My Family and I are new to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. We moved here directly from another state and didn’t know much about anything. We found A-Max insurance on Google and decided to give them a try. Claudia over at A-Max treated me like a member of her own Family. She(Claudia) was very Professional, Understanding, Polite, Informative, and Super Friendly which eased my mind about all uncertainties. I am so glad I Found A-Max Insurance because they located me an Affordable rate with a Great company.

I had the greatest insurance agent today by the name of Ms Anna Lisa! I had hung up from a not so pleasant agent on Buckner who appeared to not care about helping me at all. Nor did she take her time with me. So I decided to call another location and I'm so glad I did! Listen, if you need someone to take their time with you and not try to rush off the phone, don't talk over you and is super polite call and ask for Ms Anna Lisa. Even her boss was nice. 10 stars but could only give 5.

Horrible! I just called for a quote, asked what location this was and the girl verified it was the location on Kiest. She located my previous policy and placed me on hold for approximately 40 minutes. Put in on speaker and i drove home and started doing other things. I guess she forgot about me then 6pm came and I guess she left cause I called back and no answer. Friday 11/22

A-MAX does not have control of the insurance they look for the lowest fee some of the insurance they work with Will razor price and make you pay another hundred to $150 more for another other 6 months. But overall decent and they tried a Max employees try to give you the right what's the insurance that really does the pricing

Bad experience with Amax. Was told a different and higher price after paperwork was signed for a lower policy due to a "system error" on the company's part. Now they want to override and disregard the signed agreement to get more money. Not a happy customer at all …

Great experiencee going to the office! Insurance Agent Sofia was very kind and helpful with a great attitude answered all my questions! Highly recommend . Ask for Sofia once going there she wont let you down!
