Well after our little disaster hail storm in the south on July 2nd I was completely devastated. Devastated with my broken house, yard, property etc. I was battling insurance (another story in itself) and now trying to find someone to fix our property. I had many siding companies come in and quote out crazy amounts of money to fix our 1 wall of siding, and companies that would never even call back.A1 knocked on my door and the young guy wanted to quote me out...I was hesitant and gave in . Jass the owner came in and quoted me out and went over my options. He was very on point and came in at least 35% cheaper than the rest. The guys are finishing up and I'm very impressed how hard these guys work. Keep in mind how busy every siding company is at the moment and they were only a week under schedule of what they said. This is very good. Highly recommend these guys

My personal experience was very good, especially after Jaskarn came onboard in the project to replace my house's envelope after the hailstorm happened in 2021 july. I mentioned the complaints others have written here, and Jaskarn made sure the work was done professionally, right the first time and moreover the cleanup of the nails from the roofing repair. Nails and debris can get trapped, if you're doing the repair in fall-winter months, due to the leaves and snow. Their pricing was far better than most others. I hope they improve their response to people calling them for warranty related services. Thanks again to Jaskarn and crew for completing the work on time.

These guys gave me the worst experience of my life. Not only has it been 7 months since they first came here to do the work but they have been back 3 times and the entire roof and siding is a disaster leaking and sloppy and disrespectful. Killing my flower garden with garbage and paint wrecking my grass , and now wrecking my roof and walls with water leaking. If I could rate a minus 5 I would. 1 star is far too good for these guys. I have proof of all my claims not to mention all the sharp nails and staples and metal they left all over yard for my kids to step on and receive medical attention. They didn’t even care to clean up. !!!!! Disasters they are .

Terrible job , a lots of nails are exposed , will rust and cause leaks , cutters are awful , don't hire a cheap company like them , pay a little more and get the done properly . Will go through small claim court and have them fix their shtty job , want to sell the house ,inspector asked for roof to be fixed even though I supposedly replaced the roof afew months ago , for siding they don't replace the paper which goes under siding because the owners don't see what's under . They started in a good note but once the work started they were very unorganized and unprofessional. It took them over 7 months to complete our siding with very poor communication and nails all over the floor. I wonder what kind of warranty we will get if there is ever any issue.. I was very unhappy with the quality of service. And their workers kept wanting to cone i to the house to use the washroom. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Found nails on my property (they were working next door). Thankfully found them before my small nieces, dog, or cats found them. Also overheard one of the workers SCREAMING at the dog they had with them for whatever reason? Edited to add: received a text from company’s phone number that was meant for their worker calling me a bad neighbour and home owner. I cleaned up YOUR mess and you have the audacity to imply I’m a bad home owner?

Told us we qualified for a rebate for our windows, when it came time to pay somehow the rebate didn’t exist anymore and they demanded full payment from us. Work was shoddy and they left nails and other garbage after the work was “completed”. Avoid at all costs, owner was very aggressive after the rebate didn’t apply and we still ended up paying more than our original agreed fee.

They did my neighbor sidings and left a bunch of staples and nails on my lawn/yard where my son plays!! This is dangerous to my son! I cleaned it up and not sure if more nails on my lawn because theyre hard to see! Unprofessional and dont care about the dangerous mess. Just want to get their job done. Wait till someone get to an accident.

A1 replaced the siding and repaired some minor damage to my roof on my house in Bridlewood. They were great their crew was friendly and very hardworking. The quality of the work was very good. The price was significantly better than the any of the other 5 quotes I had gotten. I would recommend them to anyone.

They did my roof 3 years ago did a horrible job there are dips in the roof from plywpod they would not change the shingles are super eave and out on poorly would never recommend this company to anyone. Have called them 15 times gotten 0 responses they do t stand by there work at all

These guys have to be some of the most unprofessional handymen out there. Disrespectful guys swearing and spitting... leave garbage and material all over. Trucks blocking our house and when asked to move they where very rude about it. Think next time I'll just do the job myself.

Very responsible,and responsible i called A1 because we had a hail damage jaz came with a guy they gave me quote and explained about timeline and they stared work they were fast and very professional with excellent workmanship i am very happy and highly recommend them

This company is shaddy. They don't clean up their trash. They leave there trailer on home owners property for a few days until they get there next job and then they remove the trailer. Watching them installing roofing they really cut corners. Not professional at all.

My neighbour had this company do siding/roofing repair and they threw a bunch of debris over my fence including siding, staples, nails and trim. They had said they would clean it up and never did. I tried calling with no answer. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate.

I had the pleasure of almost stepping on this in my backyard along with some nails. I’m glad our dogs didn’t get hurt and myself. Best part it was our neighbours getting their roof done, and the crew was very unprofessional towards them.

Parked for 2 full days in a handicap spot and made my wife have to park down the street which made it harder for her to walk. Also very dirty and messy and the siding they did next door is horrific. Big bowes along the side

Replaced a shingle roof with a tin roof ,on the one side of roof only 4 screws per sheet 2 on top 2 on bottom of sheet nothing in the middle , negative star required for these guys
