Gary was great. Bought a car. It was high mileage so the value was not in line with what the Ministry of Transportation said it was. Got Gary to have a look at it - all done within 24 hours. He gave me an appraisal that was more representative of market value and I used that to pay an appropriate tax at the Ministry. Saved me over $1,000.00 in tax. Highly recommend.
