When I was looking to purchase a gift for someone very special to me that was graduating, I knew I didnt want to get just any ordinary gift. The choice was simple after seeing a wonderfully elegant and inspiring arrangement on the A.P Bloem web shop. Upon delivery however, the recipient was not home. The delivery staff tried to deliver to neighbors who unfortunately did not accept and the flowers were left at a nearby business and a delivery card left for the recipient. However when she went to pick up the business claimed the flowers had been thrown away. WHAT!?! How could that be possible? Only a monster would throw this incredible arrangement away. A.P Bloem worked with myself and the recipient to find out how this could have happened and when the business took no responsibility, A.P Bloem staff did everything they could to correct this situation. They were in communication with me at every turn which was much appreciated as I live in the US, and hand delivered a replacement bouquet at their own cost to be sure my gift and card with message were received. I am so grateful for their commitment to my purchase, and news of this made both mine and the recipients week. This type of customer service, along with the unique and elegant style of their work is rare, and means I will most definitely be a customer again in the future and would recommend to anyone. This note is to tell everyone what a wonderful experience I just had with A.P Bloem! My son and his wife are living in Amsterdam, I am back home in the USA. They just had their first child, a baby girl named Zelli. I looked at so many flower shops online near my son’s address and emailed three places with a special request for flowers to be delivered to congratulate them, in the hopes that I would get a quick response. Melissa at A.P Bloem emailed me as soon as their shop opened this morning, after writing back and forth with her, we came to an understanding and I placed an order for a flower arrangement. Despite our language barrier and a 6 hour time difference the flowers were delivered within hours of placing my overseas order. My daughter-in-law said the vase of flowers is just amazing and beautiful and full of detail. I am so happy with my experience! I chose the pickle jar and picked an amount of money that I wanted to spend on the flowers. If you have any doubts, I will tell you that you will be very happy, treated very well and the prices are very fair at A.P Bloem. My entire experience was gezellig! I moved to Amsterdam a few years ago and tried out a few flower shops, but this shop made my artistic flower dreams come true and left a lasting impression on me. You can see and feel the love and passion that goes into it. It's not just bouquets that you get, they are all absolutely impressive works of art. Pure poetry and joy. The whole onlineshop is with love for details, a very good product presentation and a professional and very friendly service - which is often enough underestimated by retailers. The idea and the statement to dedicate a bouquet of flowers to Frida Kahlo is furthermore incredibly likeable for me. I have ordered bouquets and vases again and again in the last few months because I want very good quality to prevail, to be appreciated and to last. A.P Bloem is hands-down the best florist in Amsterdam. Each time I purchase or receive a bouquet I'm filled with wonder at how they can create such art. You can really feel the love that the team puts into their work. I have been a customer for the past 4 years and the quality is consistently high. I know I can depend on my friends and family receiving a stunning arrangement for birthdays, congratulations etc. - I always get such great feedback back! Whereas at some florists, all the bouquets look the same, at A.P. Bloem each arrangement tells a story - about the seasons, the occasion, and also who you are and how you want to show your love or appreciation to whoever receives the flowers. I could not recommend A.P Bloem's products and services more. Their webshop makes online orders extremely convenient and I've even had friends in the US order me flowers to be delivered here in Amsterdam because they know I love their work so much!

I came across A.P Bloem online while looking for a gift for friends living in Amsterdam and was stunned by their beautiful selection of plants and flowers. I ordered a plant and requested a very quick turnaround despite the usual delivery time for plants being 3 working days. Despite it being 9pm at night, Melissa at A.P Bloem responded to my enquiry within minutes and assured me that it would be no problem to deliver my order within the requested time. 36 hours later the plant was delivered and my friends were over the moon with their gift! Seamless, speedy and very friendly service. A.P Bloem made ordering flowers from abroad incredibly stress-free, when it can sometimes be the opposite. If ever I need flowers or a plant in Amsterdam again I know where I'll be going. I highly recommend!!

I was in rush to find a bouquet for a special occasion and I found ap bloem through Google maps. I (annoyingly) arrived while they were almost closing, but I was welcomed with the biggest smile and the biggest help ever (and I am a talkative annoying customer, so kuddo to you). I love the take this boutique has on bouquets, quite unconventional in terms of flowers and arrangement. There is a feeling of wild elegance coming from them. The person to whom the bouquet was destined was really happy. So I would definitely recommend to make a gift to a tasteful unconventional person P.S: I stand by what I said “if we offered more flowers to men, there would be less wars” P.S 2: if you get some more herbs/greenery in stock to make the bouquet fuller if needed, you’d make me so happy !

A.P Bloem was the best service ever! I am in New York and I was looking for a service to send flowers to my father on his birthday. The night before I found this store online and everything looked stunning. The website was very beautiful and easy to order from, since I do not speak Dutch. Luckily, there was an option for next day delivery, which was right on time for my fathers birthday. The next day they delivered my dad the rosy posy set with gifts, a wonderful high quality champagne, and a card-bright and early-all for a great price. They made the hand written note so sweet and my father had tears of joy. The distance is hard but rosy posy helped make his day so special. 5 stars.

i live in a different country and picked this shop to send flowers to my friend in amsterdam. i researched a while online cause i wanted a shop that i could trust to make a bouquet that fit my aesthetic. i was super happy with their service, i picked out a vase from their website to go along with the bouquet and gave them a few pointers of what i wanted but asked them to go with their experienced opinion to make the best possible bouquet. they did email me to clarify something so i think they really care about creating a product that will make people happy. my friend loved the bouquet and i would definitely go with this shop again if i want to send her another surprise! thank you :)

Simply the best there is. This is the floral shop you've been dreaming of but never thought possible. Debbie and her team make the most stunning arrangements that all feel so personal, artistic and special. We have been working with AP Bloem as our wedding florist and it has been incredible to see what types of creative pieces they dream up to be part of our big day. On a weekly basis, we also get their flowers delivered to our home and are never disappointed with the joy, sunshine and beauty they bring us. We love AP Bloem and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful flowers and thoughtfully crafted arrangements.

A quite wonderful flower shop -- although what they sell is gardens, woods, meadows in your house, all that lovely elegant natural muddle with a strong sense of architecture so you remember someone chose these flowers and put them together. I have flowers from them once a week and I'm (almost) always delighted -- often surprised, even their choice of tulips is brilliant and unfamiliar, sometimes putting a Golden Age flower picture in water because their flowers have the same sense of life and abundance. In the locked down COVID months, these are flowers that keep the heart beating and the soul singing.

I cannot recommend A.P Bloem enough. Our wedding date changed a few times and Melissa and Debbie were so patient and understanding when I let them know once again that I needed to push things back. The bouquet they put together was beautiful – I got many compliments from family, friends, and even strangers on the street when I was having photos taken. I especially liked that they sent over a photo and video of the bouquet the day before the wedding to make sure I was happy with it. It was perfect, but if I had wanted to change anything Im positive they would have been accommodating.

I am so happy with this place! I haven't seen my best friend in a few months because of covid so sent her a plant along with a really ridiculous message after she got stung by a bee and was sad. They copied my message perfectly even though I am pretty sure it was over the maximum character count, and they contacted me the same day I ordered to check in and make sure the delivery time that worked for them was okay. Also their prices are extremely fair and the plant that was delivered looked exactly like what it did on their website. I'll definitely order with them again!

I was so happy to find A.P. Bloem online while searching for a florist that could deliver in Amsterdam. I am a customer based in the US and was purchasing a gift for a friend. A.P. Bloem heeft op mij een onuitwisbare indruk gemaakt. De persoonlijke, vriendelijke benadering en de intieme sfeer in hun prachtige winkel op de Kerkstraat is heel prettig. De voorbereiding voor de aankleding voor onze bruiloft verliep soepel, en er werd perfect aangevoeld wat onze wensen waren. Alles voelde uniek en precies op onze smaak afgestemd. Op de dag zelf werd alles tot in de detail geregeld, het had er niet mooier uit kunnen zien! Ik wandel nu nog steeds met liefde regelmatig de winkel in, omdat ik weet dat daar altijd de mooiste bloemen te krijgen zijn.

Living in America and your family is back in Amsterdam really is very difficult for special occasions such as birthday and anniversaries. I ordered a bouquet from A.P Bloem for my mother's up coming birthday and they showed up and showed out the bouquet was beautiful my mother loved it so much. I am stuck in lockdown in Sydney, Australia, so the world can feel very far away. I ordered a seasonal arrangement to be delivered in a pickle jar and it was not only easy to order online, I could schedule it in advance, too. Melissa and team delivered an incredibly beautiful bouquet on my behalf today. Moreover, it was a public holiday (King's Day) in the Netherlands and the office was closed but she went in anyways so the flowers would be delivered on the recipient's birthday. This was way above and beyond, especially considering how big of a deal King's Day is across the city. Highly recommend this service for any flower deliveries in Amsterdam.

My daughter moved to Amsterdam over a year ago. Who knew we would not see each other for a long time. We still don’t know but the bouquet I sent her was a perfect picture of how much I love her. I have ordered a few bouquets of flowers from them for special occasions and they are always absolutely breathtaking and gorgeous. However this last time I was a bit disappointed. The bouquet (I believe, queen of hearts) was underwhelming and a lot less flowers were included compared to the pictures depicted on the website. It's a stunning bouquet nonetheless, but I felt the need to give my feedback anyway :)

Got my bridal bouquet and a huge bouquet for our hotel room here. Melissa and Maylis were always responsive, helpful and very friendly, even after I changed my mind for the 500th time. I ordered some flowers for some colleagues based in The Netherlands from Germany. The service I received was great - they found florists for my colleagues based outside of Amsterdam and let me know when one of my colleagues wasn't at home and they had to leave the flowers at a neighbor's. I received a stunning bouquet created by AP Bloem a few days ago. Unfortunately, many of the flowers were not fresh and started to wilt soon after delivery, such as the roses and gerberas. It is a sad sight.
