OK, so this review is way too late, but I was just admiring my Rolex Yacht-Master II again and felt compelled to share the awesome buying experience I had with not only this piece, but also my wife's diamond engagement ring. AND - my transaction was completed 100% remotely. So it was time to propose and a I had an idea of the type of engagement ring I wanted to purchase for my future bride. In addition, I had been looking at getting myself a Rolex. A friend recommended calling AAA Jewelers and I made the call. I spoke with Angelo, emailed him an image of the type of ring setting, what my budget was and how perfect/imperfect of a diamond I wanted. I also asked about Rolex's and Angelo had what I was looking for. Both items he described were within my budget and the next step was to take a look. In less than a week, a package was at my door with a 1 carat diamond solitaire ring and Rolex Yacht-Master II. Both items exceeded my expectations - the ring was absolutely perfect, the watch was impeccable. Another phone call was made, and a check was sent. BTW - She said "yes". I don't buy jewelry and watches all the time - in fact, this was my first time. But I do know that when my 10 yr anniversary comes up, and it's time for a diamond upgrade (and another Rolex) -- my first call will be AAA Jewelers.

I am a french citizen living in Salt Lake City. I am a real customer (my wallet can witness it). I chose to design and to make the engagement ring for my fiancee at AAA Jewelers after a first appointment with Mike. I had of course visited other jewelry stores and also thought to order the ring online. During the process (few weeks), Mike and his team satisfied all my demands and they answered all my questions (usually I am not so much picky but for my fiancee, I had to!). They were really helpful, patient and professional. The ring comes with a lifetime warranty and a certified appraisal (everything that is part of the ring is well documented). The quality of the diamond reach the expectations of my fiancee (yes, the one who is very picky). AAA jewelers designed her dream ring: they were able to do the job correctly with only one photo that I emailed to them. I will order the wedding bands at AAA Jewelers. Also, I have a watch that my mother offered to me for my 30th birthday; If I have to send it to repair (I hope not too soon), I will chose AAA Jewelers since a friend of mine referred this store to me for watch service.

Excellent experience. I was referred to these folks from a colleague. I brought in my wedding ring and a diamond earring from my wife. Both of these items are from the 1940's and were our grandparents. My ring needed the band fixed where it gets sized, and I had intended to make a simple necklace and setting for the diamond. I was nervous just handing them a small envelope with the items in them and nothing in return but a handshake and hopes that they would be able to get the necklace done in time for Valentines as I had shown up the week before. It was ready in less than a week, just in time for Valentines Day and both the ring and the necklace looked amazing!! I was very impressed on the pricing as well. Worth every dollar I spent in my opinion. The ring likely looked like the day my grandpa first had it made. Its hard to trust people these days, especially with thousands of dollars in jewelry. This is a legit company and I highly recommend them with your valuables. We will definitely be in again!! Well done!

I have been using AAA Jewelers for over 26 years when I bought my wife’s promise ring, then I bought my wife’s wedding ring from AAA Jewelers. I have referred my friends and family to AAA. Now, Mike helps my sons and their friends. Mike is so great to work with and he makes sure you get the best Diamonds and Rolex’s. I have purchased very nice pieces from Mike and I could not get the quality and price anywhere else. I appreciate everyone at AAA that have taken care of me and my referrals over the years. It is nice that after all these years Mike is still backing up the jewelry and watches I have purchased from him. I have lived all over the country but I continue to purchase from AAA Jewelers. I couldn’t speak more highly of Triple AAA jewelers. This family is honest, kind, and has a great selection but will make you the most beautiful piece of jewelry if you are wanting something custom. My fiancé and me went to a couple of other retailers in Salt Lake and there was no doubt after walking into triple AAA and talking with the family that this is where I wanted my fiancé to have my ring made. I could not love my ring any more than I do. I will be a customer there for life! Update 7/13: GET ALL YOUR FINE JEWELRY HERE. After our great experience with the engagement ring we decided to get my wedding band here as well. I had an idea of what I wanted but they didn’t have anything like it. So what did they do? Custom made it! My band is absolutely stunning and looks **chefs kiss** with my engagement ring. This family knows what’s up and go above and beyond with their customer service.

I had a terrific experience at this store. I originally set up an appointment (which was very easy and recommended) and went in with my now fiancée just looking to get her finger sized and see what type of styles the store had and to get an idea for what's out there. As a couple in our 20's this was all very new to us! Mike the store owner and his wife greeted us and you couldn't ask for a nicer couple. In short we ended up ordering a custom made ring that day. There was no pushy sales tactics or overselling, we mentioned what we were looking for and what our price range was and ended up with a fantastic ring (all at our own speed and on our own decision). Fun fact they can customize a band in almost any way you could think of. This is the first review I've left for a company, they more than deserve one. The service was PHENOMENAL! I had been to a few jewelery stores in town previously and fallen in love with a ring. The catch was, they wanted thousands for just the band. I didn't want to spend that much so I kept looking. I showed them a picture of it and Michael instantly said they could custom build one for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price! To top it off, I got to make a few small changes to the band and make it my own. Thanks to these guys my fiance and I got to pick a ring we liked and keep our savings account intact. Can't thank you enough! A couple months ago I was looking to get a center stone reset and made into a new ring and design with adding smaller diamonds to it as well. I shopped around to several other jewelers and settled on AAA Jewelers. They did an AMAZING job with my ring in such a short time and they were the cheapest by far!!!! Great quality, top notch diamonds were added to the ring, and they have fabulous customer service. I could not have been more happy with the process and the final product. I get compliments on my ring all the time and I absolutely love it!! I have a few other stones I want made into other rings and will undoubtedly use them again. I recently proposed with a gorgeous ring had designed and built by AAA Jewelers. The ring has a large, Gemological Institute certified center chocolate diamond with many other smaller chocolate and white diamonds in a rose gold setting. It’s beautiful. I know I got a better price than I would have elsewhere, my insurance appraisal of the ring confirmed that. Mike and the team there are everything you could hope for in a jeweler, they were helpful, fair, patient, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. So good was my experience, I went back today to have them build my wedding band from the gold of my Mother's wedding band. They have made a life long customer of me and I highly recommend AAA Jewelers to my family and friends.

I bought my wife's wedding ring/wedding band at AAA Jewelers. It was an amazing experience working with Lisa, Mike, and the Jeweler who helped customize the band. It's a family owned business and they treat you like family when you are there. I've head rings, bands, necklaces, watches, all worked on here and every time they have not only given me a great product but provided incredible service while I am there. The prices are great, they genuinely care about helping you out and not ripping you off. My entire family also shares the same feelings as we have been taken care of every single time we go in there. I walked in with no knowledge of even the basics of ring buying. I wanted to get an engagement ring on a limited budget and didn't know where to start. Lisa was kind and patient with me. She showed me the different styles and how we could add bands over time. She asked me about my fiancé and helped me pick some options that would best suit her. With photos and a few emails back and forth for details, they created a beautiful ring that was extremely affordable considering the amount of detail and carat weight on the band. I came from out of state and they were very accommodating with shipping and insuring the ring. The price was very reasonable. Their custom work is well worth the money. I've driven past this place for years and didn't really "get it". When I needed a wedding ring, I found them online and thought I'd just stop in. I'm so glad I did. This is an old-school, family-run, "we make them ourselves" jewelers. They don't work on commission, aren't interested in upselling you. I was worried about being in a high pressure situation. I love working with this business. I have come in several times with tons of questions and they have always been answered. I recently bought a wedding ring here and they went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. They are like family now. My husband picked out the design of my ring and AAA Jewelers took the example picture and custom made the ring and it turned out beautifully! I took my engagement ring here to be appraised and was quoted half the price of my center stone alone for my ENTIRE engagement ring. They also said the gallery of diamonds around my center stone were cubic zirconia, but I designed my ring myself and know for a fact they are genuine diamonds. The designer of my ring stated to run fast, like personal best lap time fast. It's disappointing as there are so many fabulous reviews about service, but I would never take another ring here to be apprasied.

All I Can say is WOW! I went in to find a watch for my wife's birthday. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different brands. I've never purchased a high end watch before, so I had several questions about all of them. He was very patient and helpful. After purchasing 4 to 5 different pieces and having them create custom pieces for me, I will no longer return after trying to get an item repaired after the center diamond fell out. I was always told that they would warrantee their product but they will not and all they could tell me was, it’s a rough economy. I would not recommend them and will tell this to everyone I know.
