Called today for auto insurance and was surprised by the customer service. We spoke with Cindy who was great! She helped us with personal and commercial insurance for our vehicles. She was very thorough, made sure we understood everything and answered all of our questions. She had us insured and taken care of same day, so glad we called.

I did not go to this place directly but I tried calling them and they put me on hold until they were closed so they did not have to deal with me I don't know why but they put me on hold for over 20 minutes and then they disconnected me and when I called back they were closed I thought that was kind of dirty

Customer service is really slow didn't get acknowledged when we(several customers) walked in, been sitting here over 45 minutes with 3 employee's here and no one I walked in with has been given any help. Very upsetting

Basically just a scam, got in an accident on my 4th term through them they refuse to pay the opposing insurance company any amount of money. Not sure how they haven't been investigated for fraud
