, I asked about it last time I was here, happy with credit." If I had already sold to you in the past they would not have had to open an account for me that day.

Very cool store! They have a selection of rare books in the back that are certainly and interesting experience to browse. I walked in there randomly off the street the other day and had a nice time. When I asked for help from the staff, they helped me promptly, politely and effectively. I gave it a 4 star rating simply because I wasn't offered help when I came in and because I felt like I was being watched when I was in the rare book section. To be fair, it might have been a customer that just had a creepy nature to him and was genuinely looking at something else near us. I can't say for sure, so let's just assume it was a customer.

I love this book store. Has an extensive collection of high quality resale books. I found first editions of George RR Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire collection books including a third printing of Lady Murasaki's Tale of Genji and Margaret Atwood's signed 1st edition of Blind Assassin. The collections found here are truly extensive and prestigious in its organization. I highly recommend and cannot wait for my next visit.

I've been coming to this book store for many years and at this point it feels like home. I visit here almost every time I visit Roncesvalles. I only buy something about 30% of the time, but the staff doesn't mind. I'm also a big fan of their well curated comic book section (I loathe the useless term "graphic novel"). The staff will order whatever they don't have and they'll call you when it arrives.

I adore this place. They have a wide selection of new and used books and the customer service is amazing. Anytime I'm looking for suggestions for books or on the hunt for something specific, there is always someone on hand to point me in the right direction. Plus, they sell whimsical tshirts, mugs etc....can't be beat!

Ordered online and picked up in store a. One of the books could not be located and they offered to order it in and I received a note exactly in time. Great customer service and it is a pleasure to have a local book shop with personal touch and a modern convenience of online ordering.

An eclectic mix of used and new, well organized, helpful (but not pushy) staff. Appears that they've actually computerized their catalogue and can look up any books you might be on the hunt for to see if it's in their stacks - a wonderful feature for any used book shop :)

This place is awesome!! If you're a book or artist type you'll LOVE this place, so many things I've never seen before in here. And the name is right, there's soo many rare things in here. I cannot wait to go back, one of the best bookstores I've ever been in.

Great place for used books. They have a good selection of books across all topics and foreign language books too. They carry some puzzles and other toys and activities, mugs etc.
