it's just 1 months since I joined A-1 Gym but the experience here has been really great and refreshing. amazing facilities, equipments in perfect condition, top notch trainer ( Syoji Bhaiya ) This gym is a path for people belonging to all age groups. the trainers choose exercise based on our health conditions and risk factors. they continuously keep a check on both weight and inch loses and even after days of exercise here it has never felt monotonous or boring.

It's a good gym . Have all the necessary equipments for both fitness as well as bodybuilding goals. Fee is very affordable on your pocket. Only one drawback - it heats up a lot and ventilation needs important.
