Dear friends, I'm from North Garden City, Vinay Nagar, Mira road. Based on multiple incidents and our personal experiences, I decided to express our views on A to Z laundry. Please do not trust the AtoZ laundry team, they're the worst service providers, and they never pick up clothes on time as well as deliver them on time. They need multiple follow-ups every time and they keep lying and behave very rudely when we follow up. When we check about their service with other society fellows, it's not surprising, that we got similar feedback from them as well. So it's my humble request to find some alternative service provider. And teach these guys a lesson on how to behave or serve their customers. I strongly believe "AtoZ laundry" doesn't deserve to be in the service industry since they don't respect its customers who are the source of its revenue/income. Please feel free to share your feedback if you had a similar experience with them, I'm sure, such reviews and votes will save others.

⚠️FRAUD Alert ⚠️ This guys ae using name of "A to Z Laundry " but are no where reelataed. They are highly unprofessional and lethargic when it comes to customer orientation. Laundry and ironing is a regular service that one have to use and they will regularly harass by not doing timely delivery, misplacing your expensive garments, mishandling your clothes and then top it up with rude behavior. Never recommend and do further business with them ever again They have zero concerns for customer belongings. Had given my shoes for dry cleaning the shoes was worth of 5k and they lost it did not even reimburse the entire cost of the shoes. Very pathetic service not happy at all

worst service. my dress is shrinked, torned n is still having stains as it is n its not even ironed. Staff is rude, they jst simply say we dont do anything , its done by machines so we dont know anything. wont recommend to anyone at all.

Worst dry cleaning shop ever. They distribute false pamphlet. In their Pamphlet they claim to have low prices where as in real the prices are very high the cost are worst, this is a fraud shop

Very bad service.. Unreliable and unprofessional people. Never ever give your cloths here. They will take your cloth and will not give in time. And when you complain they'll argue with you.

I had a bad experience. I gave 3 bedsheets out of which only 2 was returned and 1 is misplaced. When confronted on the same, the owner was rude and arrogant.

Very poooor service... arrogant staff. Never call them to pick up your clothes at home when only woman present at home... very risky and bad behaviour.
