NOT TRUSTABLE. Went in for a nail in the tire. The attendant reviewed and said the nail was not pluggable therefore would need to replace the tire. Because one tire was being replaced than the other. Friendly staff, but incredibly slow and inefficient for car service. Even with an appointment, a vehicle inspection took over an hour. Vehicle inspections should take 15-30 minutes at most according to previous experience and NC DMV. I won't be returning and I definitely won't consider a AAA membership.

I got my car inspected and they failed me for my 2 front tires and wanted to charge me $450. I took it somewhere else and they said there was absolutely no reason to not pass. Trying to scam customers into spending money by not passing their inspection is ridiculous. I will not be returning.
