What an awesome small business! When a relative in Charlotte had a serious injury, I was looking online for a meal delivery service that she and her husband would love. I found A La Minute quite by accident, and I am so glad I did. I looked at their website and all the food looked delicious. But I had recently broken my shoulder, making it a little difficult to place an order online on my iPhone. So I called and spoke with Amber, who was amazing. Amber made suggestions and helped me pick out items. She also put the order in for me. Amber was so kind, courteous, and patient, and had thorough knowledge about the food choices. I remember telling my husband, after I hung up, how sweet Amber was and how much I appreciated her and her outstanding customer service. On the day of delivery, I received a text saying that Bob was on his way to deliver the food. They weren't home but Bob was kind enough to come back a little later. The recipients were so impressed with Bob, his professional delivery, the packaging, the food presentation and instructions, and especially how delicious everything was. They truly enjoyed the food and told me that several times. I called Dan, the owner and chef, who returned my call promptly. I told him how awesome everyone and everything was, and he was so kind; he wished me well in my recovery of my broken shoulder. I live in Ohio, and wish A La Minute was located here. But I highly recommend that anyone looking for meal delivery or catering in the Charlotte area contact A La Minute. You can't go wrong; I promise you will love it!

I recently ordered the Holiday Feast option for Thanksgiving. The ordering process was simple; just enter the number of people and your food selections. I opted for the pick up option and enjoyed meeting the team who are so supportive of Chef Dan. The food was delicious! Simple to reheat and ample portions. We selected the turkey, ham, classic dressing, sweet potato casserole, and macaroni and cheese. Everything was tasty and seasoned well. The mac and cheese wasn't as cheesy as my group preferred (we like cheesy, baked mac!), but it was still tasty. The rolls were delicious! We wish we would have ordered more. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience with A La Minute and will definitely order from them again for future holidays and events! We also plan to look into the weekly meal options to support our meal preps. Thanks again!

AMAZING!!!! I can't remember the names exactly but here is what I ordered. In the photo to show the size of container and the amount of food you get. This was their gorganzola pasta and this sauce is amazing. I also had a southwest turkey meatloaf, a salad with raspberry vingerate and that dressing CLEARLY was homemade, a braised pork with veggies, and old bay seasoned chicken (which by the way was cooked perfect) even cold it was not dry... I will 100% be using them and the cost is SOOO FAIR.. its like 11 or 12 bucks a dish and you spend that much for processed from a take out place and not even close to as good as every dish was!!!

I had been looking for a service that provided healthy and warm meals for my elderly parents. I finally found this service and Dan was super helpful, answering all my emails right away and with such a positive attitude. Finally ordered and the food was great and healthy! My parents loved it. The delivery driver was also very kind, texting me when he was on the way and once he was there. Amber was also super nice to reach out after I got my order to make sure everything was good. Loved the service, loved the food and on top of that it’s healthy! Will be ordering from here going forward !

High quality & delicious meals delivered to our door. We are huge fans of Dans service. My husband & I enjoy their breakfast options for lunch, great variety for dinners and their strawberry cheesecake is to die for. We almost ordered only one piece to share recently which would have been a big mistake. Don’t get me wrong the size is more than ample but my hubby eats dessert a bit quicker than I do. I can have the peanut butter pie all to myself & enjoy over a few days. We both highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Ala Minute has been a true lifesaver for my siblings and I. We worry about our 96 year old mother, who insists on living on her own, but sometimes doesn't feel like cooking - so having Ala Minute deliver ready meals for her has taken a load off of her and worry from us. She loves the variety of meals, they are carefully prepared and reasonably priced. She even freezes a few for those days she doesn't want to cook. The delivery people are wonderful as well. Highly recommend! We ordered the holiday feast for Thanksgiving this year and it was incredible! My husband said it was the best Turkey he’d had in his entire life. All of the food was delicious and the process to order and pick up (delivery is offered as well) we’re simple. The price was great, especially for a holiday meal, and the instructions for reheating were simple and easy to follow. I will definitely order again in the future and highly recommend you do as well!

On this cold April evening I’m enjoying a delicious, flavorful and hearty beef stew with yummy veggies and tender and juicy morsels of beef. I have been enjoying all their meals from main dishes and soups to desserts. What I also like is that the meals are super healthy. Highly recommend and intend continue this wonderful meal service! I was in Charlotte for work and wanted healthy, affordable alternative to ordering takeout every day. This was perfect! Great options for dairy free and gluten free, clearly marked for allergens and super easy reheating instructions. I had 4 different meals and they were all delicious, will absolutely use them again!

We had a great experience with a la minute! We wanted to send meals to our of state friends and this company made it so easy! Dan was quick to respond to my emails and questions. We loved how healthy the menu was and our friends were so surprised. We would recommend this company and use them again!

Our entire experience over the past several months has been exceptional. There is always something new to to try and something everyone is sure to like. Our 11, 9, 7 year olds all love "Chef Meal Mondays!" Treat yourself to the deserts! The service is personal and professional.

unfortunately the thanksgiving meal wasn’t good. The only thing that was good was the ham. sweet potato casserole wasn’t sweet potatoes lumpy , gravy watery and no flavor
