I went in to get two small coffee mugs shipped. I was told it would be $9.00, which I thought was high but I was happy to be supporting a local shop. After my items had been placed in a box, I was told it would be $18.00 total to ship them. I apologized, and said I thought when I was told $9.00 I thought the total would be $9.00. I was then informed that the BOX alone cost $9.00. I asked to have my items back, and the cashier refused. I asked politely three times, and then left the shop empty handed. I would not go back ever, unless you want to pay outrageous price for slow and rude service.

I believe this is an independent poc owned postal shop :) The person who helped me was nice. Not too busy on a Wednesday late afternoon. It's close to my house convienent when I don't want to go all the way to the post office. But probably a little too expensive for my needs if I have a bunch of stuff to mail. I ship small garments in my own envelopes and as a reference the USPS charges about $4.70 domestically, here it was $5.80.

I had an international package from dhl I decided to send here for pickup. It was quick and easy. The package was fine with all the items I was expecting. I would highly recommend this place if you have important packages you don't want left on your porch or if you are too busy to sign for a package at home. Great service!

Its great to see kind hearted people like Frank. From deep into my heart i thank you for receiving my packages. As a person from out of town it has been difficult to receive packages without a home address and Frank has been sent from the sky to save the day.

Anytime I go into AAA postal shop he's able to help me do what I need to do to get things out in the mail whether it be through UPS FedEx USPS Etc. I go down there every time I have something I need to mail and can't have them come pick it up at my place

I've been using this shop for years. The man who runs it is respectful and helpful, and has been the sole proprietor for almost 20 years. An all around square deal, no waiting in line, and you can't beat the convenience.

I always drop my mail off here and ship things from here as well. The rates are the same as going to the USPS office but this shop is always quicker and less crowded. Highly recommend!
