DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE!!!!! Would have given 0 stars, but was made to pick at least 1. All happened within the span of 2 weeks - Added a car $130 dollars, finance company called 5 times for validation of insurance, was told "did not have the time", and "not enough staff to answer questions". Finance company could not get anyone to call back, needless to say they sent my contract back to the dealership, and had to return the car. Spent an additional amount of money for down payment on different car due to their inability, and outright refusal to do their jobs correctly. Then get charged another 101 dollars to add this car! Within 2 weeks!! Can't even get a managers name at the corporate office...... Just brushed off with nothing!!!! Took the first car for pictures for insurance purposes, and they didn't even file the pictures........... filing a complaint with BBB.

Love that when I walked in I was greeted, all the girls there were nice but the one who seemed very approaching for business was Brendy or Brende, I can't remember how to spell her name. But she was very nice and explained the plans that were available. I got a very affordable plan as well. And she also has the heart warming smile, and I feel like I can just talk to her with so much confidence. If she ever moves to another location then I'm transferring myself to that location. Where she goes I go.

They're always available either in the office or online or by phone! I have use them for many many years and have absolutely nothing to complain about. At times when we as a family needed a little help they've waived fees if possible, i dont know of any company that does that sort of thing just to help a customer who they hardly even know. Prices are super competitive too.

please do not go to use service in this location because they didn't care any . Just need money only and no response for any mistake.. I told them for home owner plan but they make the renter plan and charge $45 for transfer fee .. I said you did wrong policy but they didn't want to refund their false...so please stay away this location

Paid for my policy for auto insurance yet eye didnt recieve receipts of payment.....wasnt able to open link to sign documents. Asked for reciept to payment and policy numbers.Never receive Anything for Agent tat was servicing me. Eye paid my money but got nothinnng. Bad service and business. Not professional.

It's very expensive. You are better off getting insurance elsewhere if you can. It's also best to go in person or you'll be put on hold for a long time. Sometimes they are friendly, sometimes just basic service. I never felt like I was getting a good deal. Always a drag when it came to time to renew.

I'm took a brother in Christ here so he could obtain auto insurance for a older used vehicle, so I can't mention anything since I'm not the one getting car insurance but it's view of the I-35 freeway is clearly visible as it's on the North side of the freeway between Commonwealth and Mockingbird

My experience at 3030 N Stemmons Fwy Dallas, Texas 75247 on a Saturday morning was fast and easy. It made my day, so I was off to a great start and the price was reasonable compared to other companies, Amax has the best deals thanks 1 million times.
