On April 21st i purchased a 2012 Ram 2500 Mega Cab 4x4. From A Quality Auto in Albuquerque NM. My first impression was great i wasnt pressured into buying the truck or anything like that so naturally i agreeded to the terms and contacted my bank to go ahead with the purchase. I had the truck for about 2 days when i noticed it needed to be alined and have the tires balanced. I called Shaun the owner of the fealership he had no problem fixing the issue. I got a call the same day saying the shocks where no good and needed to be replaced. Shaun informed me he would get it takem care of and to bring in the truck when the parts came in. I waited about a week and the parys came in i spoke with Shaun again he advised me to go ahead and bring in the truck the following day at 930am to have it fixed. He asked me to speak with his father Micky because he wouldnt be yhere because of his daughters graduation. I understood and showed up at 930am as instructed. Micky didnt show up until almost 10am. His response on wjy he was late was " I have never seen this gate open at 930am ever." I got a call around 11am from micky telling me my truck wouldnt be fixed because the mechanic called in and didnt work weekends so the soonest i would looked at would be tuesday and to bring the truck in then. I showed up Tuesday and walked in where Micky was again i went to had him my keys his response was, " What are those for." I responded a little upset with "so you can fix my truck". His response was"i dont like your additude and i might be 74 yrs old but ill.kick your ass" long story short my trucks shocks were still replaced. I apologized to Shaun when i spoke to him next because the incedant with his dad happened infront of his wife and kid. I also had a we owe you paper for the day i bought the truck becasue it didnt have the tools or jack for the truck. I didnt recive those until June 21st 2 months later. Which brings me to me next issue, on June 20th i was driving on the highway when my clutch went out. I called Shaun and Gerald and was instructed to have the truck Towed to the dealership. Shaun did tell me that he would have Dodge look at it and that if its only the clutch its a wear and tear item that wouldnt be covered. I have only had the truck for 2 months and i only put 2600 miles from the day i bought the truck. Shaun then took it upon himself to have my truck towed to his mechanic across town to be fixed. I didnt instruct him to do so. When i told him i wanted my own mechanic to fix my truck he responded with "well i already paid for 2 tows and im losing money so you need to pay for it yourself if you want it towed." The truck was moved without my ok and Shaun wouldnt ever bring it back to were it was. I ended up paying for the tow at 145 dollars and had it take to pep boys where it cost me $1121.58 to fix my truck. I feel that this isnt right there is no way if a proper inpection was done that the clutch would burn out in 2600 miles. I would like to refunded for the amount of the tow and repairs $1273.51

Unfortunately only giving them 2 stars. The owners are friendly people and the sales guy wasn't pushy at all which is nice, but I've had to put another 6k towards repairs on an already higher priced vehicle 2 months after leaving their lot. If they had a better pre sale inspection and caught all the problems I had, I would have talked them down on the price quite a bit or taken my business elsewhere. These problems were easily catch-able and I should have just gone to my mechanic, but I trusted them. My timing belt and water pump needed to be replaced upon leaking, wheels bearings were busted and had to be replaced, and also the complete rear axle housing had to be replaced because it was bent causing negative camber on the tires. This could have been noted in an alignment report which apparently isn't performed in their inspection. Part of the purchase agreement was they would put new all terrain tires on, which they did, but they cheap out on garbage tires and also didn't even bother to replace the spare tire. I had to go out and match it to the new ones. With the mess that was a bent rear axle housing, this caused my new tires to be worn down so badly (near balding) in the rear in less than 6k miles, they now have to be replaced. Not to mention they won't be under warranty because of them being installed with a negative camber and misalignment. Now, I know they have someone else perform their pre sale inspection so I can't give them too much flak, but 6k after purchasing a 9k vehicle is a big chunk of change and hard to swallow that I could have almost paid off the vehicle by now but instead am stuck paying for repairs. Overall I still love my vehicle, had a great experience with the sale, and I liked the owners but they need to change who they go to for mechanical services.

These guys are an amazing group of people! Sean and Gerald got me in the truck I wanted at the payment I could afford easily. Sean went the extra mile and got the truck squared away quickly when I noticed that the trucks alignment had issues driving on the free way, and the turn around was quick a day and a half and the truck is 100%. I was stuck at the dealership and Sean (owner) personally gave me a ride to where I needed to go no questions asked. Gerald was a very good salesman he wasn’t your everyday sales guy trying to make a quick buck he worked with my needs for the vehicle I was looking for and called me in 4 days stating that he found a truck in my price range that I could afford, that day I was leaving the lot with my 2004 Chevy 2500hd. Gerald and Sean truly go the extra mile for you and I would definetly recommend them to family friends and I intend on keeping they’re dealership in the family.

Sold me a piece of junk, ironic since the name is "Quality". The truck they sold me should have never been on the lot until it was road worthy. Things wrong: Major steering issue - Quality had a couple shops attempt to fix it, it got better but not completely fixed. Alternator went out - fixed by Quality. EGR valve issue - fixed by Quality. Horn does not work. Windshield wiper spray does not work. Heater does not work. Goes into tow mode randomly. Overheats when pulling a load. A year and 5000 miles after purchase I take it to get the oil changed. Shop shows me there is oil in the coolant and stored engine codes with cylinder 8 misfiring. Now I'm stuck paying $3000+ for a new oil cooler and injector. Hopefully its just the oil cooler and not a head gasket. Truck has been a nightmare. I regret ever walking through Quality's doors.

If i could no stars i would. I hate how you guys disrespected my family. We were in a old dudes office dont really care for his name. But dear old dude with bad attitude and costumer service. First you should not judge someone when you dont know their life or what they have been through. I legitemitly hope to see that place closed soon because you are a sad excuse of humanity. You dont judge someone by their credit scores and tell us to pay our bills when we do. Obviously because we still have the car that we been paying on for almost a year and havent been late.We have been through a lot and when you have health problems you have to pay for and then cars youre damn right we are going to pay medicle bills before car bills. Be shamed by your actions you sir well you suck. Thank you and hope to see you fired.

This has to be one of the Best and Honest places to buy your car or truck. We bought an 06 Chevy 2500 HD last March, which turned out to be one of the BEST trucks I've had the pleasure to own. So, when it came time to get our second vehicle, we stopped by and found our Hummer H3. Again, Knocked it Right Out of the Park! "A Quality" had the perfect truck to meet my needs. It was in good condition -- exceptional, actually, for a work truck. The salesman was easy to talk with. I was given plenty of room and time to check things out and test drive. At time of purchase, the sales manager addressed my interests and concerns thoroughly, seriously, and respectfully. Final numbers were reasonable and easily agreed upon. Even after money changed hands, my follow up questions were taken seriously and dealt with quickly and positively. All paperwork was PERFECT! This is a terrible business. They mark all of their vehicles way up and then try to take a little off to make you feel like you're getting a "deal". These are you typical "used car salesmen". Was quoted a price in person and then was texted by the sales associate to come back the next day at opening to look over the deal. He wasn't even working the next morning but still text me that morning as if he was sitting in his office. Very bad business practices.

LIES LIES LIES!! Don't buy or finance from them! They keep things from you they will lie to you! I ended up paying for a truck that was wrecked with out knowing! And they valued the truck as a wrecked free truck! Come to find out the truck was wrecked badly damaging the front of the truck including the engine! The sold the truck at $25,000 not including interests and everything else that's added! Come to find out The truck is worth $15,000

I have been meaning to write this review for quite some time now. I purchased an Escalade I had been wanting a long time. A day after my purchase, I ran into trouble with it and it left me. Shawn was very professional, even in my moments of frustration but his wife not so much. She is not customer oriented and needs to learn to better manage frustrating moments. Shawn made things right and took care of the bill to get me back on the road!

Unfortunately I share the same experience as the others who rate this place for what it is. Long story short, I was given the run around and strung along for weeks. I had to hound them just to get updates and get them to do their job. Ultimately I just had to give up because the communication was so bad. Easily the most frustrating experience yet.

Went over to a quality for a 2013 Subaru I saw online and was immediately welcomed with open arms. Even with some very bad bank troubles they worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. They are very professional and straight to the point highly recommend checking them out for one of the best car buying experiences iv ever had.
