Please view the zist of a few reviews for this office, before you go there for filing your tax returns. 1: This was our first and last time asking them to do our work. Never ever going back with this company. 1 star because cannot go lower or negative otherwise they don't even deserve this. 2: Very bad experience. Do not care who comes in first. They don’t follow the first come first serve thing. The only thing they want is money and don’t care about the customers. person who is at reception, she is rude. V.rude. If there is anything lower than one star. I will give them that star. They messed up my taxes. Rather than I can save some money on my taxes. They file my tax wrong way and I received huge amount tax return to pay . When I said them to do amendments in my taxes, they said me that now we can’t do anything tax is already filed. They are only behind your hard earn dollars . I paid them around $800 cad to do my corporate and personal taxes. They just totally messed up with my personal income. He intentionally increased my personal income by adding more income from my company profits. I didn’t have that much profit and then he said you only need to pay personal income tax. You don’t need to pay your corporate tax because he said I added both together in your personal income. Now I paid different tax for my personal income which was huge amount and on other side I have to pay my corporate tax which is almost same to my personal income. All in all, never go to this accountant for your taxes. It is my request.

Worst experience ever in Canada. Plz people save yourself from going there. They don’t care for your time. Super rude staff, they only and only want money. CRA told me that they never received my reassessment letter and in the first place reassessment was needed b’coz Navdeep didn’t file it properly. He did accept that it was his fault that’s why he had to send for reassement. He was so busy doing other things and didn’t listen at all so when I said I have tuition fees + RRSP.... guess what he didn’t put those and only my T4. I called CRA. I feel such people’s license should be banned or there should be strict steps against it. Also Samina the person who is at reception... she is nice when you are new but then later on people.... she is rude. V.rude. I feel CRA should come and do a surprise testing.

Very bad experience when we went to file taxes . Guy have no customer service tact . He never confirmed any information and keep asking how would we like to pay for service he was in rush to attend people waiting after us ... and done half work and keep asking us to pay... when we asked to finish all work which we want him to do he want us to come again because he want to attend next customer ( money minded) ... its almost 10 days we keep phoning them but no work done and he took my original papers . Don't go A1 accounting they are not professional at all ...thumb down... If you are looking for an accounting company, A1 accounting is a great place to go! I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Navdeep took the time to explain and review any tax questions I had regarding my business. He was very considerate and kind in accommodating me when I forgot one of my RRSP contribution receipts. He graciously helped me fill out an addendum at no extra cost. In addition to A1 accounting being very detail oriented and helpful I found the charges for their services to be very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Requested them to file our taxes since February 2020 for my company. took his fees in advance but He still has not filed my Corporate Tax return. I kept calling him every single month to file it and they only say that govt. has extended the time so we will do it in August. I just don't understand why they cannot file it before. Phoned on Thursday, told gentleman who didnt even introduce himself on the phone that we would be there ar 12 for an appointment which he said was fine. Show up at 11.55, wait until 1210, office door is locked and there's other people waiting outside. Leave because he has obviously booked two other appointments at the same time. Call him and he says he's been inside the locked office the whole time (i knocked the door when we arrived) absolute joke of a man.

I am not thinking of giving them 1 star even. Since they filed my tax. i was told that you will b getting refund of $1400, i was waiting for the refund for whole month. Called CRA and ended up paying $265 with extra charges since I had no idea that I will be paying to CRA. Totally opposite and wrong calculation done by so called professionals and they charged $35 for wrong tax filing. Worst experience, don’t go there. They have no knowledge of anything.

I called, the guy on the phone just says hello. Not good morning, not A1 accounting... I had to actually ask if I was calling A1 accounting. The guy sounded so depressed on the phone that I may have been interrupting a suicide attempt. If that's the basis of their business model, I'll go to one of the many other places that actually have some form of customer service... NEXT.

Poor and unprofessional service, didn’t file our taxes on time even for two years, picking tax papers and keeping debit credit machine front of you to pay without filing tax files , greedy for money , we pay too much interest on top of our taxes , he is such a unprofessional accountant , I will not recommend him , we already removed our tax file .

I wanna give 0 star to this accountant navdeep, Very unprofessional Doesn't know how to talk to customers. Paid 725 in april for cooperation tax he haven't filled any taxes yet. Instead of being guilty or sorry, He was trying to lower my voice. Due to his negligence, I will pay penalties.

They do not how to talk to customer, they do not not how to file tax properly. Needs to get shut down ASAP. Always making mistakes when filing. Would ask you not to go here

I have used this accounting firm for the past 3 years, I have been audited by CRA those 3 years, which has never happened before. I won't be going back that is for sure!
