Claudia is the go to, absolute life saver! She spoke to my mom a few weeks ago and took her time getting to know my moms needs. Because my mom is in the process of getting her license back she asked Claudia if she could give her a few days to get in touch with her lawyer to make sure she had sufficient coverage for the state. Most agents either pressure you to commit or totally disregard you if you dont jump on their offer right away. Not claudia! She called my mom back as promised and was still just as nice and professional. She was able to find a great fit for my mom and walked through the process. Big shout out and much appreciation to Claudia!!! Thank you!!

The worst customer service. Call to cancel two vehicles they put me on hold for about 25 minutes and never take my call and hung up on me. Her name is" Brisia"great credit for this company. she is the one that kept me on hold for 25 minutes for nothing. I'm going to let this company go I don't need this in my life
