I will never call anyone other than AAA Auger again! Yesterday, we had a very stressful experience at my household with an unknown leak from the water heater. Water was spraying everywhere including the ceiling and walls and leaking all over the garage. It was a Sunday and it was difficult to get a hold of anyone who would come out on the same day. Many places said they would call us right back and never did. Many clearly did not care or treated the call as an inconvenience or gave us a run around. NOT AAA Auger. From the minute they received my call, they were professional, kind, inquisitive and truly interested in being helpful. I am not handy at all so they were very patient with my obvious lack of knowledge in this area and all my questions. The gentleman let me know that they were book for the day but that they would try to squeeze us in. He said he would let us know either way. Honestly, I had little hope that we would hear back from him, but sure enough - he called me an hour later and had a technician on the way. Aaron, the technician, showed up and he was wonderful from beginning to end. He was very thorough and conscientious. It was clear that he had great expertise and experience. He took the time to explain the issue and what would be needed for the repair. He did not charge us for the diagnostic assessment. We felt very safe and comfortable with him. He was friendly and very respectful. He was able to make the repair timely - and at a very fair price. After this experience, I plan to make AAA Auger our plumber every time! They made a very stressful situation - easy breezy! Thank you, Aaron and AAA!

The staff at AAA-Auger Plumbing Services want to get it right and want you to be happy and satisified. They did not dissapoint. After experiencing some challenges at first, ANDREA listened to my concerns and scheduled someone who would approopriately address those concerns. My water tank heater needed to be replaced and since this was my first experience with having to replace a 50-gallon water heater JORDAN demostrated extraordinary interpersonal skills by answering all of my detailed questions, educating me on brand and model differences, listening to my concerns and not making me feel rushed. JORDAN treated me like a "client" not a "job". His answers were consistent and made sense. He did not give me different answers based on what he thought I wanted to hear. I felt as though JORDAN was a professional plumber not a high volume salesman. Not once did he indicate he had "other jobs" to get to. JORDAN explained pricing, outlined how the work would proceed, provided options and a detailed estimate and was very even toned and nice. The pricing AAA-Auger offered was very reasonable! JORDAN arrived for the job on time with his coworker ALEX. Those two guys executed the job flawlessly with excellent craftmanship! ALEX was also very kind, professional yet personable. I will use AAA-Auger again and I'm extremely happy with the job.

After hearing from David Cross at this company I am hoping my disappointing experience detailed below is a "one-off." I have adjusted my rating in hopes they will do better in the future. Had the misfortune of meeting Dwayne (sp?) Davis of this company today. First he parked head on against our mailman blocking his clients driveway parked the wrong way on the street he inched up closer onto my property after the mailman left. At that point he was parked diagonally with the back of his van over 18 inches from the curb but he still traipsed across my lawn several times to get to the driver's side door. After he had been there over an hour I'd asked if he'd be "much longer?" He replied "no" - I said "good." Went to pick up my daughters...35 minutes later he's pulled directly in front of my house still parked facing the wrong way. My dogs were going nuts. If he had just parked the direction of traffic he wouldn't have been a nuisance but courtesy or professionalism is not this man's forte. He told me to call his office so I did - they have my name and number. Hope AAA Auger starts encouraging their employees to park in the correct direction and not against traffic as well as teaching customer service to their employees who need a refresher.

AAA Auger has never let me down. They are great at taking appointments over the phone, the service guys are on time, and are always professional. Today Steven was a huge help. He trouble shot the issue twice and could not fix the problem. But through he's experience he concluded we needed a toilet replacement. Steven got us the Cadillac of toilets. We are saved and very happy with the work. Here's a summary for anyone that's fails at trying to DIY a leaky toilet. Yes, sometimes it works in your favor. On the other hand, when You've done everything right and it still leaks, and bills go up, and your septic overflows, and there's a smelly mess. Call a professional because it took someone with the know how to realize that your leaky toilet has a unseen hairline crack and it will always leak. Thank you Steven and thank you AAA Auger. Trent came out for the initial visit which was for an declogging our outside drain line from the kitchen sink. We had 23 years of grease build up. Although the outside auger work unclogged our drain, there was still significant grease build up. Trent recommended a hydro jet drain cleaner treatment. This was done on the second visit with a team of 3 plumbers. The water jet system removed a very stubborn buildup and cleared our drain line completely. Trent did a camera exam and found a section of our drain line was bowed, which explained why the buildup had been so difficult to remove. Trent will provide me a quote to remediate the drain line. I appreciate Trent's methodical approach to providing a long term fix to our drain clogging issue. I've been a customer in the past and look forward to working with AAA Auger in the future!

We had a flooding issue with our laundry room. Stephen and Alex with AAA Auger came out and fixed the issue quick and painless. Thanks for your help guys! ** UPDATE: The fix created another issue. After flushing out the water drain for the washer, they accidentally clogged the shower drains. I didn't notice. the dirt that came up during their initial pipe flush but saw it this AM and now the water won't drain in the tube. **UPDATE: I appreciate the response, and will standby for the fix. I didn't like adjusting the review because aside from the collateral issue, the guys were great! **UPDATE: On October 25th, 2023, Stephen came out and fixed the issue with the bathtub drain. He was efficient and polite, making the experience very pleasant. Thanks again AAA AUGER for following up on your promise. Updating the rating!

Plumbing issues are never fun, but it sure does make a difference when you have someone looking out for you.. It started out as a request to replace a couple of shower fixtures, seems that we had one issue after another, it started out with me getting the wrong parts, then a hard to replace cartridge... Josh helped me get the right parts, replaced the stuck older cartridge setup, got the new fixtures is & also flushed my water heater & showed me on how best to maintain the heater for future use, also maybe look at a faster solution to hot water at the sink w/o waiting too long. I liked Josh's can do attitude, he didn't seem to get flustered & got any issues resolved, everything is looking good. I'm very pleased!

I highly recommend this company - very fairly priced and the best customer service that any plumbing company should follow: My shower tub creat loud vibration noise when opening both hot and cold water, partly due to high pressure water coming from the city. Jose the plumber came and installed PRV, which significantly reduced the vibration noise, but the noise/vibration was still there after PRV installed. Therefore, Trent the manager came for follow on visit to address the remaining vibration issues at no additional cost. The issue was resolved. Trent was very professional/knowledgeable/respectful. I really appreciate their service. I would highly recommend this company to friends and families.

Very awesome and professional company that doesn't charge an arm and leg for plumbing work. I had a leak in my front yard and knew the general area of where it was. Trent (field manager) and another plumber (forgot his name) came out and performed the leak detection and repair on the same day. Both of them were very friendly and informational. I had called out two other bigger companies prior to AAA Auger to get quotes, and after receiving AAA's quote, I knew the others were trying to rip me off. Will make sure to hire this company whenever needed in the future! (hopefully not any time soon). Highly recommend.

Stephen Lopez was awesome. He took the time to show me what the issue was with my water heater, how to prevent it in the future, and explained what repair he did and why. He answered all my other questions about the insulation and pipes running into my water heater, which was above and beyond the scope. He also told me about maintenance steps I should take to prolong the life of my heater. I really appreciated his diligence and professionalism. I enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone else with a plumbing issue!

AAA Auger answered my call after 9pm. A person answered not a machine and they showed up early the next morning to help. We had a sewage clog and backup. The initial response from Paul and Juan was friendly and very responsive. The plumbers from AAA AUGER were absolutely amazing. We were communicated with about a window of when they would arrive and messaged a picture of the Master Plumber that we would be expecting with his name and info about him. They called us on their way over and they took about 20 minutes to identify and solve the problem. They were kind and courteous about taking their shoes off so they didn't track mud in because it was raining. I would absolutely use them again!

We had a serious break in the sanitary sewer system below our slab. Jason with AAA Auger accurately diagnosed the problem and carried out a difficult repair with a high degree of professionalism. My hot water heater was leaking water... I called about 7 different places and AAA was the only one that could get someone out the next day. Paul Schultz and Juan were awesome! They came in and immediately identified the problem, they were quick and clean and I really appreciated them! In addition, I thought the price to be very fair. I woke up this morning to water seeping out of a wall and running across my front porch! AAA Auger professionals were called and came out in less than an hour. They determined the leak was in/under the slab; they worked all morning bypassing the leak and by mid afternoon my leak was fixed and my water back on! They cleaned up everything before they left, too. I’m very pleased and would call them again if need arises.

Jason was super helpful and told us what he was doing the entire time. He remembered our names and was very professional and quick! Trent and the whole staff were great! They were passionate about getting on the schedule that worked for me to be there for them, as well as had very good communication about times, updates and what to expect. Got the job done, charged twice as much as a master plumber I know who works for himself and twice as experienced as employee they sent out. 3 stars as they charge about 2/3 of what other large plumbing companies do, they will bombard you for a review through text after completion of work which is strange as they do charge quite a lot for very simple tasks

We had a problem with our tub and the next day AAA sent Jason to help fix our situation. While he fix that he noticed the sink was set up improperly and it cause our second sink to not have running water. Well he fix that too with out even asking. What a awesome way to start our day. Not happy with their service. At first they said they wouldn’t charge me to cut the dry wall but then they said it would be $217.50. Their diagnosis was also not correct. So, after they left, I had another round of flooding in my kitchen. Wouldn’t recommend them.
